I absolutely LOVED this dress and felt amazingly beautiful in it. It's long, so high heels are needed, and it's a bit tight in the rib cage area, but overall, it fit perfectly. I received so many compliments, probably more than on my wedding day! I could not have been happier with any other dress, and I was comfortable the entire day and night. Again, stunning dress that was just my style!

This dress is amazing and I would rent it again. I rented it for a black tie charity event and received many compliments. The band has NO budge and it was a bit tight but if I went up a size. The rest of the dress would have been too big. The slit makes it sexy but not overly sexy. The top is thick enough to go without a bra, even at 36DD. Must rent! True to size. Length was perfect w 3 1/2-4" heels and I'm 5'5".

I ordered a 4L and that dress fit PERFECT (which was true to my size).. however when it was time to zip up for the wedding, the zipper would NOT budge over the waste band. I tried all the tricks, and then my husband came over to help. He tried and tried, and the zipper ended up detaching. I was so bummed, but thankfully I brought my backup size. Other than it being a tad big, I LOVED wearing this dress all night long. I received so many compliments and just felt beautiful in it. It's sexy yet has full coverage, I loved the detail of the slit. So fun!!

I rented this for my engagment photos and i love every moment of it! Only down side is if you have larger breast go up a size!

This dress was perfect! I ordered the tall so I could wear heels and still have extra length. As mentioned in other reviews, the arms are pretty restricting. Dancing to “shout” is a little challenging so if that’s your jam, maybe look into another dress. I got a ton of compliments at the wedding and even more since posting pictures. I would definitely rent this dress again.

I should have ordered the Long version. The 2 was a little loose in the top, ideally would have wanted a 0L. Overall, I LOVED this dress!!

Great fit! Stiff on top due to material, but to be expected.

The band around the middle is very tight fitting! No give or stretch! I ordered a 8R for backup and it was a better fit for me on top, but the length was at least 4-5 inches longer than the 6R. It was just too long.

Aside from the band seperating the top and bottom part pf the dress, and the shoulder area; the dress fit kind of big in my opinion. I usually wear a size 4 or 6, and I wore a size 2 in this dress. The areas that I mentioned above were a little tight but not so tight that it was bothersome or noticable. Over all I LOVED this dress! It worked out perfect for the black-tie optional gala I went to.

It was light weight but warm. Long enough to wear flats. The sleves were a little long but it was very comfortable. Beautiful gown and photographs well.

I absolutely LOVED this dress. Considered buying. I wore to my birthday dinner and I will say the waistline became unbearable after I engorged myself on food. But it was worth it. I looked so fine in this! It's a little long so stairs were hard to come up or down on without bunching up the bottom in your hands. But the lace bust is fantastic, the nude blended in perfectly with me (I am very pale white so may not be true for darker or more olive skin tones). I loved it! If you're debating- get it

I absolutely loved this dress! Although the other reviews don’t lie. It is a tad snug in the torso area and can be difficult to raise your arms up. But I wasn’t uncomfortable and I would highly recommend this dress :)

I loved this dress. It fit so well. The length was a bit long, even when in heels, but it really wasn't a problem. I ended up wearing a sticky bra, but you could probably get away with a normal bra depending on how the dress fits you in the chest. I got so many compliments, highly recommend for a formal event!

I got a lot of compliments on this dress. I really wanted to go with Cooper Street but it was too tight. This dress was my second choice and I was very happy with it. For reference, I'm 5'4, 117 lbs 34D chest. I wore the 0 but could have comfortably worn the size 2 since the 0 was a tad tight in the chest.

It fit pretty well although I'm not as well endowed in the chest area so when I sat it was a little loose up top. The dress is so fun to wear!

I ordered a size down - so it was a little tight, but would have fitted perfectly had I ordered a 4. Even still, the dress was so beautiful and I got a ton of compliments. One word of caution, the slip underneath is fitted through the butt and hips. If you are pear-shaped, I would consider getting whatever size you are on the bottom.

When I work an awards show, I have a few requirements for the dress - black, long, can be worn with flats. This fit the bill, but also added a couple extra bonuses - sleeves (perfect for the cool of A/C in a venue) and a beautifully detailed cutout fabric on the top that made it feel expensive and unique. The skirt had good movement, and I wore it all night perfectly happily. So pretty and chic!

