I loved this dress for a work holiday party. It fit in all the right places. I'm usually between small and medium... went with the medium and it was perfect. So if you're between sizes definitely size up.

Wow I LOVE this dress!! It runs a little small like the reviews said, but the material is stretchy so didn't have a problem. I usually wear a small/2 and a small was great, maybe a little shorts and tight in the arms but doable for sure! This dress is so flattering in all the right places, and really comfy. Dress fit great and was a little more exciting than a plain black dress. It did have a little bit of a funky smell but I aired it out before wearing it. Highly considered buying it!

This unique LBD was perfect for work for me. It's definitely short but not inappropriate on me at 5'4". I got tons of compliments from people because it was such a unique and flattering shape. I'm pretty big in the busy but had no issues with it zipping or with the sleeves! Would definitely rent again!

I got a large, and I am glad I did it fit great. If I would've gotten the medium it would've fit but been very short and and a little less comfortable. I wore it to an event and got many complements. Everyone should rent this piece!

I love this dress! The print and hem make it more than just a LBD. I'm quite short, so the length wasn't an issue (especially with tights), but it could be an uncomfortable length at work for a taller person!

I tried RTR update for the first time and got this as a going out dress. It runs a little large - I would normally order a medium, it was suggested I order a large and the large fit perfectly. I was in love with this dress from the moment I tried it on, and my fiancé loved it so much he told me to immediately go online and see if I could buy it... so I did :) 20/10 would recommend to anyone!

This dress worked great for a holiday party. It's a little on the short side. I wore tights with it, but that was more because of the weather. The print is adorable.

Loved the high waist hem and ruffle bottom. The touch of velvet in the leopard print was a sweet surprise.

I wore this for a rehearsal dinner and it was comfortable, yet dressy enough and flattering! I am 5'8, 135 pounds and 32D and medium fit perfectly (wasn't too short). The only thing was that it was a littleee tight on my arms but other than that, it was perfect! Will be hard to not buy this one.

Was super cute but after a long week of eating and drinking for sales kickoff, I was little self continues to wear because it shows off every curve you have. It was super cute and comfy and I got so many compliments. Also I'm 5'7 and it was a little short to wear for a work occasion. Has to be worn with tights if for work.
