A little shorter than I expected, especially since I am not particularly tall (5'5"). The scoop of the opaque part of the neck was also deeper than I thought it would be, although maybe this would be less pronounced in someone with a larger bust.

I loved this dress! It's the perfect navy. The lace and ruffles are so feminine and pretty. The dress is very comfortable.

This dress was sent as a replacement for the one I chose and I loved it. I do not love my arms and thought the cap sleeve would be awful, but the loose cut of the cap actually covered my arms and armpit area that i dislike. Highly reccomend.

This was actually my back up dress, and boy was it meant to be. I got SO many compliments (and still am on Facebook;)) and I was super surprised at how well it fit. I felt so confident and pretty in this dress, which is not something that comes easy for me. I was nervous about the flowy sleeves, but they laid well and were not too poofy or crazy. The lace was perfect for the barn-chic wedding I attended, and the cut allowed me to wear a regular bra (which is a must for me). I would rent this dress again in a heartbeat.

This fit really Nicely. Was maybe just a tiny bit big in the chest- the under layer was just a tad loose, but it didn't bother me. The length was perfect as it hit the leg flattering but wasn't too short so I wasn't afraid to bend over!! I think it was great for a date night but definitely nice for a more formal event also.

This was a litttttle loose on me- I am usually a 2-6 depending on the brand a fit. I'm 5'5, 34B, and a 26 in pants and a small/medium in tops generally. This was super comfy and meant to be a simple cut so it doesn't give much shape, but I felt comfortable in it and still received many compliments! This was actually a back up dress for the wedding and I wasn't going to wear it, but the lace and ruffled sleeves were so pretty I ended up wearing this instead of another I had gotten for the rehearsal dinner. It wasn't lace in the back which would've made it prettier but overall a really great dress!!!

It was true to size. The blue color is a true navy color. I love the lace detail on the front side of the dress. I wish the lace detail wrapped around the dress, instead of just the front. And thank you to RTR customer service for helping with my shipping situation with UPS. Much appreciated.

The process to rent the dress was SO easy!! The dresses were so neatly packaged so they wouldn't wrinkle. The dress was a bit big on me, but a little tape adjusting made it perfect!! I received so many compliments on this look

This dress was perfect for my work holiday party. Very cute, comfortable and true to size. The back side is nice and stretchy if you need it to be. :) It was also a nice change from a LBD. I am also only 4'11" and it wasn't too long either. Overall great dress!

The dress fit great! It was a little snug as I was putting it on, to where you second guess if you'll get it over your hips, but once it's on it fit perfectly. The fabric under the lace and on the back of the dress/ruffles is like a thick yoga pant material - which is amazing in my opinion. I was able to wear a normal bra (I wore nude) and the only place you could see it was in the armpit area; everywhere else was concealed. The fit is like a shift dress, it doesn't hug your curves but still shows off your figure. If you have wider hips, or a bigger tush, I'd go a size UP with your backup size. My normal size fit great! I'm 5'7, 130lbs, 34DD bust - a normal size 4 and went with the size 4.

I didn't notice much difference between the 12 and the 10. The dress was extremely comfortable and flattering.

This dress is so fun and different! I didn't find much of a difference between the 4 & 6 so I went with the 4 and was very comfortable in it.

Great dress for a semi formal dinner. The lace detail is really beautiful and the sleeves are fun. The dress itself isn't anything to rave about but it definitely does the job and a solid choice for any event. Paired with RTR earrings and gold shoes and clutch.

I rented this dress because I needed something that would fit my body 2 months post-baby and allow for a regular bra since I'm breastfeeding (although I did need to use tape to keep it from showing through the armholes). I am usually a true size 4 and this one fit me with a little room in the waist/hips, but the bust runs smaller. The 6 was big and gave me no shape whatsoever. Not my favorite dress ever, but I definitely felt comfortable and confident in it dancing all night at an October vineyard wedding.

This Slate & Willow navy ruffle dress in size 4 has a hidden back zipper with cap sleeves with a crew neckline. I would have loved this dress a whole lot better if the back of the dress has a continuation of lace throughout the dress. I felt this designers dress was to plain for me.

I rented this dress for a fundraiser gala. I rented the 12 & 14. I wore the 14, not because it fit better but because the zipper in the 12 wouldn't zip. I was not in love with this dress, it didn't have the wow factor I was hoping for. Even though I received compliments on the dress, I wish I would have chosen something else. It was plain Jane.... lesson learned. It felt like wearing something off the rack that I could have bought for the same price at Nordstrom Rack.

I ordered the larger size as a backup, and I'm so glad I did. Even with the larger size, it was still extremely tight and not very comfortable. Wish this dress would have fit better, it was so pretty!

I loved this dress. It was comfortable, flattering, stylish and did not show one wrinkle at the end of the evening. Navy is my 'black' and I felt great in this dress. As a first time RTR client, I did not realize the quality of the garment would be so far beyond anything I have ever worn. I will definitely RTR again.

I am short and have a hard time finding dresses that fit me. This dress fit me perfectly!!! I absolutely loved it and received several compliments!

Great comfy cut with some stretch to the material. This dress hangs like a tunic instead of fitting right. The lace is sturdy and good quality so No worries about snagging. The back panel is good thick material but will show underwear lines so plan for undergarments appropriately.

Fits well, love the flutter sleeve. The lace neckline makes it sassy rather than stuffy!

Beautiful navy blue dress... a bit short for my taste, but classy and elegant. You will need to wear a strapless bra, otherwise straps will show through lace. A bit snug on the hips, but the size 8 would've been too loose. Overall happy with the rental

This dress is so classic. I received my compliments about it. I rented the 4 and 6 since I am in between sizes. The 4 pulled in the bag across my shoulder blades so I decided to wear the 6. It is the perfect length hitting around mid-thigh. I do suggest wearing a strapless bra. When you lean over, the ruffles fall down and you can see your straps if you wear a regular bra. I would love to rent this again.

This dress was such a pretty fit and nice material! You will not be disappointed I wore to work but could be a date night dress, going any where nice actually.

The front of the dress is gorgeous, but the back is a different material and gives it too much of an informal feel. Plus the fabric on the back wasn't super flattering, how it feel on my body.

It fit a little odd for my body shape. It was a little large in the bust, and snug in the tummy area. But it was very pretty.

The size 12 was a bit tight, so I wore the size 14. A very comfortable dress. the only complaint I would have is the shoulder sleeves are multiple pieces,. They were a little floppy.

Loved this dress. Wore it to an outdoor wedding in October. The only fit detail to keep in mind is the tightness in the armpits.
