This dress is super easy and very cute. It's pretty short if you're tall -- I wore it to work without issues but I probably couldn't wear it to meetings all day and get away with it! Very comfortable and perfect for the summer.

Loved how many different ways I could wear this dress but just as an FYI the fabric is a bit thick so you may get hot!

Really great for work: nice thickness, great pattern, and fit well! I also loved the cool "center" pockets. Will definitely rent again. If you're on the fence between sizes, go larger.

High quality thick stretchy material. A little short for the office but fine with tights.

The material is heavy, almost like upholstery. Fun colors and with pockets! It isn't necessarily flattering since it's a little stiff and it is a bit tight on the arm holes but it's an unexpected nice piece.

This dress was ok. It has pockets on the belly area and doesn't accentuate the waist at all because this area is very roomy. Would be good for a boxy shape but not flattering on curves. Also tight on my armpits/neck area.

I couldn't wear the size 4 - too snug in the hips

Too short for work. Love the fabric and pattern, but the front pocket is weird and unflattering. When it arrived I found someone had pinned the pocket shut and I had to remove the safety pins to figure out why the pocket seemed weird. Good idea, but RTR should've caught this.

I really wanted to love this dress, but it just wasn't good for me. For one thing it was way too short. I got a 10 and a 12. Even the 12 was too short for me to be comfortable. Also, it was pretty tight and the material wasn't forgiving. Lastly, I couldn't deal with the pockets. I usually gravitate towards dresses with pockets, but this time the pockets were a huge issue. The pockets aren't on the side, but more in the middle of the dress - leading me to look like I had a Kangaroo pouch and drawing extra attention to my midsection. Color and quality were great, but I couldn't wear it.

Ehhh. The fabric. It's thick and dated and I'm pretty sure leftover from a dusty 1960's wingback chair. This dress isn't funky or retro, it's just a miss. 2 stars because it fit well and is well-made.

I rented it in store since it looked like it might have fit my 33 week pregnant bump. I wore it for saturday brunch with friends and to work. I felt very good in this dress, although as mentioned before, the material is sort of stiff. it is wide in belly with pockets on that part, so I can easily put it on despite being 33 week pregnant (+ putting my hands in the pockets helped me to feel my baby moving despite being with friends or at work!). I wore size 4, so the same size I would wear not being pregnant. For the colder day I paired it with camel colour boots and leather jacket, for warmer with low pumps. I won't only recommend it for a very hot days - might be too thick.

Love that there's pockets but sometimes the pocket in the front makes me look like I'm pregnant. But overall super cute and comfy.

I dont think the arm holes would have been comfortable in a 4. Otherwise, loved the style.

However, it ended up being too short to wear to work and slightly too small on me. Another annoying thing was that while it does have pockets like a sweatshirt has pockets (yay pockets!), the pocket is sewn down the middle so it bunches up weird in the stomach area. That being said, I loved the material and maybe that's just my body it does that to. It is still a super cute dress.

Meh. The zipper bunches out at the back. Lined inside only to provide "kangaroo" pockets. Loose in waist but more bitted in bust and hips. Nice fabric though with some stretch.

The dress was cute for work but really tight around my armpits.. definitely was uncomfortable to wear all day since it made marks under my armpits.

I typically wear between a 0 and 2 and was SO jazzed about this dress-- but a zero was so obscenely small on me. The arm holes were very tiny and the pockets looked bunches up and weird on my stomach. The print and style was super cute though, bummed it didn't work out.
