I had no problems with the strap length; however I am a weight lifter and usually have the opposite issue due to ny strong shoulders/back. Definitely get the nubra or fabric tape. You have to be okay with a bit of cleavage. The dress is amazing! And pockets!!!!!

Good for smaller bust, but is very low cut.

First time i wore a 4 in a RTR dress, so it ran a little big, but the 4 was perfect. It was so comfortable! I felt great in it all night. Also the first time i wish i owned a rental dress!

I'm 6'0", 150lbs, and 36B. I wore this to a formal wedding in Vail while 20 weeks pregnant. It is very low cut so I definitely used some fashion tape. (Family wedding.) Of course I loved the pockets and the easy flow of the back. Lots of compliments. I would rent again.

It made me feel great! It was a little small in the chest, but overall great fit. Would rent again!

Wore this to a black tie wedding in July 2019, and it was perfect for the occasion. I appreciated the open shoulders and back since we were in South Beach, and the shoulder straps were helpful so that I didn't need a bra for my smaller bust size. The dress is flowy enough that you don't need to suck in all night. I was surprised the smaller of 2 sizes fit me best. Highly recommend getting two sizes!

Love this dress. I normally wear a 2 and wore a 2 here. Slightly big around the rib area. Could have gone down a size but boobs would have likely popped out. What I did was just tie a small thread around the top of the straps to make it life the straps a little which worked perfectly. So many compliments! And the pockets!!!

Loved this dress, it worked well for me (small chested). I am only 5'3" so the hemline was a little lost on me, would have been perfect if it were 3 inches shorter. All in all, I felt great got lots of complaints and had a awesome night!

I rented this dress in a size 6 for a wedding! I liked how it had that classy look to it. The 6 fit perfect! I got several compliments on this throughout the night. VERY comfortable too! It has pockets! Which is nice on the dance floor if you want to put your phone down! You don't need a bra when you wear this buttt it does dip low! All and all LOVED this dress, which it came in note colors so I could rent it away!

I rented this dress for my brother's formal wedding. The dress was beautiful, lightweight, and easy to move in. The other reviews are correct the straps are too long. I am 32 DD so my husband safety pinned them to make them smaller on both sides in order to have support. I was worried about fit. I am 140 lb and 27 in waist and usually wear a size 6 but based on reviews, I order a size 4 and it zipped up easily and fit me better on the top. I received several compliments and do recommend it.

Fit great. Just had to use boob tape (as you can see from the image). Got a size 6, and I’m 138 pounds, 5,4” and have a C cup. Great thick material. Got a lot of compliments. Pockets!

Loved this dress! Comfy and stylish, beautiful, sexy. It was a great dress to dance and celebrate. As other reviewers noted the straps are long and it's low cut. I was able to temporarily secure the straps tighter and secure the front a bit for the night which worked perfectly

The dress was beautiful and was perfect to hide my growing baby bump. I will say the top runs small and be straps were super tight by the end of the night. Also I recommend some boob tape to help keep the girls where they are supposed to be. Otherwise the dress was great!

I wanted to love this dress (and in a lot of ways I did) but the fit was just off for me. The waist band fit perfectly but the chest area was too baggy. For reference, my measurements are 35-30-38. I don't have enough up top to fill this out (I'm a small B cup). If I was a C, it probably would have fit perfectly! Hope this is helpful!

Love the fit of the dress! Only downfall was I thought the straps were adjustable but they weren't. The way the bust fits you can't wear any bra underneath, I tried everything imaginable even a backless plunge bra. I received so many compliments on the dress especially the pockets! :-)

This dress was amazing. It had pockets!!! It was super comfortable, so I could eat and dance all I wanted at the wedding. I got so many compliments. The only thing to watch out for is the top. I felt the straps were a half inch too long (or my titties were a half size too small) so I was a bit worried about the top at times. Def grab some fashion tape to secure everything:-)

I absolutely loved this dress but so badly wished it had adjustable straps. Had to pin the straps back to keep from flashing to world. Sticky boobs were a must.

This dress was gorgeous and I received many compliments, but the top was much "chestier" than I was expecting... I was constantly having to readjust and make sure there wasn't a wardrobe malfunction of some kind. The material of the top didn't work well with fashion tape either, unfortunately.

The fit was a little big on the bust, ended up having to make a small knot on the straps in order to make it work. But no one noticed And I received lots of compliments.

Wore this to a gala and I loved it. Didn't have problems with the straps, but at 34B, the cups were a little big for me, but I didn't feel at risk of falling out or anything. Felt so confident!

I loved this dress and wish I could keep it. The straps were loose as most of the reviews stated but not terribly when I opted for the smaller size. I wore a 4 and I'm normally a 6. I'm 8 weeks pregnant with my second child and so I'm some how already showing or very bloated and it was still very comfortable. I received a lot of compliments.

