This a great everyday or special occasion dress, you can either dress it up or down. This dress would work well with any cup size. The fabric does have some stretch to it. At 5'4 in 3 in heels this dress comes right above my knees. This dress can be worn with a standard bra

Runs large

I loved the color and simplicity of this dress. It was perfect in theory. The reality was that the fit was boxy and awkward. It hung funny and made me look bulky. It's an okay dress, but I won't rent it again.

The XL turned out to be way too large on me, but it still looked cute when I pulled it in at the waist more with a long black scarf tied around it as a belt, which makes it work nicely on an hourglass figure. I'm very short so the hemline is not much above my knees, allowing me to wear it to work, but it may be on the short side for work for average or tall people... still would be a fun party dress though! Plenty of room in the sleeves for larger arm widths and the sleeve style was flattering on them.

I think it is supposed to fit a little looser, but maybe it runs big. The zipper in the back kind of pooched out at the bottom which was annoying, but again it could have been a sizing issue. Definitely not for taller folks, as it was quite short on me and I'm barely 5'3". I wore it to a wedding rehearsal dinner with tights, tall black leather boots, and a statement necklace (it was cold outside). But, when I tried it on with nice heels and bare legs it also looked fantastic.

Wore this to one of my best friends baby showers, and recieved a lot of compliments. I would say it runs large (I'm in between a 6/8, if it's fitted 8's usually fit better, but when roomy I can go with a 6 or small). The neckline was a little annoying (kept shifting around all day) but the dress has a great amount of stretch to it and it's really cute on.

Dress is gorgeous. I am 125 and 5'7". I ordered a small. But I am swimming in it. I don't think it is meant to fit like a potato sack style?? But that is the way it looks on my frame. I'm going to see if I can get it in extra small. Really a beautiful dress. I recommend sizing DOWN

Great for work. A little short and the skirt blows in the wind a bit. In the office it has a great fit, especially the neckline. Fit is straight with a bit of a drop waist. One me it was a bit tight in the hips but I am a bit pear shaped.

This was my first Slate and Willow rental, and since there is no size chart available online, and it came new with tags, I had to guess. It was a bit larger than I expected (XL fit more like a size 16, when I was hoping for a 12/14). A belt worked to make it a better fit, and overall it was a nice enough one time rental for work.

This dress is beautiful and feminine. However, it runs quite large. So large that I couldn’t wear it. The fabric is thick, and hangs nicely with the ruffles. No worries about wrinkles.

My main issue was the fit. The L was just too big for me. The back neckline did not lay flat and the dress had no shape. I could probably have gone down a size. Overall, it was meh compared to my other rentals.

I wanted to love this dress, even though I ordered it as a back-up option. Despite the higher neckline, if was very cute and flirty. The issue is that the dress, which fit me fairly well, rode up when I walked ... and suddenly was very short. The zipper also didn't lay flat, despite it closing easily. Long story short, I didn't end up wearing the dress to the bridal shower I was hosting.
