Nice dress, good for work but not forgiving on belly area.

I wore this to work, but it could also be worn on a date or night out. It fit me really well and I had some extra room in it (not too tight, not too big). Others complained about the bottom half being big or awkward, but I don't have a flat stomach or small waist so it worked well on me.

Fun to dress up or down.

The material has a bit of stretch but it isn't totally fitted, so it fits very nicely. I like the neckline and the flare skirt makes it fun. It's very flattering. I'm going to buy it!

Thick, quality fabric with a little stretch. Fit is true to size and cut is cute. I was comfortable and warm in this all day at work. Only issue was that the "woven" aspect of the dress is just a printed pattern on the fabric. It was hard to tell that based on the photos.

This was a nice true to size fit, with fabric thick enough to forgive and a cute little flounce. I only rated it a 4 because while it moved awesome when I tried it with bare legs and heels, it was a cold day today and I needed tights. The inside of the fabric didn't hang well with tights, would sort of catch. But it's a cute silhouette and I'm planning to rent it again I think.

This was a cute basic work dress. It's pretty true to size, if not a little small.

The color is actually a mottled dark/light grey vs. solid, which is probably what I liked best about this dress. The arms were a little tight (still wearable, but might bug by the end of the day), and generally the dress just didn't sit well on my body. It did this weird bunching in the hip area and the frill at the bottom just hit in a place that managed to make me look curvy in all the wrong ways.

Runs a little tight. Had to wear shapewear under it. But, got a lot of compliments on it. I wish I wore it more during last month!

I really loved the style of this dress and felt so comfortable the whole night. I didn't feel self conscious about the V neck as I sometimes do with my DD chest. Perfect length for me at 5'2".

The material is high quality and looks professional. I wasn't super excited when I first put it on, but I got a lot of compliments. It is a good winter work dress.

The shape of the dress was weird at the lower belly and the hips. Did not like the fit.

I love this dress. It's classic without being stuffy, fitted without being tight, and it has a little hint of fun with the slightly-ruffled hem. I'd rent this again!

It flattered my shape and the length was perfect. It gave me an extra boost of confidence, especially going into my meetings.

I love this dress so much I've gotten it in every color available at RTR. Creates that hourglass look while at the same time being comfortable and professional and pretty. Can't get any better than that for work. Got many compliments for this dress.

The shape of this dress was perfect. The ruffle detail at the bottom was a fun, unexpected element. Loved the fabric as well.

I loved this dress. Office appropriate, a little sass and a great amount of personality and professionalism. It was a tad short for my liking so I pairs it with leggings and tall boots. The shoulders were a bit tight, also, but I'm fairly broad between my shoulders and my chest size.

I'm always on the look out for a flattering long sleeve dress, and this was perfect! Fit in all the right places, work appropriate with and without stockings/leggings, thick material for winter wear and received plenty of compliments

I'm petite and it fit so well. The sleeves were a tiny long, but otherwise it was great!

Loved the fabric on this. It's thick enough to not show every little imperfection , yet it's tailored enough to show your curves. It does ride up on the backside if you've got a big booty, so order up.