Needed a dress to wear to the New York City Ballet Fall Gala. Needed to be very formal and modest. This dress knocked it out of the park. As I'm only 5'1" it was a little long. But I wore my highest heels and never tripped over it once.

I rented this dress for my engagement photos, but didn't end up wearing it due to them being rescheduled. I do feel it is a bit more formal than I would have liked and felt a bit severe for the occasion. It was very comfortable, but I would have had a better fit in a 10 due to my bust and hips. I like the slit and the cut outs. I think you can get away with wearing a regular black bra as well which is always a plus. The length was good for me without shoes on but my toes probably would have shown if I wore it with any sort of heels.

I am 5'5", 135 lbs, 34DD with an athletic build. I wore a 6R and the fit was absolutely perfect. I am usually a 4-6, so the fit was true to size. I loved everything about this dress. I will note that it is a little long. I wore 6 inch heels, it was perfect on me, but I would suggest renting a petite size if you do not plan on wearing heels with it.

The gown is even more lovely in person, and the cutout bodice is so unique--it helped me stand out from the crowd. I received many, many compliments, and most importantly I felt beautiful wearing it. My only complaint is that the ribbon right around the middle, separating the flowy skirt from the top section, is pretty tight. While everything else fit true to size this part was a bit smaller and so sitting down wasn't as comfortable as standing up--but it could also be that my rib cage circumference is larger than average as I haven't read this complaint anywhere else in the reviews.

I wore this dress to a Governor's Inaugural Ball - perfect for a January formal event in the Midwest. Pros: I am very small chested, and this dress allowed me to wear a normal bra in a nude color. So, I was able to wear a "grow two sizes" bra from VS. The skirt has a slit up the left leg making it easy to walk. The lace bodice was soft (not itchy). Cons: Length of the dress! I ended up wearing the 0R, but it was easily 2 inches too long. I'm 5'2" and wore 3" platform heels. Since this dress wasn't available in a petite and I really liked it, I ended up using temporary hemming tape on the silk lining. Then, I allowed the outer layer to drape. Because of the length we skipped the dancing - I would have tripped over the dress!

The dress is true to size - it was a little bit difficult to raise my arms but that did not stop me from hitting the dance floor. I don't think the 0 has a petite option so I had to go with the regular. It was a LITTLE long but nothing some heels couldn't fix and I really don't think anyone noticed anyway.

Rented this for a black tie wedding. The top isn’t stretchy so it was a *little* hard to lift my arms up above my head, but not impossible. It was comfortable and I received lots of compliments on it.

Whenever I received the order I was disappointed to find the sleeve on one of the dresses to be ripped. I was able to make due with the larger size dress and was not disappointed. I received so many compliments and was so comfortable the whole night. Overall great dress and looks amazing on.

I heavily relied on the reviews of this dress. It does run small so I went a size up and it fit perfectly. I needed help to zip it up. I received many compliments on it. This dress was perfect!

I wore the 4L, my normal size and the waist was tight but didn't bother me. I would say size up for your extra size. I couldn't zip up the 2L. The long is long. I'm 5'10", wore 3" heels and this dress almost grazed the floor. The only thing I regret is not taking more pics in it (and not getting a solo pic)... it looks even prettier in photographs. It's a beautiful dress, understated sexy. I got lots of compliments, it's a standout dress. I would rent again in a split second.

Love this dress! Runs extremely long. I usually rent long but had to wear regular even when wearing 4" heels. Top and waist have no give whatsoever. Probably not best for a large bust, thick arms or apple shape body. Skirt is gorgeous, flowy and would work well if you have wider hips. Slit is low-mid thigh and makes the dress very easy to move in. Would buy this if possible.

I am 5'4" and a 32A and I rented a 2R. The dress was a little longer than expected but it was probably because I wore only 1 inch heels. Would have been better if I had taller heels on. Overall, I LOVED this dress.

Wore this for a wedding and loved it. It was comfortable and had just enough oomph without being over the top. The only thing is that it's impossible to zip up by yourself, so make sure someone is around to help you in and out of this dress!

This dress was fabulous. The long was the perfect length when worn with a low heel. I received lots of compliments, and it was the perfect dress to wear to a fall wedding. I ended up sizing up one in order to fit my chest, and I'm glad I did. Otherwise perfect dress, and super comfortable!
