I am In between a size 8 and 10 wore the Medium as the Large was too big. It's a good length as I am 5'8.

Loved this dress...super comfortable and flattering.

So this dress was a little tight for me but it was so cute that I just powered through feeling uncomfortable. I bought to wear to work and it was too short and too low cut to wear to work but I wore it for a Sunday brunch and loved it. I might size up if I order it again. Great material too, very thick.

This dress was super comfortable and the pockets made it even better. It's designed to be snug and hugs your body in all the right places. It was the perfect length and color for a wedding (or any event) on Memorial Day weekend! Tons of compliments and the neckline had the perfect amount of uniqueness. I wore silver accessories which, I felt, made the navy look true to navy instead of black.

This dress was so comfortable and fit perfectly. It has a bit of stretch to it so it made wearing it all day easy. It also had pockets which was a nice surprise. To make it more work appropriate I threw on a cardigan and nude heels - the cut might be a bit low for bigger chested girls, but worked great for me!

Wore this dress to group dinner the night before Georgia Tech homecoming game (FSU @GT). First RTR experience, chose to get size M with backup size S, which ended up fitting like a glove. Thrilled with the neckline detail. Dress has some give/stretch. Would definitely recommend to other hourglass or bottom-heavy ladies. Helps accentuate the decolletage and waist. Wore larger sparkly opal earrings with silver necklace also with small opal.

I wore this dress to a work holiday party. I loved the dress - classy and sophisticated but still sexy. I love the neckline, however you do need a very low profile bra to ensure nothing is showing! Plus this dress has pockets - who doesn't love pockets?! As far as fit, I felt it was form flattering through the natural waist and then it fell comfortably. The fabric had a bit of stretch and was soft and comfortable. Overall I loved wearing this dress!

Not your typical deep V dress! I call this style effortlessly sophisticated. This Slate & Willow dress is comfortable and can be worn for a casual night out or dressed up for brunch. The neckline is a deep V; however, the additional straps along the decolletage add interest and elongate the neck. I recommend wearing a Nubra or going sans bra, unless you are willing to get creative with the positioning of your standard bra or strapless bra. While this style is a subtle fit and flare, the fabric is very stretchy, so there is no need to worry about it being too snug at the natural waist. Standing at 5'5" in heels, the hem hits me just below the mid-thigh. This look is great for all bust sizes and most body types. It's very roomy in the chest area for those with larger bust sizes. Complete your look with Lulu Frost or Dannijo jewelry for a little modern flare, or channel your elegant side with Kenneth Jay Lane or Kate Spade accessories.

This dress is so effortlessly flattering! I love the stretch in the fabric and the deep hue is great for all skin types. My one call out is that I recommend a padded strapless bra for girls with smaller busts- I have a 34B and had room up top but the rest of the style fit perfectly. This also hit at about mid-thigh on my 5'7 frame so it is appropriate for a variety of events. I also love how the deep V is a perfect backdrop to showcase a statement necklace!

I wore this to a party for a friend. I paired it with suede navy heels. The dress is really comfortable, easy to wear. I received many compliments and felt great in it all day. It's a great deep blue too.

Great rental, loved the cutouts. Long enough and appropriate for work event. Ran a little large on top though, even a strapless bra wouldn't work due to the neckline. That's my only complaint (although, it made me stand up straight all night)

From the waist up, this dress was beautiful. The neckline was beautiful, and the dress made my waistline look itty-bitty. However, the dress has pockets, and the a-line skirt is very close-fitting. This means that the pockets pucker if you have hips like I do. I was self-conscious about it all night.

When I first tried it on, I was slightly disappointed that it looked very close to black, instead of navy. As soon as I went outside in brighter light though, it looked closer to the color pictured, though still not quite there! Since I have like no boobs at all (halfway between an A and a double A), I ended up going with the XS, but the small would've fit fine too, especially for most other people! The material was great, the neckline was cool (although you can't see it in my picture), I didn't have to wear any special underwear or bra, and it was very flattering!

I wore this for work and the top cuts about as far down as I would feel comfortable wearing to work, but the design of the top also distracts from too much cleavage. Great fit. Loved this one.

The fit is perfect; as other reviewers mentioned it hugs in all the right places. The pockets are a great addition. The material is bit thick but it wasn't unbearable in the summer heat. I attempted to wear this to work but put a cardigan on because I felt too exposed which sucked because the neckline is the best part! I wore a second time out when I didn't have to feel self conscious about the low cut neckline. I would rent this again!

I wore this dress to a baby shower and then running errands around town. It was perfect. The material is thick so it hides lines but not so think it become hot. The cutouts add a fun element. It was a little lower cut than I normally wear but still modest enough.

Now, I absolutely love Navy and this dress did not disappoint. I got so many compliments and the cutouts added flare to the simple structure of the dress. This is one of my favorite Rent the Runway dresses. It's a bit low cut, but I didn't mind it.

the fabric weight is great. It fits nicely (has pockets!!) I often wear this to church and similar level of formality events. It's not really fancy enough in my opinion for a cocktail party but can wear it to work events too.

Only con was the stitching at the bottom of the dress was coming undone but it wasn't very noticeable. Otherwise 4 stars. I have an hourglass figure with broad back and the dress was so flattering. Recommend! Wore with pearl earrings and a single strand pearl necklace, white clutch and light gray ostrich shoes. Of course I didn't get a photo :(

I probably could have worn a large just because the top was a little snug (I'm a 36DD)...the v-neck was much more cleavage revealing than it seems to be in other pictures, but it wasn't over the top. Loved the pockets and the thick material.

Was a pretty dress perfect for the office, with just a touch of intrigue on the neckline- no necklace required. The midsection ran a bit tight- had to limit my food intake to prevent having a food belly show!

This dress is great for work but can be accessorized with shoes and jewelry for a more fun evening look. Classic navy color was great. The material is on the thicker side but hangs very nicely.

The neckline is what makes this dress interesting. It's a bit revealing at the bust if you're large-chested though, but not inappropriate. The length and cut of this dress makes it perfect to look classy and professional, but with a little edge.

i'm usually btwn a 2 and a 4 and got the S. i found the top to be a tiny bit loose, but nothing i cldn't work with. the V is deep, but i didn't feel like it was inappropriate for work. i wore it without a bra and everything was held in well. the pockets were a wonderful addition. hem a little above the knee, very work appropriate. overall, love this dress and would absolutely rent again!

This dress was sent by RTR as a replacement when one size of my selected dress was unavailable. When I tried it on, I ended up liking it more than the dress I originally selected! On the website, and in my house, the dress looked almost black, but in natural light it is a lovely navy color. The neckline is a nice feature on an otherwise basic dress--I loved that I could wear a regular bra and still have an interesting neckline. The best thing was that the fabric is stretchy, so I was much more comfortable than I would have been in a less forgiving dress. I wore this with a sparkly statement necklace that really dressed it up for the occasion.

I didn't wear this, it was a back up dress and didn't work for the event that I was attending. I liked the fit and the cut - it was flattering. The neck detail is interesting but not too revealing. I didn't like the fabric - it felt cheap and less formal.

The material was nice and thick, but the dress hung weirdly loose in areas that made it not very flattering (I tried the xs and it was still too large). The little cut out seemed stretched out, so it didn't sit flat. Was promising, and I love a dress with pockets. But this just didn't do it for me and I didn't wear it.
