First of all, it has pockets! Always a bonus in a party dress. I'm 5'3" and it definitely didn't show as much leg as the model, which was nice for me. It fit very well and was a little loose in the bust and quite a deep V. I'm not sure any of the bras I have would have woked with the neckline so I wore pasties which was part of the reason for the loose-ness. The backup size 2 would have been more comfortable to sit in since the 0 zipped up nice and snug and was tight in the waist, but I chose tightness in the waist with the 0 to prevent any potential wardrobe malfunctions in the bust of the 2. Highly recommend this dress. I received several compliments. The dress has a satin-y lining which was nice and I'm sure prevented any uncomfortable rubbing from the textured fabric.

Super cute dress! Impressed with the quality. As others mentioned, the waist has no give at all, so I needed to size up because of that, which led to the top being a little gappy under my arms. A few strategically placed pins took care of shortening the straps. I wore a sticky bra since all of the bras I own (including a racer back) showed through the back. They worked great! I got lots of compliments and would rent the dress again.

Dress was perfect fit

I wore this to a work holiday party and really loved it. I normally wear a 4 or 6, and ended up wearing the 4. The skirt flows away so you really just need to be concerned about fitting your chest and torso. The 6 was very big in the chest. It was a little lower cut than I'm used to wearing so I used some tape to make sure everything stayed in place. The material is great and it was very comfortable all night. This was my first RTR dress and I was very pleased overall!

This dress was selected for me since the backup to a backup wasn't available making this dress 7. The pattern on the dress was beautiful. The dress length was great at around the knee; however the top was too long so I pinned close to 2 inches off the shoulders. The dress was comfortable and easy to move in at the dance I attended.

First off, sorry for the mirror picture. The wedding was so fun we didn’t take a break to get a real on. And second, I don’t feel “beautiful” often. This dress made me feel that way. Plus it has pockets.

I loved this dress. I just had a baby and didn't have anything to fit into for our friends black tie optional birthday party. The length was perfect for me, it came about 3 inches above my knees. The fabric made it appropriate for a fancy event despite being a shorter dress. I will say, the top fit me perfectly because my cup size is a DD right now, but if you are smaller chested, it might not work. And it had pockets!!

This dress was amazing in every way except for the oddly large top! I loved the back cutout, the hidden pockets (you couldn't even tell I had my iPhone in my pocket all night), the flattering cut, and beautiful gold with black lace. But, the top is so big. I managed to fake alter it with safety pins and fashion tape in the back, but it still laid really weird on top. Regardless, I loved it and got many compliments.

I enjoyed wearing this dress to my friend's wedding! I ended up wearing a bandeau underneath the dress since it was a little too low cut for me, but overall it fit well. The gold accents were very pretty.

The fit is very awkward. The waist is very tight with no give- i got the 4 and the 6-waist felt the same- wore the 6 but the top was so big, loose and extremely low cut. I had to wear a strapless and safety pin myself in. While it was very uncomfortable and I constantly had to adjust myself I did like the pockets and it did photograph well.

This runs very big in the top and has zero give in the waist. The size 12 fit better in the waist but the top was gigantic. The 10 was very snug in the waist and the top was still quite loose. If you have a larger chest you'll probably fill it out better than I did but expect to have a lot of cleavage. I'm 34C and I used a stick on bra to help fill it out then a lot of fashion tape to hold down the edges, otherwise I felt very exposed. The waist truly has no stretch at all. By the end of the evening my ribs ached. When I was standing it wasn't bad, but sitting down was quite uncomfortable. Overall, I just felt like this dress fit weird. With such a big difference between the waist and the top I obviously do not have the right body type, but there were other weird things like an extra pucker of material just above the waistband on my belly. For reference my measurements are 39-32-43. Also note that because of the open back it's difficult to find shapewear that works! On a positive note: the fabric is thick and feels nice & the pockets and wonderful!! If it fit properly it would be a great dress, it just didn't work for me.

This dress was one of my favorite to wear. I was worried about what bra I would wear since the back is different but didn't have to wear one and felt secure the whole night. The fit was super flattering and camouflaged my hips while accenting my smaller waist. The pockets were an awesome touch. If I wasn't working on losing weight, I would have kept the dress. It is on my list to buy once I get to my goal weight.

Loved the dress, perfect for a holiday cocktail party. I am 5'3", 34AA and the 2 was the perfect length, perfect fit in the waist, but loose in the chest area. It worked fine with a little tape, just something to keep in mind. Definitely recommend!

I loved the fit and fabric! The cut was extremely flattering! I ended up not wearing a sticky bra (or any bra), because the cut was so low- I felt exposed with the extra padding.

The gold detail was beautiful on the dress. I knew the dress would be a bit big on the top for me (32a), but a sticky bra and tape held it in place all night.

Rented this dress for a friends wedding. Loved the pockets and the overall fit. Was a little tight on the waist, as the material isn't stretchy. No bra needed.

