Dress was very comfortable. Loved the long sleeves with fun shoulder detail- kept me warm on a cooler evening. I typically wear an XS/S, and the fit was perfect. Only negative was the front faux wrap was too low cut for me, and I ended up pinning it. Received lots of compliments!

Wore this to an event with my son, very comfortable. Runs a little bit big. Great length and puffy sleeves hold up.

I rented this last minute for a wedding and ended up loving it! Slate and Willow always fits me so well! This dress hit just above the knee on me, had just the right amount of arm poof and stretch! Not too revealing- tasteful boob ;)

It's a faux wrap but fit really well.

The sleeves were a little too tight for me but the fabric has a little give so I was still able to wear it. If I were to rent again I would size up. Neckline is low and no clasp so had to wear tank underneath it. Shoulders can fall off but not too bad .

I found the waist and length were TTS but I was uncomfortable all day because of the tight sleeves and itchy fabric. I wore it anyway bc it still looked nice, but I changed as soon as my calendar was free of videoconference meetings.

Wore to work. Pretty loose in the chest though appreciated the previous renters safety pin was still doing its job. Ok for single wear but wouldn't rent again.

I pinned the chest area as the girls would have been a bit on display and I did not want to wear a cami. A little big, I would size down next time. Love the sleeves and comfort of the dress. Paired with caramel colored suede square heeled pumps- perfect for office to client meetings to cocktails.

Makes a great office staple. Pros: high quality material, fitted elastic waist with bow tie, puffy shoulders Cons: slightly tight throughout the arms, had to pin the V neck for work, slightly too long/out of proportion for us petite ladies

Loved this dress and the puffy sleeve details! It's a super flattering dress, cinched right at the smallest part of my waist. While I did say it runs big, only slightly. It was easily fixed by tightening the belt. Although, it was still a little baggy in the chest (and I'm a 36D.)

Love this dress! I want to buy it. It was perfect for my son's baptism. I am 5'11" and was worried the sleeves would be too short (which they were) but I was able to push them up a little so they were 3/4 sleeve and it looked great

RTR recommended a large, as I normally wear a 8-10 in dresses. However being a smaller-chested woman, I didn't quite fill out the top. Had to safety pin and it was a big big under the arms as well. Adorable dress- might order again in a smaller size!

Dress fits nicely, good length (I am 5'10), but the fabric feels cheap/plasticy. Perfectly fine for a day without any humidity.

First thing I've bought from RTR! This dress is flowy, lightweight and super flattering. I did have to safety pin the chest to make myself feel a bit more comfortable for work. The sleeves are a fun touch, and the print is so lovely.

The large did fit and it fit great except in the arms...arms were tight which usually its my chest where things are tight( Im large chested). I ended up wearing XL solely for arms and it was better to be able to move around for the night.

Dress is adorable! Very flattering, feminine but still professional! The material isn't super breathable, so make sure you wear good deodorant, lol. A few people comments about the sleeves being tight.. it wasn't an issue for me, but I can definitely see the potential. Also - it had pockets!! Love

I rented this for professional graduation photos and it was perfect for this. I didn't feel like the dress did anything in particular for my figure and found it ran larger on the waist and shoulder area. Good for work or professional events.

Rented this dress for everyday/work from home and I liked the style and fit quite a bit. The only issue was that the arms were a bit tight and I don't consider myself to have large arms. The chest was also a little big and I'm pretty large chested so the fit was just slightly off. Otherwise, it was super comfortable and nice to wear. I would recommend it, but be aware of the upper body fit issue when ordering your size.

Rented this dress for work and ended up buying it because the fit was flattering and the print it great transition for Spring. I can see this being a go-to dress for daytime events (luncheon, showers, wedding).

It is too low cut. I had to use double sided tap and a safety pin to bring it up in the front.

This dress was just not a good fit on me. It made me look huge through the waist and I felt like a frumpy old school lady so I didn't wear it. Also it was more green blue than blue.

Fit was perfect. The puff on the sleeve is not overly dramatic but definitely adds interest. The print and color are classic for work during the day or dinner at night. The material hangs really well and the tie is flattering around the waist. Best part, it's machine washable in cold. I hate dry cleaning chemicals on my clothes.

Loved the shape of the shoulders -- structural but no 80s padding. Material was lightweight but nicely tailored.

I rented this dress for a baptism. Great quality dress and stylish. Neckline was a little too low on me. But double sided tape made it work! The puffy sleeves weren't my absolute favorite, but overall the look was nice. I am also 13 weeks pregnancy and the dress shape gave me plenty of room for my tiny bump to be comfortable in!

Loved wearing this dress for work! Classic wrap style is super flattering, especially for an apple shape like mine, and the puff sleeves made it fun and stylish! It was a bit low, but I just used a small safety pin to bring up the neckline touch. Will rent again!

loved the sleeves;. the skirt added volume to my hips which i didn't love. Also a little low cut for my taste so had to wear a cami underneath. still got complements

Work to work. Used fashion tape to ensure work place modesty when reaching down. Very comfortable. Wore with sued booties. Loved it.
