Super comfy and a sexy slit to make it special. I have small arms and it fit like a glove. I don't think it would fit so well on someone with muscular arms or broad shoulders.

Thank god the 6 fit, they didn't have the 8 because it was returned damaged. RTR sent me another dress instead, but i loved this dress. They have amazing customer service and know how to keep customers coming back for more! Loved this dress for a winter event. Sexy and elegant at the same time. I have muscular arms and the sleeves fit just right.

Rented this for my daughter to attend a sweet 16. The dress we wanted was returned unrentable before our event and RTR contacted us to make up to five alternates at no extra charge. This was one of the alternates and it was perfect. (She had black tape from physical therapy on her shoulder, the sleeves are sheer lace). This dress fits snugly. Not tight or hoochie but you definitely need to be confident and comfortable showing your shape. My daughter said it was super comfortable and easy to dance in. This was our first RTR experience and we will absolutely be using them again!

Perfect fit, yes its short but it was comfortable! I rented the 10 and the 12 since I am wide up top and have fairly large arms but the 10 fit perfectly. The 12 just seemed wider on the bottom which I didn't need. The fabric is thick and stretchy which I felt was very flattering. Worked great for my 20's theme party! Would definitely rent this one again.

This dress fit true to size. It was super comfortable even though the sleeves were pretty tight. The cut up the side dresses it up a bit and was perfect for a night out in a casino. I also like that it wasn't super fit in the stomach area... Left room to feel comfy after dinner and drinks! I may want to rent this one again;)

Super cute little black dress. It fit great and I received lots of compliments. The only thing that I could say is that if my arms were any bigger around, I probably wouldn't have been able to get them in the lace sleeves. I ordered the size 2 and 4, as I can usually wear either size depending on the fit. I tried on the 2 and when it fit perfectly, I never even tried on the 4. I love that RTR will send the next size up or down for free. I was very pleased with the whole process. Was delivered exactly when expected and they make it super easy to return it with pre-paid, pre-labeled packaging. I will definitely rent from RTR again.

This dress was so comfortable for my NYE party, I was able to move and dance all night no problem. The fabric was such so I could wear it with no bra (very supportive); if I had chosen to wear a bra with it, I probably would have gone up a size. The lace makes it elegant, while the slit in the skirt makes it fun and great for a party night! I loved this rental, it's a grat pick!

This dress was gorgeous! It fit really well for a size 2 and even ran a little large since I'm usually a 2 or a 4. The sleeves were a little snug and my elbows got a little irritated from the lace but it wasn't anything too bad and was worth it since it looked amazing!

This was my first time using RTR and I was so happy with my experience. Like other reviewers said, it runs a little big in the body area, but it wasn't unflattering because of it. I also didn't find it to be too short like other reviewers- just might want to be careful because of the slit. I danced all night and didn't have a problem at all. I rented both a 8 and a 10, (I am usually an 8 but you know holidays...) and the 8 worked out fine. I would definitely recommend this dress.

I wore this dress for my Hospital Xmas party. I ordered an 8 and 6 based upon other reviews, once I tried on the 6 I didn't even bother trying on the 8. The 6 still had some wiggle room in the waist, but the sleeves were snug and I have pretty skinny arms. The dress is pretty short and the slit even shorter, so if you are not wanting to show your legs off or have long legs then this dress may not be a good option. I'm 5'10" and all legs, but I tend to prefer the short dresses. Overall, it's cute, classy, and sexy. Would rent again for the right occasion.

I loved the dress. It is quite short, sitting was not an option. It was sexy yet classy. The fabric is stretchy and comfortable. It runs true to size. I could have worn the 10 and still felt comfortable but I went with the 12 for the extra length. It was perfect for a party event. Even though it was short, I would definitely rent it again.

The stretchy fabric makes this dress extremely comfortable and easy to wear. If it was any shorter, I might have felt uncomfortable, but it was perfect for our evening out in Vegas. I can definitely see myself renting this dress again!

I wore this dress out on my birthday and it was perfect! The material has a little stretch so it fit snug, yet very comfortable. Later in the night I wore black tights and flats and it still looked great! The slit doesn't run as high as it looks in my picture. I just took a silly leggy one. The sleeves are a little on the slim side, but not uncomfortable. If your arms are bigger than average, you might want to try a size up for backup.

Loved this dress! Super comfy and stretchy. Even shorter than I expected, so sitting was a bit of a challenge. :-) My husband loved it, and I felt like one hot mama all night long. I rented this dress for my birthday date with my husband. Perfect for a night out on the town, including Latin dancing!

Had a little wiggle room but was comfortable with that because I'm very heavy chested so it helped to have a little room.

Sized up for a better fit but they both fit good. Only downsize is that the dress was a little too short. I'm 5'5" and I wore 3 inch heels. If I raised my arms the dress would rise to my butt. Other than that I loved it! Great dress!!! Very flattering.

I wore this to a party and it fit very well. The size 4 fit me well but I should have ordered a 2 for my backup instead of size 6. Anyway, I highly recommend it!

Typically a 4 in JCrew or Banana Republic dresses and fit the same! Even with a big chest, the dress still gave me shape and was very forgiving in the mis-section. Overall loved the fit and would definitely rent Again.

