It fit nicely. I wore a tshirt underneath so i wouldnt show alot of cleavage. Be careful when sitting the slit hikes it up. Nice combination of cute and professional.

I really liked it but I'm usually between a 4-6 and got the 6 and it was too big, especially on top which is normal for me, but because of this it was gaping on me in the chest area. Wish I had gotten a 4. Otherwise super comfy and stylish!

Couldn't love this suit more!!! Found so many excuses to keep it for more time. Wore it I think 3 times before I sent it back. Once with strappy heels to work. Another time with booties and the last time with the look I have on here. It's a dress! Although a lot of people thought it was a romper. It was a great length for me, but I'm very short. So keep the length in mind. I'm also very flat chested and it worked for this look! Couldn't recommend it more!!! Want to buy.

Loved this dress! I wore it to a concert with friends and had a blast. I also wore it for a photo shoot with a turtleneck, tights, and ankle booties. Super cute layering option. I had to pin the hem so that it wouldn't open while sitting but otherwise it's a great piece. Also note that the top was a little big for me- normal with my shape. If you're pear shape go with the upper of your two normal sizes.

This dress is constructed like a suit jacket. Substantial material, drapes nicely, lined on the inside. A perfect blend of classic, formal and feminine. I wore it to a high school reunion with 60 degree outside weather and was very comfortable. The lapels were creased when it arrived so I taped them down with fashion tape. As others have mentioned, the front is low and tends to open up. I taped it also or my bra would have showed. It fit very close around the waist and hips. Ordering a size up might have helped.

Loved the style of this dress for work - it's super fun and different. One thing to be aware of the dress parts at the front quite high when you sit down- some people may not like that. I def will rent again though!

I normally wear a size 2, ended up wearing the size 4 in this dress, runs slightly small. Had to wear shorts under it, the slit can be really revealing.

The dress was really comfortable and figure flattering. If you're like me, and carry weight in your mid-section def order a size up, the 10 didn't button in the middle, but the 12 fit perfectly. The dress was perfect to dance in all night, great length for booty popping haha.

It fits beautifully! I'm a little busty (32DDD) so it pulls near the chest but otherwise is great! I can comfortably lift gowns all day (I sell wedding gowns) and it doesn't make the dress too short anywhere. When sitting, it does part a little high so watch that! :) Very happy with this! Definitely recommend!

Wore out on an evening date. Loved that you can wrap the dress in both directions. The fabric is thick and the dress was very comfortable. The shoulders are slightly padded which I could have done without but it didn't look bad. The overall look was slimming. A great dress if you want comfort and an LBD that's a little different.

I wore the dress to a business award event. The fit was perfect and was exactly what I was looking for. Sexy with class. I also purchased the Tamara Mellon heels in the NYC Flagship store after trying them on with the outfit.

This dress was a classy dress with a sexy touch! I wore it to a bridal shower. I wore a size 2, which is my usual dress size, however this dress was a tad bit big in the chest and upper body area. I don't think a size zero would have been better because it might have been too tight overall, but it would have been nice to have a zero for my back up size instead of the size 4 just to see. It is a sneaky low cut, so be careful! I just wore my bra and I was fine for the most part. Also, there is a not much coverage at the bottom of the dress, the slit opens wide when you sit down so be careful! Overall a great dress!

I wore this out to dinner with my fiance and received a lot of compliments. The material is very sturdy and hangs very well. I am small on top and larger through hips and seat and this dress fit perfectly. It was fitted through chest and waist and flared just slightly enough for it not to be tight in the hips. This is great for pear shapes! Be warned that while this dress looks very work-editorial it only has the two buttons pictured so make sure to wear some black hot-shorts under because, when seated, this can open. I didn't feel like it opened inappropriately when I crossed my legs but just enough to give a little peak of leg. The top had a tendency to gap so you may also want to pair this with a bandeau top. I have a feeling I will be renting this dress again!

This dress is very comfortable, forgiving and easy to dance in. Fabric is thicker than expected but it was perfect. Works well for small busts. Only advice is to be aware when you're sitting, the skirt opens in the front due to front buttons. Overall I was very happy.

