Awesome work dress that will transition from spring to summer to early fall! Comfortable and the belt is very flattering.

This dress is a lot of fun! The belt helps your waist look thinner while the V-neck is flattering for those with more ample chest. The fabric is comfortable and airy for the summer. Would rent again!

True to size

I really wanted to like this dress! I love the color and retro style. Unfortunately the belt didn't cinch enough to be as flattering as it could be and the slit was just too high for work-it could be fine for less conservative work places and if you're shorter though.

The dress fit perfectly

Belt didn't stay put but I safety pinned it and it was fine. Otherwise great dress for work, lots of compliments.

Such a flattering fit and perfect for work in the summer time because it's super comfortable. It definitely shows undergarment lines, however, so be prepared for that.

This dress is super comfy and a great mustard color. I paired it with some leopard print heels and it was an awesome pop! The only annoying thing about this dress is that BELT. I had to safety pin mine in two places to keep it from sliding loose and looking sloppy. Very annoying. Otherwise it's awesome!

Pros - The length and short sleeves are perfect for work. I love the color. My boyfriend and coworkers complimented the dress. Cons - The dress is one size too large. The material does not feel expensive. The belt does not stay in place and/or sags in the middle. I used fashion tape.

loved the color and length.... but unfortunately, the material was very thin and looked cheap to me. did not wear it. will pay attention more closely to the reviews next time. there's no lining, no details... looks cheap.

I was excited to try an all mustard dress but this just wasn't great. A) the built in belt doesn't tighten so it kind of hangs there and doesn't help create a nice shape. I think you'd have to pin it to get it to stay. B) the dress was unlined and the material felt cheap. C) the dress was too big and had extra material especially in my hip area. If you want to try this dress I think it would be best on an hour glass figure and be prepared to work your magic on the useless belt. I did not wear.
