This skirt was so pretty, could wear for many things! It was a little tight around the waist creating a bit of a roll so I'd definitely size up next time and wear some spanx!

So comfortable and effortless!

I have a small waist and am curvy. I usually wear a 6 in jeans, an 8 in dresses. I had to take the large in this skirt bc it runs very snug. (Thank u to previous reviewers) The waist was perfect for me. I'm 5'6" and wore 3" heels and the length was just at top of my toes. I paired with a belt bc the ribbon waist seemed unfinished for me. I bought this bc I could see it working for a number of purposes. It's extremely flattering but would be very fitted on someone who typically wears a large.

I am 5'3 and about 128lbs, I wore really y'all wedges and then it was perfect. I didn't have a second size, bc it was unavailable. It wasn't right at all, I prob could have done a small but bc I wore a cropped top I was thankful for it being loose! Had compliments all night it was very comfortable and effortlessly elegant! I rented the top I wore on RTR also! Would 10/10 rent again!

Would usually wear medium but for high waisted skirts I always tend to size up. This was perfect when sizing up. Wore it to a wedding with a fun top and received many compliments. Definitely happy with this one timer.

Wish it were a bit stretchier, but still a standout piece. I'm always a size small and the small felt a tiny bit too small. Pinched me a bit at the top. The medium was definitely too big though. I was worried it would look more unflattering in photos, but it looked just fine. Because it was a zip up and not stretchy, wasn't as comfortable to sit in. Beautiful skirt though. I'm 5'6 and wore flats. Probably could have worn a modest heel if I wanted to, though.

I paired this beautiful skirt with a crisp white dress shirt and a black statement necklace for a fundraising gala. It was comfortable and fun to wear. As others stated, it was right in the waist so I wore the XL. I recommend ordering a size up, but highly recommend renting this!

My first RTR experience and I loved it! So easy and organized. I usually wear a size 8 or 10, and can often fit into size M. However, with this skirt, I could not even get close to zipping up the size M! So glad that you can add a backup size to your order. Size up, ladies! Size L fit comfortably. I am 5'7" and wore 2-inch wedge heels, and the hem was a bit higher than I wanted - would've preferred it brushing/touching the floor, but it was an inch or 2 higher. I got great compliments on this skirt and it is a great price! If you have sensitive skin, just be careful - my arms got a little scratched from the sequins, but that's the risk you take when wearing sequins. Otherwise, it was very comfortable and fun to wear.

I found it to be somewhat but small. There is no stretch in the waist. Must wear heels for length.

This is amazing!! I may end up buying just so I can keep it hanging in my closet. Loved it. Heavier than what you think, the beaded pattern is gorgeous. Fully lined. I dressed this down with plaid. Worked perfectly!! One of my favs, for certain!

Gorgeous with a black turtleneck, not too flashy with a subtle top. No give in the waist of the skirt but fits TTS.

I ordered the M but ended up going with L because of how it fell around my stomach and hips. Very comfortable to wear and drapes well. Had to wear heels with the L because of length but wouldn’t have had to with the M. I really want to purchase this skirt. It’s very versatile.

I wore this to a formal movie premiere. I am 5'-11" and 142 lbs. I usually wear a size 8. The large/regular fit perfectly. The sequin pattern is gorgeous. I wore with 2" heels, a black tank top and leather biker jacket. For the less formal evening event, I changed into flat booties and a knotted/cropped concert rock T-shirt. Overall I would say the fit runs a bit small and if you are tall and want to wear super high heels, it may not be long enough to graze the floor. Thanks RTR for helping me look my best XOXO -C

Elegant skirt. Wore to a cocktail party, and it was very comfortable to move around in, i was a little worried the beads would get caught on my shirt but there is lining.

The lining of this can get caught in your shoes if you're not careful. Otherwise, one of my favorite RTR rentals!

It's the second time I've rented this skirt and I absolutely love it. The sequins detail is just beautiful. I'm a violin player so I have regular performances and this skirt just stands out! It is a bit heavy because of the embroidery detail but nothing too hard to manage. True to size. I also went with it to a dinner and received multiple compliments. The perfect alternative to a dress.

