I am 5'5" 143 lbs and i got the size 6. It fkt comfortable and was tgenoerfecr dress for my 40th Birthday party. The color is beautiful. Inreceived many compliments.

A beautiful, vibrant red with so many compliments! The slip underneath is adjustable, slightly shorter than the lace overlay. Very comfortable and so flattering! I rented for my daughter's sorority Red Dress Gala raising funds for women's heart health.

This dress fit me very well and was extremely comfortable. I wore a 2, and that is my usual size. I wore it to a Christmas party , and I got lots of compliments on the color. The slip underneath was short, but the lace dress over top was about 2 inches longer. The length was perfect for me. Overall it was a big hit, and I felt great in it.

No one stated this so have to share: it’s 2 pieces. A red adjustable strap sheath, and a red lace layer that zips and buttons at the neck. Modest enough with the neck/sleeves for a work holiday event, but I definitely stood out on the dance floor. I’m 5’10” and it was just below my fingertips—don’t recommend bending over OR lifting your arms overhead.

Awesome red color and I loved the lace. The top and bottom are total separates which made getting it on super easy. Lace arms were a bit tight on me but it still worked (and maybe I have larger arms?). So stunning!

This dress didn't run too small and the lace has stretch so it definitely moved with me during the night and allowed for dancing. But it was more comfortable in a larger size than my normal size. I definitely would have felt uncomfortable if it was any shorter, but it was fine for my height. It was the only color in a sea of black and navy dresses at the wedding so it definitely stood out.

I got both the 6 and 4 for my work holiday party. Usually I am a 4 in RTR dresses, but I ended up wearing the 6 because the the 4 was super tight in the arms. The 6 was a little loose everywhere else, but was still generally a good fit! I got so many compliments on this dress; it's comfortable, the color is great, and the lace is really pretty. It felt a little short on me, but not too bad, especially considering I'm 5'11"!

The dress is beautiful and fit true to size. Other people mentioned the dress was a little short, but if you’re petite the length is fine. I would love to buy this dress!

I rented this for a holiday party and received so many compliments. I am a huge fan of spanx so I did wear them to accentuate my hourglass shape but smooth out bulges. The layered slip and lace dress occasionally didn't match up, where the slip was hanging lower but it was an easy fix. I am 5'9" so I had to be mindful of the mini-dress factor. Some may think the dress feels too short but with opaque tights it seemed fine to me. Color and neckline were my favorite features.

This adorable dress was perfect for a fancy holiday party. (My husband wore a tux; yes, it was fancy!) The dress is 2 pieces--a solid slip and the lace overdress. There's a little bit of stretch to the lace, but I found the fit was great without it. I would definitely rent it again.

This dress was beautiful! There are two pieces to it, the red slip and the lace. It was such a comfortable dress, and so many compliments for a winter wedding. The one note which I read on most of the reviews was that the arms can be a little snug. ( where the shoulder is) other wise it was perfect!!!

Dress is actually a slip with lace overlay. Love the mock neck. Arms do not give and fit is pretty small. Length was pretty short on me and I'm in the 5'5-5'6 range. Loved this dress but went with my first choice instead.

It is two pieces, a red slip and then the lace dress, I was surprised about that but it worked fine! I felt really good in this dress, tight enough but roomy and very comfortable. I was able to sit down for dinner with out feeling restricted and move around all night. I wore this for my holiday work party

I got so many compliments on this awesome red dress! It fits true to size, but I ended up wearing the 16 simply because the 14 was a bit shorter than I was comfortable with. I like that the slip is completely detached from the lace overlay so you can adjust the length of the slip to your desired length. Will definitely rent this one again!

Dress fit great and I got a ton of compliments on it all night! Fabric has just enough stretch. I have wide hips and an average sized chest. The slip underneath the lace has skinny spaghetti straps so I wore a strapless bra with it and it was fine, but wish I had a red bra I could have worn instead - just something to consider when ordering if you have a larger chest or don't like strapless bras.

The lace has a little give but I wore the larger size so it would be a little longer. Super comfortable and fun!

This dress was so beautiful and fit perfectly! Very flattering but not too fitted. It was a bit tight on the arms but I tend to have that issue with material that isn't stretchy. Didn't bother me during the night though. I got so many compliments, highly recommend renting! I'm 5'8 and ordered a size 6.

It's not often that I truly want to keep a dress, but this one's different. The color, the cut, and the comfort make this dress a real winner. The free flowing shape does an outstanding job of balancing out the short length; this combination makes this dress a head-turner without being over the top. If you're considering renting this dress, do yourself a favor and act now!

This dress was gorgeous - the lace is beautiful, the red color is gorgeous, a true bright red. It ran a little small, I was definitely more comfortable in the 4 than the 2 (I'm usually a 2, but can vary to a 0 or 4 depending on how the dress is cut - my shoulders are narrows and I'm a little curvier in my hips/booty), especially because I wanted to be able to eat and dance without worrying. Oddly it was tight in the elbows of all places, and I was worried it would be annoying all night, but it wasn't. Length is perfect. Definitely recommend!

Rented this for a Christmas Eve party and it eneded up being the perfect pick. I'm notmally a 0, but had gotten a 2 because I was a little worried about it being tight. The fit is true to size though, so it was a bit roomy on me, but not enough to look bad. Would definitely rent this one again in the correct size.

This was my first rent the runway dress and it was great! The dress is beautiful and comfortable. I had sizes 14 and 16 but the 14 was too short so I wore the 16. I am also breastfeeding so this provided nice coverage and room for my bust. This dress is modest but also sexy at the same time. The lace is nice quality so I wasn't worried about snagging or damaging it. Overall, very happy.

I think this dress looked better on then on the hanger. The slip has adjustable straps so you can have a higher or lower neckline as desired. The lace was pretty and fit well- not too tight around stomach or behind. To dress it down I wore it with black leggings and booties and received tons of compliments !
