I wore this for an outdoor wedding in Boston. As others have noted, it’s imposible to zip/unzip this without help! I was worried the fabric would be faded (based on a prior RTR experience) but it was vibrant and beautiful. I wore it without a bra and didn’t feel self-conscious at all. Usually it’s tough for me to find a dress that fits because of my cup size and height combination, but the size 2 worked really well (the 0 was too tight). Highly recommend this dress, especially if you’re petite and looking for something flattering!

Wore this to family thanksgiving. I was, of course, doing the most but it was fun. Dress is flirty short and runs small. I'm typically a 4 but this 6 was tight. Note that the top part by collarbone is lace square so you can see skin but it doesn't reveal any thing sacred. Dress is short but I do have long legs... when sitting it will rise to upper thighs. I paired with over the knee Stuart weitzemans and a green RTR faux fur long coat

This was my first rental with Rent the Runway!! The dress fit perfectly. I received so many compliments on it. I will say, I am 5'7" and it was a little shorter than I am used to wearing but it was so cute nonetheless. Highly recommend.

This dress is so fabulous! I got so many compliments at the Christmas party I wore it to. I would not have been able to wear a smaller size so you may want to size up. The length was good on me when I was standing, but it did feel pretty short when I was sitting down. Very pretty teal color that did appear blue in the photo booth pictures.

definitely a little bit more snug on the ribs and not stretchy AT ALL so it wasn't the most "arms in the air dance friendly" but it was SO cute. also was not as heavy as i thought it was going to be, and i got so many compliments on it!

I loved this dress. So so cute. Wore to a wedding rehearsal. Got tons of compliments, even from a few groomsmen hahaha. Reviewers were correct in that the skirt can be in the tighter side depending on your hips. But nothing I couldn't handle! Would def rent again.

The dress fit well everywhere and I have a little extra around my midsection. I wore it with stockings and it did not feel too short. It felt playful, appropriate for the work benefit event I wore it for and I got complimented on it including a measured "this is cute" from Miss Jay Alexander which I'm going to count as a win. I did have a moment of panic zipping it up solo but if you wriggle and pull you can make your way. Overall, absolutely happy.

Such a stunning dress, got compliments all night long. Runs true to size but definitely is on the shorter end so I'd definitely recommend sizing up if you're on the curvier side or want a slightly longer fit. Especially if you'll be sitting a lot. I'm a true 4 but ended up wearing the 6 for the slightly longer cut and it still fit great!

I really liked this dress and got so many compliments! It was a little small around the hips and shorter on me (I couldn’t life my arms lol) but I am almost 6 feet tall for reference. So if you have fuller hips or are tall I would definitely size up!

I'm 5'1" and 100 lbs with an athletic frame. I wore the size 0 but I was unable to lift my arms higher than my shoulders in this dress because the waist had NO give. I tried on the size 2 and could raise my arms higher, however the sleeves were wider and looked funny. I rolled the sleeves up a little for a better length, but with the pattern you couldn't tell. I love the color of this dress and the fact that the length was great, but wasn't the best style for my body type.

Overall I really liked this dress. The only issue I had with it was a seam that fit right underneath my but and had zero stretch. Due to this, I had to size up which was fine as it still fit well. If you have thinner legs or less of a but; then it'll likely fit better! The dress is as flattering but has zero stretch.

I thought this dress would be fun and flirty but it’s strangely frumpy and very uncomfortable. While it’s skirted, there is a tight band along the edge of the skirt that makes it fit like a form fitting dress and makes it hard to walk. The dress also runs very small. I usually wear a 4P at J. Crew but had to wear an 8 to get it over my butt and then the other parts, like the sleeves were too big. I didn’t end up wearing this dress and wouldn’t recommend it.

First, the color is beautiful. That's where the pros stop. The zipper was impossible to zip up once on. I broke both zippers trying to zip up. Then once it was on, it was very tight. If you are tall and slim, this would be perfect for you. It kept riding up the whole night. Im usually a 6 and I wore the 6, but only because the 8 ripped while trying to zip up. I'm 145 lbs and 5'4, 34a for reference. Then at the end of the night I couldn't get it off! I had to practically rip it off.

The size 2 and 4 both fit me, but I found that the sleeves looked more tailored on the size 2. The 4 just seemed a little too big in the arms and bust. The length was perfect for someone more petite, I am 5'4". Could possibly be on the shirt side if you are taller.

This dress fit like a dream! I was worried when I ordered it since they didn't have my back up size but it was perfect! I'm 5'7" weigh 130lbs usually wear a size 6 which is what I ordered! I was concerned about the length but it wasn't too short at all! This dress fits in all the right places while also hiding some areas! Was very comfortable and confident all night in this dress! Tons of compliments!

I absolutely loved the fit of the dress. It was the perfect fit all around. Got lots of compliments all night. The only con would be that the zipper was a little tough work with. Other than that I have nothing but positive things to say. Dress fit a little longer than I hoped but that was expected since I am only 4'11, still looked great though!

I'm typically a 4 and the 6 seemed to fit perfect. It feels very short on but you are definitely covered up! The skirt inches up when you sit so just be mindful when taking a seat! Love the color and the lace is well made. The long sleeves are great for more formal evens while the weather is still on the chilly side up north.

I nervously made a 2nd attempt at RTR for a mid-March wedding. My 1st attempt was in March 2012 [when RTR was starting to become increasingly popular], and it just didn't worm out. 2nd time around in 2019 - what a positive difference IMO!!! This dress was perfect for so many reasons!! This delightful 2nd time around with RTR came about for similar reasons to 2012--In search of a dress for that 'Wednesday-hump-day-like' month that March is... "Not so much winter, but not so much spring" (aka "WHAT KIND OF DRESS IS APPROPRIATE?"). Well this dress was IT. Truly answered that border-like season question. Beautiful color (just like the picture), long sleeved-yet just enough classy-short for those hopeful-spring vibes. Lesson learned: Always give something a 2nd shot!