Perfect dress for Vegas! The slit is a little too much for a wedding or cocktail party but perfect balance of classy and sexy for a date or night out with the girls.

I got this dress as my RTR Pro FREE Birthday dress. My bday is in early January so I ended up wearing this for New Years Eve. I loved it!!! It fit great, was comfortable, and looked awesome. I received many compliments. Perfect for the occasion and even better that is was FREE!

Rented this for New Years Eve. Very classy and the slit makes it a little more fun. The dress ran true to size and the fabric was thick and semi-forgiving. Pretty comfortable also. Would rent again!

I rented this dress for my work's holiday party and it was a major hit. The lace is beautiful and that slit gives it that extra edge and shock factor. I'm 5'6" and if I raised my arms the dress went up, so make sure to keep your arms down. Heading to Vegas this weekend and a coworker told me to wear this dress again. It would work for Vegas, but I rented another dress for that ;) Thanks RTR!

Loved the dress, fabric did have some stretch to it and was pretty forgiving. Although the dress was definitely a bit short! I ended up wearing it with black nylons, and spanx!

I loved this dress, it was very slimming, however it was a bit short and the slit goes up very high... Overall, it was a fun dress to wear.

I really wanted to love this dress... But it just wasn't that flattering. I'm really at more of a 3.5. It doesn't have much shape in the actual dress, so was fitted everywhere except the waist. Despite, I still thought it was a fun and interesting cut and dress. The high slit is very on trend right now, so it's got that going for it!

This dress was perfect for my sorority winter formal! It was tasteful yet sexy with the little slit up the leg! Although this was not my first choice, this dress ended up being better than I expected! LOVE RTR as always!!

Really loved this dress especially for the winter. Need to wear strapless bra which I personally don't like as I end up fussing with it all night. Also the lining of my bra was visible on the fabric when by bra wasn't right. It is shorter which worked out in my favor. This was sent to me overnight as my first dress didn't work out and RTR Customer Service was amazing. They really helped me out. Wonderful experience. Would rent this again but need better bra.

I ordered a 2 & 4 but chose to wear the 4 to avoid a panty line. Many people commented about the sleeves being tight but I did not find this to be the case. The dress fit wonderfully and got me many compliments b

This dress was beautiful and I received many compliments throughout the night! The only thing was it is extremely short and you have to be careful when sitting/dancing. All in all, it's a great dress and I would probably rent it again.

Wore this dress to my husbands work party. It was probably my 5th choice since the others were unavailable. It worked out great. I got lots of compliments and it was very nice quality. I was not worried about the lace ripping or anything. My only complaint is that it was a little short on the sleeves but otherwise fit well.

The dress is really pretty. I found that it ran a bit large around the stomach area, but it was quite tight in the arms (and I have very thin arms). I was worried that it would be large in the chest since most of the other reviewers were much larger than me in that area, but it wasn't a problem at all. It is very short - I wore this to my husband's office party. I just had to be careful when sitting down, but I didn't feel uncomfortable at all when standing up. The dress was very comfortable (maybe because it was a little big!)

It a very stretchy material I would advise to use a smaller size than you usually would chose. Other than it's a very pretty dress , the slit is a bit far up. The shipping was very fast. I order my dress the day before the event. It came in that very morning of the event. Just order a couple days before your event because the dress may not be available in that size you want. I would definitely use rent the run way again.

I ended up wearing the other dress I rented but it was a difficult decision to make. This dress highlighted my legs but was an odd fit across the bust. Each time I moved my arms, it was a definite pantie shot.

The dress is beautiful. I really loved it. However, I was a little bit self conscience about the length while I was dancing, because it is very short. But I loved it and the lace sleeves are amazing and I felt glamorous the whole night.

I ended up wearing the bigger size because the dress is pretty form fitting. It's a stretchy material so It fit me great in the bust which can be a real struggle when it comes to finding a dress. I really liked the dress, it was comfortable and I felt great in it. The only thing is that it is pretty short. I wore it to a bachelorette party so it was ok, but I probably wouldn't have been able to wear it to any family/work event. I'm only 5'4 and my legs are short so I was a little self conscious, so I threw on some black tights and felt better. Will definitely be renting this again!

This was my first RTR order, and I am so thrilled with my experience. I looked through lots of dresses and read tons of reviews before settling on this dress for a friend's company party. I ordered a 4 and 6, and ended up wearing the 6. The 4 actually fit pretty well, but the sleeves were tight on me near the shoulder/armpit area. It wasn't too uncomfortable; however the 6 fit just right. My only complaint with the dress is that it had a tendency to rise up a bit when I walked. I had to readjust it throughout the night, but this didn't bother me. Again, the dress was super comfortable and I felt really good in it. I also rented Kate Spade earring to go with the dress. I received several compliments throughout the night, and I will definitely be using RTR in the future!

Got the size 4 as a back up, but ended up wearing the 2. The dress is true to size, but the slit on the side runs a bit higher than expected. Overall, the material clung in the right places and was comfortable to move in. The only reason I gave it four stars would be because of how short it was. Other than that, this dress was perfect for the occasion.
