I get great in this. Perfect for fall with tights and booties. Wore to work and got lots of compliments. I do recommend having a black bra, but it was fine. Would rent again.

I wasn't the biggest fan off the pattern ( someone at a coffee shop asked me if they were beta fish) BUT I loved the style, fit and bow of the dress. The dress provides coverage but it's very light and breezy.

I rented this for date night and ended up loving it so much I bought it! It feels like a timeless cut. The figure skimming shift is so flattering. I wore it that night and have since used it for our family holiday photos and belted it. I'm a curvy size 12. The fabric feels fancier than you would wear to work. I would recommend for a date, party or family function since it's pretty modest but also really pretty. I like hair up to show off the tie at the neck.

This dress was truly great, only con was sometimes the neck tie would get uncomfortable but just readjust it and you will be fine. I loved this dress. The print was beautiful, it was fun, flirty, and it seem like everyone wanted to know where I got my dress from. Would definitely rent again!

The print is pretty and the dress is well-tailored, but the fact that it ran large AND was a little basic made it one of my less remarkable rentals. Wouldn't rent again. Good for work, especially if you work in a slightly conservative office.

This dress was cute enough, but a little too fussy with the pussy bow. I enjoyed wearing it once, but ultimately felt it was a little extra for my business casual work environment.

Fit was fantastic and details were subtle yet elevated. Length was perfect for work - hitting just above the knee. Had to wear a racer-back bra due to sheer sleeves and shoulders. I have an athletic body shape and the style made my shoulders look small (in a good way).

Love this dress! It's loose-fitting and modest without looking dowdy. The bow threw me off a little at first, but I've warmed up to it 100%! Wore it to work, and it's a little formal for my office but would probably work well elsewhere. Not too short. Lots of compliments, would wear again, especially if I had an event or date night planned!

This dress perfectly hid my 3-month baby bump and was extremely comfortable for a long day at the office. I wore it with leggings and ankle boots, since the dress is somewhat sheer / light weight and it is chilly in New York right now. Even though this doesn't show up when you type in maternity, it's the perfect dress to hide a bump! Fits well on top and then flows out. This dress doesn't provide any shape to your midsection or hips but super comfortable for this soon to be mama.

This dress is so awesome and easy to wear. It came just above knee length for me. It has a really soft silk lining so a slip wasn't needed. I chose to wear a strapless bra with it because the sleeves are sheer up to the neckline. I got so many compliments on it! The arms are roomy, too. I have muscular arms and it worked really well for me! I think I ended up wearing it like three times.

I would have sized down but this is a great dress for work! I have to say that I'm 5'11 and the length was very work appropriate.