While this was a little tight zipping at the ribcage, it was flattering and comfortable. It worked well for a petite busty frame and hid my tummy as well. And it has pockets! I didn't even carry a purse. I felt like a magician.

Loved this dress, it was super flattering and fit in all of the right places. I wore this to my Company Christmas Party and would absolutely rent again. I ordered a 0 and a 2. The 0 fit a little tighter but the 2 was a little too revealing in the front and I needed a slightly higher neck line so I went with the 0.

I always float between sizes on dresses as my hips are 2-4, but my bust/waist are 0-2. This dress I ended up wearing the size 0 since it felt a little too big in the bust area for the size 2. The fabric was perfect and the dress fit well in all of the right places, best of all it has pockets! The zipper does stick around the waist area, but other than that everything about this dress was perfect. I wore it for an industry holiday party and got so many compliments. The open back was lovely and the front showed just the right amount of cleavage. I wore sticky boobs and didn't have to mess with anything all night. Would definitely rent this one again!

The dress felt really comfortable except the zipper track came undone half way through from the middle of the track! Thank god for wardrobe dept to help fix the situation. It didn't break but kept separating. I love a dress with pockets. Many compliments all evening.

I liked this dress a lot more than I thought I would! I wore it to a formal fall wedding and got tons of compliments on it. I usually wear a 6 and felt that this ran a little big. It's especially bigger in the top area- I could've gone with a 4. I wore a stick on bra- the back is cutout so a strapless one won't work- but I probably could've gotten away without one. It also has pockets which is a plus!

Due to the shape of the back of the dress I was unable to wear a bra, but the thick fabric kept everything covered. The zipper was definitely a challenge. I needed a lot of help to get it over the waist seam.

LOVE this dress. Zipper is almost impossible to get up, but I did, and it fit perfectly once I had. Front is fairly low cut (felt a little overexposed during the church ceremony, but totally fine at the reception). I wore a sticky bra, but could have gone without anything. POCKETS! I got both the 10 and 12 - wore the 10, which was definitely snug (but in the way it was meant to fit) and the 12 was WAY too loose - so there's a fairly big jump between sizes. Cannot recommend this dress enough - I wish I owned it.

Pros: pockets! Slimming, comfortable, easy to dance in, very flattering Cons: you can tell it has been worn plenty of times before. Mine had a bit of a smell (the size 8 did not). Otherwise, the fabric is in great condition so it doesn't look like it's been worn much.

Fit a little bit loose in the bust, but I'm also not especially well-endowed in that region. Really beautiful dress and it has pockets! Always a plus. Would definitely rent this again or recommend to a friend.

The dress fit well, the side zipper was VERY difficult to get up. Once it was zipped, the fit was great. The pockets were a wonderful addition. I was able to wear pasties bra without a problem. The top was a little lose, but once the dress was adjusted (I just pulled down the waist a bit), it was good the whole night.

I felt like a million bucks in this dress. Be prepared to show cleavage, and for the zipper to be difficult. Otherwise, my size for me well, and I didn't have to use the larger size I ordered. Perfect for NYE!

Dress was in great condition! Thicker material that was structured but was perfect for a classy, wedding in the city. I noticed the gold detailing more in person than I had viewing pictures online. Fit was great, perfect length that hit me right above the knee. Loved the small cutout in the back! Perfect for dancing and didn't have to worry about adjusting the dress all night. I agree with everyone else, the top fits loose; not outrageously big but enough. I wore a size down from my usual, and that worked fine. The style of back made it difficult to find a bra that wouldn't show. I wore a criss cross bra with a band extender that pulls the back of the bra down and that did the trick. Felt great in this dress and was comfortable.

Great dress! Loved the length - hard to find a dress these days that isn’t too short for some occasions. For girls who aren’t blessed in the chest area...this dress may be a bit loose up top. I’m about 150lbs with a B cup and had trouble filling the dress out. Can’t wear a regular or strapless bra with it either because of the back. I purchased the sticky cups and it worked perfectly. Overall, so happy with the dress and received a lot of compliments!

This dress was perfect for our friend's wedding. It was very comfortable and the pockets were perfect! Was a little difficult to zip when I tried it on but on the day of the event I zipped it myself without struggle. No need for a bra either! It was also the perfect length, hitting me just above the knee.

The zipper definitely takes two people to secure, but worth the hassle!

We were going to two different 007 themed NYE parties in one night, so I wanted something elegant but understated, short but not too short, and comfortable without anything to worry about (straps falling, too form fitting, high skirt slit, etc.) the whole evening. The pockets were a complete bonus as I didn't even have to carry a purse - room for my phone, lip gloss, and cash without concern for any of it falling out. It fit perfectly, the tailored waist was about 2" above my natural waistline so it was extremely comfortable, and the slightly heavier tapestry fabric draped beautifully and forgiving of any eating and drinking. There was no gaping underneath the arms and the top was lower cut but fitted well. Would definitely recommend!