I wasn't sure how wearing this skirt would go - to be honest, I'd seen other reviews from folks my size that said it wouldn't fit me, but I needed to have hope, as I was attending a gala and needed a 2-piece outfit to hide a medical device I was stuck wearing at the time. I got both the large and extra large and the XL fit like a glove. I did not try the large because of how perfectly the XL fit. As a shorty, I *did* have to wear it with 3" heels and pulled up to just under my bra-line for correct length, but it was just perfect. It stayed put all night with no trouble, including during fairly active dancing. The only downside to wearing it like I did is that during the sitting portion of the event, some of the sequins were rubbing on bare skin over my ribs. Next time I think I'll wear some sort of light shapewear to prevent chafing from the sequins.

Absolutely loved this skirt, rented from RTR and for the first time truly did not want to send back. I'd say it was slightly on the smaller side only because it didn't have any give, so I definitely went with my larger back up size. Length was great, wore flats bc I wanted to be comfortable and was fine, although I could have worn heels and been fine too. The quality was amazing and it moved and sparkled beautifully. Would definitely rent again (or purchase)!

I could have worn the small but since it was New Years and I knew I would be walking around a lot I wore the medium to be more comfortable. I think the glitter is the right amount of shine without being over the top. Id rent this again!

It does run a little smaller. I ended up going with the up size because I wanted it to be a little longer as well as some more room in the waist. It is supposed to fit at your natural waistline. Received some amazing complements!

I paired this skirt with a simple black crop top for a formal holiday party. It fits very true to size, and with me being only 5'4" it allowed me to wear heels, but I didn't have to wear the highest ones I own, like I typically would with a long dress/skirt. I received compliments all night long and we had a blast! I was sad to give it back!

This skirt was perfect for a company Christmas party. I received tons of compliments. I wore a petit skirt underneath to give it more volume. For the top, I grabbed a white crop top from Forever 21. This skirt runs small in my opinion. I usually wear and 8 or Medium in most clothes, I couldn't even zip the Medium in this skirt.

I loved the skirt as it paired very well with button down shirt and I got so many complements for it. I think you can go very formal/ fun party look or classic and semi formal depends on what you are pairing with it. Very Versatile piece! The length was slightly long for me - i was wearing 4.5" heal, and after wearing heal, it was less that 0.5" on the floor... So it could be just way I am standing. But other wise it was perfectly fitting me! I usually have hard time that fits me well without alteration. I would definitely recommend it!!

The fit goes best with a tight top. It made my waist look tiny and the way it flows from the hips is perfect. The length was perfect for heels and flats. I have never been more comfortable and looked formal ready. I highly recommend this skirt.

Loved wearing this skirt! I was part of a Christmas choir where we all had to wear long black skirts as the uniform. This skirt was a perfect piece that allowed me to stand out in a subtle way. Beautifully made. Not your average sequin skirt. There is a design to where the beads/sequins are placed. I'm normally a size 10 and wore the L. I was worried it would be too fitted on the hips, but it fit fine with enough room to comfortably tuck in my blouse. Being 5' tall, I expected this skirt to be really long, but it was nothing a good pair of platform pumps couldn't solve. Highly recommend as this piece is ultra elegant!

Beautiful skirt, period. I had an idea in my head to pair it with a white crop top (like model), or a tucked in tshirt and sneakers for a super casual look, but it just didn't work for me. I'm in between a 12/14, and where the skirt hit was just a little too high on my torso to pull off either look. Threw on a dressier top just for this pic... it's beautiful, just not what I was looking for in this moment. I'm sure will rent for a more formal event in the future.

The skirt sparkles so much, really making a statement. I wore it as the conductor at a choir concert. However, the small was a bit big and too long for me. I wore 3 inch heals and it still was dragging. I'm 5' 6" and thought wearing heals would be enough. I probably should have ordered an XS, but that size wasn't available for the time I needed the skirt.
