I wore this dress for a rehearsal dinner. It runs small as other reviewers said, so i got a size up from what i usually wear. It was still a tight fit- cant take long steps in it. That beung said, I love the style and felt great in it. Got a lot of compliments.

I received a TON of compliments. Quality lace, so pretty. RUNS SMALL! I am typically a size 2 in everything I rent, but this dress was hands down a size 4 (and still very tight around the rib cage). I survived though and felt like a million bucks all night!

Great dress for an evening wedding this Fall. Paired with the Kate Spade Rock Out Cluster earrings. Lining underneath has no stretch and this does run small so size up for your backup dress. Comfortable and unique - loved it!

Absolutely LOVED this dress, as did everyone else. I received so many compliments and people asking where I got this! The other reviews are correct when they say the bust area is a bit snug, I was still able to wear my normal size and did not have to wear a bra. If you want to wear a bra you may need to go up a size. Love love love !!

This dress was perfect for my work holiday party. Fits snug, which I preferred as I didn't have to wear a bra. The under-part of the dress hit at an appropriate length. The material was thick, perfect for a winter event, but not too heavy. The thick straps and square neckline were perfect to compliment the tight fit for a work event. I would size up for your backup dress, although I normally wear a 0 and this fit perfectly, I could see how it would be too tight for some. The only con was that the cage made it slightly difficult to walk in, but I could pull the cage up to dance at the end of the night.

Loved this dress for a Rehearsal dinner because you can dress it up or down. Added casual block heels and fun earrings for a lower-key look, but could've done the opposite for a more formal event. As other reviews stated, I had to size up from my usual size 4 to a 6. The 6 was great in the chest and waist, but was a little limiting for walking, so don't choose this dress for a major dancing/moving event. Felt very high-quality and straps weren't too long for my short-waisted body.

I rented this for a Charity Gala that I went to for work. I needed something appropriate since I was with co workers but I still wanted to look cute and fancy enough. This was perfect!! I read reviews to size up but the 4 (my normal size) fit like a glove. It was a little hard to walk in bc the fabric around the bottom has no stretch so I couldn't take very large steps but that wasn't a big deal. I would definitely recommend!

I didn't feel uncomfortable either, it held me in perfectly. The straps kept falling down when I was sitting though. A little annoying.

I'm short and still found this midi length to be flattering due to the peekaboo aspect of the skirt. Fits true to size but the straps slipped on me a little bit - not a big deal. I felt sexy but still covered. Would buy!

I made it more casual with a leather jacket draped over my shoulders which I actually think made it a little more edgy. Highly recommend sizing up at least one. I'm an 8 or 10 but ended up wearing a 12.

It was structured enough that I felt put together, but there was enough room/give to make it easy to sit down. The circumference of the bottom was a bit small, so I had to take smaller steps than normal. Great that I could wear a regular bra. Would wear again!

This dress was great for a Fall wedding. I would say it's a bit on the smaller side - I normally wear a 4 but ended up wearing the 6 so I would be more comfortable throughout the night because the material has no stretch. The lace at the bottom can be constricting when walking up stairs but otherwise was completely fine for dancing, sitting, etc. If I owned the dress, I'd probably shorten the straps by maybe 1/2 and inch, but it was ok to wear for the night. Loved wearing it and would rent again!

I loved this dress! But for me, the fit was a little off. I wore a size 2 but the hips were a bit tight and therefore the dress bunched up a bit. The straps were also a little too big for me. But all in all it worked. The dress was great quality is perfect for a cocktail attire wedding.

I LOVED this dress! I wore it for a rehearsal dinner and even strangers came up to me to compliment the dress and ask me where I got it. I was worried about the length because I am 5'4" and thought the midi length might shorten me, but with a good heel I felt great! Reasons for 4 star: no slit made it a little harder to walk in because it reaches mid calf and has no stretch (if you will be walking a lot, would not recommend). Also, the lace layer would occasionally bunch up at some parts of the lace that were not as stiff and I would have to readjust to avoid a "pooch." Finally, size up (especially if you have a booty)! The bottom layer is tight and does not have any stretch to it.

Fit true, straps were a little long so I had to pin them up. I am 57, 140lbs, 34B, and this fit well. Loved that the dress was longer with the overlay, but was also still "short".