I rented this for the Voodoo Music festival in NOLA as sort of a costume that isn't too costumey. It's clearly high quality and a great fit, with a flattering, nipped-in waist. The length is short enough to be cute, but not skimpy. My only complaint is that the buttons don't quite line up, I think because the unused, purely decorative buttons (one side) are drooping. It's not a big deal but takes away from the overall clean look. But I'm going to wear it and enjoy the heck out of it all the same.

Great alternative to the boring suit. I put a sheer body suit beneath it for coverage on top. There is no closure by the leg opening so beware of a thigh reveal when you are sitting if you are not careful.

I thought this dress was cute for work. I had to wear a shirt underneath, otherwise I would have been exposed. I paired this outfit with another RTR shirt. I received so many compliments! Only complaint is that I was very self conscious sitting because the slit opens a lot.

I loved this dress because it was a great change from a "dress" with the blazer/military jacket front. I'm a 34DD and wore the 0, so there was no room for a bra and the girls sat perfectly ;)...until the top button popped at the end of the night! Luckily there was an inside button to hold things together, but definitely something to keep in mind if you're on the bustier side up top. I also really liked the length because it wasn't super short and balanced the revealing neckline. Will rent again!

Have to wear something under. It is pretty heavy and comes with tiny shoulder pads. Overall a cool design and I got some compliments on it!

Cute dress. It is a little bigger in the chest area. I had to pin it so it wasn't wide open - but if you have a bad her bust, you'll be fine. Still got so many compliments from everyone at work -- and it easily transitioned to after work drinks / happy hour!

Overall a good fit! A little loose in the bust area, nothing some fashion tape can't fix! Also, I was not a big fan of the shoulder pads. Wish they were removable but I made due. Look fab with my Stuart Weitzman thigh highs which was my ultimate goal. Got lots of compliments!

Opens up to show a bit higher than your legs

This dress is a bit more difficult to maneuver when you have a full chest, but with a few safety pins, it looked gorgeous. The 4 was smaller than I anticipated and the material isn't stretchy in the slightest. It did loosen up a bit while wearing it, though. Overall, the look was sophisticated with a hint of sass.

The dress looks better in person. I thought I would wear the 4 but the 2 fit so much better and hugged my waist better. I didn't like the opening of the dress underneath the buttons. When you sit down the split opens up and exposes a lot of leg. I wouldn't recommend renting this if you are going to be sitting on a stage or sitting without a table. Other than that the dress is beautiful.

The dress is a heavier fabric and it is lined. It was definitely quality. It had a nice look that was dressy/formal enough but not over-the-top for my office holiday dinner and party. It fit nicely and I felt it flattered my figure. I have a wide rib cage and this dress is very fitted in the rib cage and waist. There is no give. It still looked great and wore well throughout the evening but it was tight there. I normally wear a size 4 but got the size 6 as my alternate as suggested. The 6 fit ok in the waist and rib cage (a little wiggle room) but the bust was way too big and gaped open on me (even with an impressive push-up bra). The 4 was definitely tighter (as mentioned above) but it was a better overall fit for me. Length was not as short as it looked on the model and was a nice length for my office holiday party. The only actual issue I had was that some padding in the right shoulder was wadded up and it is unaccessable as it is sewn into the dress. I was able to smooth it out a little but not completely. Still looked nice but it needs to be fixed. The size 6 didn't have this issue. Overall, though, loved the dress!

I wanted to love this dress but it was just too tight. The top was also too big on my bust which led to the collar coming too high up on my shoulders.

I wore this with tights and a long sleeve body suit underneath. Great for work!

I could have gone with my normal size in this one but went with the 6. It's super cute and I love this style of dress! The fabric is beautiful but wouldn't recommend it for hot weather!

Wore it for a Paris fashion week runway show and received tons of compliments. I was 6.5 months pregnant and this was a chic choice. I am usually I size 4 (138lbs) and went up to size 10 (168lbs) to have this wrap around my body. Needed a few pins to secure it but the dress isn't meant for maternity wear!

I paired this with a silk blouse and it really classy and beautiful.
