I got tons of compliments on my "skirt," which means this reads as separates to most. The top part of the dress is thick enough to add warmth and has a good amount of stretch. The skirt is a bit more structured with beautiful gold thread.

The top is a stretchy material that allows you to move and the skirts has POCKETS! The gold sparkle on the skirt is a nice touch of flare.

I received so many compliments. Fit perfectly and easy to zip on your own.

I rent this dress for work quite often and I love it. It does run VERY large - I am typically a 4 and rented the 0 which fit great.

Top wasn’t a perfect fit- a little bigger in shoulders but being black you didn’t notice it. Went with a smaller size to fit better. Bottom is a pretty blue with gold accents. Easy to dress up or down- worked with patterned tights!

I rented this for NYE and received tons of compliments. I usually wear a 12, but felt like it was on the shorter side so I sized up for length. The top was bigger than I would have liked, especially in the shoulders. Overall, it was comfortable and flattering. Would rent again!

Wore this dress for a fancy dinner out. I actually rented the 6, even though it says 8. The top protein had plenty of give. I could zip it up in front and flip it around and still have no problems getting in it. This pic has 2.5 in taped up with fabric tape. Made a HUGE difference in the way it looked. 2 in off a 5'4" girl is a lot. Wore with tights and booties. Only reason I wouldn't rent again is that is showing some wear. Lots of piled up spots on the skirt. It's a dark color so no one would notice.

I really, really wanted to love this dress! First of all, it runs HUGE. I'm a solid 2 and had to size down to a 0-and it was still loose. Super cute dress, just not flattering on me. I added a belt to help define my waste, but was disappointed.

Skirt part is very pretty

Super disappointed when this dress arrived. Neither size worked because the black top section of this dress is so oddly shaped. I rented a size 6 and a 10 (the 8 wasn't available) and the neckline, sleeves and underarm area on BOTH sizes were huge. Ended up having to go out and buy a dress for my event.

I loved the quality fabric and workmanship on this dress. The stretchy top is comfortable, tho the fit is a bit tight. The skirt is nice too, but is not designed for a woman with broad hips. The pockets hit me at an unflattering spot at the tops of my hips, and I really looked like a "broad"

I am usually a size 6 but sometimes size up to 8 bc I am busty. The only size available was an 8, so I decided to try it. Way too big. Really cute dress though, but I probably even need the 4. Will try to get the right size!

I loved this dress! The top runs a little loose around the arms/shoulders/armpits but just slightly. The skirt portion fit true to size. I'm 5'7" and felt it was a perfect length. There were some signs of wear on the skirt but not super noticeable. I wish I owned it!

The reviews were spot on. I usually wear a 2 or 4 and I wore the 0. The skirt has pockets! The fit is great. The material is thick and well made. The back of the top is a perfect V. You can wear a regular bra.

I usually wear a 2/4 in designer dresses. The 2 fit perfectly. The blue skirt piece had some wear to it (a few pulls) but it wasn't noticeable. A lot of people thought I was wearing a skirt. This would be a great dress for work, cocktails, etc. Highly recommend it!

I'm between an 8 and 10 and could have used the 10 in this for a little extra room in the hips. I have broad shoulders and a large bust and it fit perfectly through that area.

Was a tad unforgiving in the stomach area but really liked the look and the length. And did I mention pockets!!!

When I received the dress, I noticed several spots at the bottom of the dress where the threads were starting to fray from being caught on things. Similar to the popular lace dresses, I don't know if this dress would have a long shelf life. Very pretty though!

The was a little bit of gapping in the back, but the overall fit was good. My cousin told me I should buy it.

I sized up for this dress and wish I hadn't. It's still lovely but the open back makes it slide around a little more than it normally would. I'd advise against sizing up.

Top was huge but the waste was so tight. Dress was cut weird and the bottom made me look pregnant.

I rented this dress a size small knowing that other reviews said it ran large up top. Unfortunately the top was still large whereas the bottom half pulled and rode up. It is a really cute dress but I think it is built for someone who is a true athletic form rather than someone who is larger on the bottom than on top.

I thought this was a cute style seeing it online, but upon trying it on, I found it to have a bizarre fit. It also seems like the dress is lacking...something. The top was really loose, but the waist disproportionately small? I think if you had a really trim waist it would work, but I guess I have more of a pear/apple shape. Wouldn't recommend it for anyone with curves. Overall, a bit disappointed.

I loved how this dress looked and the skirt pattern is super fun. Unsure why but it was just too big at the shoulders for me. I couldn't have gone any smaller, and at any rate the waist etc fit perfectly, but if I sat the wrong way in a chair I could feel it falling off my shoulders/I had to sort of tug in the back to make it sit straight. Worked fine for the event, but probably wouldn't get again!