You can see in the pictures that I added a bralette to the dress because it was a little too low cut for my taste. It runs big so order down for sure. I usually wear a 4 and wore the 0 to the wedding. The straps had been hemmed up by the previous renter which was annoying but easy enough to tear out. I’m also nursing my 6 month old, so this dress had easy access to his food supply too. :) The best part was towards the end of the night someone came up to me and said “your dress is the prettiest one here, don’t tell the bride” hahaha.

This was a beautiful dress, and who could say no to pockets! The only con was that the straps were a little loose but received a ton of compliments and I felt comfortable all night!

I'm 5'4", 34B and this dress fit like a glove. I don't normally go for high-low hemlines like this, but it was subtle enough on this dress that it really helped accentuate my shoes without making me look short. It is a little low in the neckline, but with a little bit of fashion tape it stayed in place all night. The straps are also very long, but I was able to rig a temporary fix that also held up all night, and I definitely put this dress through its paces. I highly recommend this dress. I couldn't have been happier with how I looked that night!

I wore this dress to a fall wedding, and it was absolutely gorgeous. I received so many compliments and felt my best in this dress. The only flaw with this dress was the straps; I found myself pulling the straps up throughout the night especially when I was sitting down.

The dress fit perfectly, except for the triangle top. I have an average sized bust, and the top gapped a little when I was not standing up straight. Fabric tape was too weak to hold it in place. Other than that, the length was perfect for my 5’4” self with 3 inch heels, and it was very comfortable and flattering.

This was my first RTR experience and it made me look forward to my next one! I rented this dress for a black tie wedding and LOVED IT. I read so many reviews before renting it that said it was very low cut that it was either uncomfortable or required pinning. So, going into this rental, I expected to have to pin the straps. Regardless of that, the dress was so comfortable and I got so many complements! The pockets are a bonus!

The dress fit well overall. Like others had said, the straps were very long, but I made it work. When I originally opened the package, the dress had a small tear along the front seem where the strap started. Rent the Runway gave me a complete credit for the dress, which was way more than expected when I called to let them know. (Excellent customer service!!) I was able to sew the seam together with a couple of stitches, and it was perfect.

This was my back-up dress and I’m so glad I chose it! I’m 5’4” and 170lbs with a broad back and a curvy build and this dress fit like a glove! I did have to shorten the straps by pinning them a little but I knew that going into it from other reviews. This dress is super lightweight, which was great for the summer wedding I wore it to. It’s very low cut so I recommend buying some fashion tape if you’re not used to that type of neckline. I felt great in this dress and would definitely recommend. It runs big so order a size or two smaller than usual. I’m generally a 10 or 12 but an 8 fit me just fine.

Long straps and a bit of gapping under the armpits. Pockets were great, length was great. 6 was comfy, could've went for a 4 but may have been squished. Fabric felt expensive and the dark blue and black combo were very classy.

Absolutely loved this dress! Received so many compliments all night at the wedding I went to. Only negative about the dress is if you have a bigger bust, your chest shows a lot and I was afraid a mishap might occur. I am a size D cup and I felt like my chest was all exposed a little too much so I tied the two straps together tight up by my neck like a halter and it held the girls in all night! It was perfect and I absolutely loved the dress! Will definitely rent again

The dress ran way large! Thank god I got the size smaller as the extra one! There is no way the size 4 would have worked. I was falling out of it. And I always wear a 4. Always! Like I said, I got so so many compliments on the dress! I was actually shocked about how many compliments I got! I loved the length and the pockets!

Loved the dress - it was super comfortable and easy to wear, plus it has pockets! It was very strange though...I ordered a 6 and 8 and I think they were mis-sized. Holding them up together, the 6 was at least 2 inches larger in the rib cage area, and way too big! So I wore the 8, which was smaller than the 6. I could have sized down from that too, but who knows what size the 4 would have actually been! Overall, loved it! Straps were way too long, so I tied them together at the top...tried fashion tape but it didn't seem to work as well.

This dress was BEAUTIFUL and was huge hit at a gala. I am normally an 8 and wore a 6. I have a small bust (36B) so I did not need any strap adjustments or tape. The fabric is great quality and was comfortable for a night spent dancing. Pockets were great as well! I would rent this dress again and again.

This is beautiful! I love the pockets and I felt super sexy in it (and I'm not someone who ever self-describes as sexy!). It definitely fit bit and, like everyone said, you need tape and/or to shorted the straps. I wish I had more events to wear this to!

This dress was perfect. Formal, but so comfortable! It even has pockets! I love that it is higher in the front because you can show off your cute shoes :) The straps were a little long on me, but other than that the dress fit true to size.
