Great work dress, flattering fit. A bit short on me because I am so tall. Paired with a turtle neck to cover up a bit more on a cold day.

I am pear shaped and was nervous about it being too tights in the hips or loose on top. I didn’t have either of those issues! I wore it to a Christmas party and got tons of compliments and felt so confident in it. I would absolutely recommend this dress to anyone considering it!

Super cute dress for work. The material is thin but still cozy enough to be worn in the winter. Very flattering and a good length for shorter girls. Definitely recommend.

Loved this glenplaid dress with the ruffle hem. Perfect on its own but I loved that I could also wear a button down (or other shirt) under it. Easy and comfortable to wear, perfect for the office. Could easily go out for drinks after too. Fit was true to size.

I wear this dress (size XS) to an academic conference where I gave a talk. It is elegant and comfortable. I feel good all day both outdoor (>100°) and indoor (cold AC). The best work dress I've ever encountered.

I thought this would be a cute dress for work, but I couldn't get it zipped up in the back. Runs small. It was tight across the hips and the fabric is not forgiving.

I was sad I couldn't wear it because I couldn't even zip it.

First rental dress and it did not disappoint! The ruffles on the bottom were so fun! The material was thick enough that I didn't have to wear shapewear. Will definitely be renting again!

I followed the reviews and sized up (from a S to an M). It looked great and was really comfortable.

Wore twice to work and once to an event. Was a very plain Jane dress - fit well, not amazingly. The ruffle added a little something, but nothing to write home about.

This is just a little too tight and a little too short to be a great work dress. at 5'4'' I wanted it to come down just an inch more. I did fine with a cardigan over it, but at that point you lose some of the flare of the ruffle and it's just an ordinary work dress that maybe hugs a little too much. Just OK with it as a style

Very cute and work appropriate but definitely size up! I ordered a medium and am usually a size 6 and could barely zip it shut. I will try to order it again in the large someday!

I initially rented the XS since I'm generally a 0/2, sometimes a 4. It was too tight, so I sized up to a Small. I still felt like the dress was tight. I suspect a Medium would be too long in the torso, but a bit less snug. If you are not totally body confident, this dress may not be for you.

I am a size 4/6 and this was pretty tight in both chest and waist and also was pretty short (I am 5'2)

This dress really isn't cut properly. I'm between a 6 and an 8 and the large was snug on me. I'm 5'7" and the large was still quite short. I am a pear shape, and the dress weirdly fit my hips fine but was tight across my stomach and chest. It's very cute and I liked it but the cut just isn't quite right.

This dress was pretty but just fit kind of awkwardly. I didn't like where the ruffle fell. In a bigger size it may have sat better - would be cute with tights and boots!

I really loved the style, design, length, and quality of the dress, but the sizing is way off. The "large" size seemed really tiny. I normally wear a small or medium. But this dress was just a bit too tight on me & I didn't feel comfortable going out in it. I'm only giving it one star, because with this odd sizing I'd at least expect more sizes to be offered yet "large" is the biggest size this dress comes in. :/
