I was on fence on this. Glad I tried it and no it's a solid no for me. I didn't like the asymmetry of the cross over with round neck, especially with a big chest. It was comfortable, TTS and colors are great, but was not attractive on me. Glad I tried it in my last week of unlimited (RIP!)

Loved the comfort and fit of this dress. I got so many compliments and I was able to dress it up for work by adding a blazer and heels, and dress down for dinner. And it appears in September 26th's New York Times!

This dress was fun, comfortable and light enough to wear on a warm August day in Saratoga. I loved the fit and got compliments from all of my friends. The only thing was that the slip kept peeping through (as you can see in the picture) but it wasn't a deal-breaker.

Pockets are great. Fit true to size. My boss said it looked 70's inspired.... eh.

I absolutely love this dress- so much that I bought it. It fit me very well, I felt confident, pretty and it was slimming. I wore it to work and got a TON of compliments. It's light weight yet fully lined. Work appropriate and can transition easily to happy hour/ wedding/ baby shower/ Sunday church.

I find the Slate and Willow runs a little large - in between a 4 and a 6 and the 4 for just fine. This dress is cute and comfortable - a nice splash of color. But it's not the most flattering dress. I definitely wouldn't wear it if I had client meetings or anything - but fine for a normal sunny day at the office.

I was so excited for this rental but it was just ok, as I’ve found most of the Slate and Willow dresses to be. Fits true to size. I’m a 10-12, 36C, and 10 fit fine, but with lots of room left on the bust area. Wore it once with navy heels and cream blazer and sent it back ASAP.

I rented this for work and got SO many compliments! The dress is very colorful and works well in the spring/summer. I'm 5'4" and the dress hit me right at the knees. Super comfortable as well.

This dress was wearable but the neckline is kind of weird and the fit is a little tight through the back. Wrinkles SUPER easy! After getting the wrinkles out and putting it on at home, it looked nice but after a short car ride to work, it already looked sloppy.

This dress was just a smidge shorter than I normally wear, but it was otherwise very comfortable. I could wear a normal bra, which is always a plus. The colorful stripes add a pop of boldness to the dress without being overbearing. It was a great little dress for a low-key summer gathering!

Runs large, I'm a 4/6 and the 4 fit great with room. The colors were fantastic, and so bright and summery. Both of my coworkers commented on the dress, as it isn't not one to blend in to the crowd. It's very light, and 100% silk. The slit is fake, so it moves when you walk without exposing too much. Absolutely loved it.

This was a cute dress for work. I thought the sizing was perfect and the colors were a little different. It was just nice, nothing exceptional.

I wore this to a baby shower and again for a date night. I liked the faux wrap look a lot, fit true to size. Nice fabric with lining and a really catching pattern.

Didn't care for the cap sleeves with the high neck top. It made me look bigger than I am.

See through and clingy so it would be hard to wear with a slip. Didn't bother trying it on. Looked small though.
