Stylist Review

I love this vibrant dress by Slate & Willow! Running true to size with lots of stretch, I recommend wearing your true size for your primary size and you honestly might not need a backup. This style is fitted throughout the midsection and the stretchy fabric allows comfortable room for full hips. It works for all cup sizes. You are able to wear a standard bra with this dress. At 5’6”, the length hit mid calf on me. This is a nice calm piece, for work, a small outing or even a baby shower!

It was very comfy.

It exposed the front and without a sports bra or tank, you'll be showing off your bra.

It was a great dress that I wore for the rehearsal dinner.

The dress was very comfortable and perfect for the rehearsal dinner of a friend's wedding.

It was an afternoon outdoor wedding in 90 degree temperatures.

This dress was my backup dress. While I didn't wear this one to the wedding, it would have been great. The fit was true to size, and the fabric draped perfectly. A pair of heels, and the right accessories dressed it up just enough for the occasion.

Cute, Comfortable but Top Doesn't work

Loved this dress - lightweight, doesn't wrinkle, fun hemline, color is lovely, runs TTS. But the "wrap" top immediately falls open to the waist; so poorly designed. Even with my DD's, there's no making this bodice work without pinning it closed. (Tried a cami, but the full flop-open made that feel/look awkward.) Unfortunately, it's difficult to pin successfully due to the thin jersey fabric - the pin is very difficult to conceal. Otherwise I loved this dress, but the frustration and self-consciousness over the top was a deal-breaker. Back hem nearly grazed the ground at my height.

.

Was a bit too big and as a result looked a bit frumpy. Color was awesome though. Wish I would have had this in a smaller size.

Pretty color-- but runs too large

The shoulder fit is pretty large. I couldn't wear the dress, because the sleeves kept falling down.
