I rented this to wear with a black jumpsuit to run an event and it was perfect for that experience. The fit of the jacket is over-sized/boyfriend cut, so it worked well over a form fitting item. I my mind, I also thought I could wear this piece for work. After it arrived, that thought was squashed. Maybe you are the queen bee of your work environment and can pull of an evening jacket for work (you are my hero), but not myself. So great item, but less potential than I initially thought.

Wore to a special work event and felt great in it. Was chilly that day so paired with a turtleneck and slacks. Would probably rent again in the Spring as it would go nice with a dress. Has some navy tones in addition to black/grey. Slight shimmer. Not too flashy. Nice piece!

Comfortable not stiff- great for formal business attire

Fit was great, I ordered a medium and it was breathable (can't stand tight jackets). Wore over a thin tank top turtle neck and it looked really sleek. I got 3 compliments within 15 minutes of walking into the office. Personally, I think pre-cinched sleeves look kinda old fashioned so that's the only thing I didn't like. I did feel that this was a more mature look but once I got to the office and everyone loved it, I felt more confident.

The detailing on this jacket is amazing. It has great designs, a little sparkle, and just looks very classy. I got the medium, and it was a tiny bit large on me, but didn't look bad by any means. The small probably would have fit just fine. Very flattering, comfortable, and there is plenty of room for a shirt underneath. Great length for a jacket, too!

Wow! This may have ruined me for boring black blazers! In case you can't tell from photos, I would say that this is a dark grey blazer with navy and somewhat sparkly black details. I wore it with a simple black tee, black slacks, and black velvet pumps. It would be safe to wear with a dark navy or dress it down with a bright white tee and jeans. The fit is wonderful- very comfortable and flattering- with pockets! The part that is the most snug on me is the upper back, but I'm bigger than most in that area so I don't count it against the piece. I especially love the ruched sleeves. I didn't wear it buttoned. It was too snug for that, but I wouldn't wear it buttoned anyways. I might hold on to this one for a while! The only downside is that it's quite memorable... people who care about repeating an outfit certainly will be aware of this one!

I wore this blazer with a white tee and dark jeans to dinner and also to work one day. I received a ton of compliments. This blazer fits great, is very flattering, can be dressed up or dressed down. I definitely recommend this item!

I rented for work and plan to wear several times. The first outing (work and then professional dinner) was perfect with a navy shell and black pants. The jacket is a tad boxy but I paired it with skinny black pants and it worked.

This is such a fabulous blazer! The small was a perfect fit for me, fitted and lovely. The scrunched up sleeves were perfect for me, I always end up pushing them back anyhow. The material was so pretty, textured floral pattern in a dark navy that looks black and paired well with black pants. I wore it to a convention and then wore it on plane home - I got compliments on it everywhere. Would definitely rent again.

This jacket is a boss jacket, for some reason the sleeves were a bit tight in the upper arm, but otherwise I found the single button and navy color very flattering. You can't see it in the picture, but the stitching has a sheen to it, so it looks really expensive even though I think it's a private label brand for RTR. Might keep it, not sure, really felt like a versatile piece for wearing with jeans or slacks

I ordered this blazer for an upcoming trip to Vegas. I'm 5'2 petite with an athletic build and the fit is awesome. It's a little tight on my shoulders but I have that problem with jackets often. It does not look too long or too boxy. It's perfect. It had shoulder pads too in case it doesn't mention it elsewhere.

The blazer is very comfortable and the ruched sleeves give the perfect look with no fuss. The pattern is super cute!!!! Very versatile piece that can be dressed up or down. I received lots of compliments on this one. I would definitely rent again or maybe even purchase.

I'm petite and have short arms. Jackets are usually too long in the sleeves. But this jacket has ruching in the sleeves, and fits perfectly! The fabric features some glitter, just enough for good taste. The color is very deep navy. I wore it with jeans for a night out with friends, and with dark navy pants for a holiday party. May favorite rental so far!

I got the XS, fits perfect, and got about 5 compliments at work and loved this jacket. looove. It's so unique. at first it kind of looks like a sofa but it grows on you! previous review: My waist is 28-29 inches (I usually wear S/M and the button/waist section on this probably had 6 inches of extra fabric in that area). Shoulder area was also too big. SIZE DOWN. If I can get this in an XS, I will gladly wear it.

Great blazer with jeans or with black dress pants. Flowers have a sparkle to them, definitely appropriate - not tacky in any way. I would not wear this blazer to a super formal event. Looks great with silver jewelry. Neckline laid a bit funny, but I think it was the shipment not the garment. Would rent again.

My go to work look it a casual pant and blazer, adding this to my rotation was fun and I received so many compliments! It does run a bit snug through the shoulders/upper back but my build is a bit broad and I prefer and less structured fit.

Absolutely loved this. Fit was great. I am broad-shouldered and small-waisted but there was a bit of roominess at the waist -- so don't shy away if your shape is a little different. The brocade-like fabric ensured I looked crips and put together, even after wearing it for two different conferences during the same week. The sparkles woven in the fabric were just enough to add interest without being super-flashy or distracting, and gave the jacket a subtle blue sheen that let me pair it with black leggings, dark jeans, and a black, just-above-the-knee skirt and it looked great no matter what! Might ask for this for Christmas, it was definitely my fave item I ordered this month.

I think some might have found the large too big, but I liked the looseness and thought the structure of the jacket was just right to make it look slimming with a deep v blouse and tighter pants. Got lots of compliments!

I'm in love with this blazer. I seriously considered buying it. It's gorgeous and flattering to my apple shape. The only thing to keep in mind is it's not breathable fabric. It can get pretty warm

I wore this blazer with black shirt & pants, and I think it looked really cute, but be forewarned that I thought it was gray/black when I left the house and it is clearly blue in the sunlight :)

Really liked this blazer and it fit well. Seemed a bit slim in the waist but to size up would have made it too big in other areas so I just didn't button it very often. It's more sparkly than you can tell from the picture - great find!
