Well, it's absolutely beautiful, I got compliments all night long. However, I am 5'11 and had to wear tights because it was so short!

This dress runs a little large. I rented the 4, with a size 2 as my backup size and ended up wearing the 2. The 2 was perfect and so comfortable. I loved the sparkles, and the fit was very flattering (not nearly as skin tight as it looks on the model). I had about ten total strangers come up to me to tell me they loved my dress. I think this dress would be great for holiday parties or New Year's, and I definitely recommend it.

I loved this dress!!! It was very true to size and has some stretch to it which was nice. I wore it to a New Years Eve party and was complimented all night. The previous reviews said it was a tad tight in the arms but I didn't mind at all. I'm a size 6 sometimes 8 but the 6 fit great! It was just the right length but I wore black tights. Maybe a tad short for my comfort level without tights. Plus it was really nice because it was warm. LOVE LOVE LOVE this dress!!

I wore this dress for my 21st birthday in November and I received so many compliments. I liked the length of the dress and sleeves. Be careful not to snag the sequins! I thought it was comfortable and the color is great.

I wore this for my bachelorette party and it was a perfect fit! I got compliments all night long and the week afterwards from people that saw pictures of the night. It was super comfortable, you can wear any type of bra/undies. It wasn't too hot or scratchy at all. I didn't wear any accessories because with the dress being so sparkly, it wasn't necessary. This was my second RTR experience and it was absolutely perfect!

I loved this dress. The sequins really made the dress fall perfectly around your curves. It is definitely gold in person with a black undertone. It is not itchy at all. The only bad thing is that it does get stuck to other stuff and the sequins lock on each other but it wasn't that big of a problem for me.

I was very happy with this dress. I was concerned it would be too flashy, but it quickly grew on me and I was so happy I was wearing it! I wore black ballet flats and black tights with it and it looked great! The material is lined so it doesn't itch at all and keeps you warm enough in the winter (it was 18 degrees when I wore it). I didn't get a full length photo, but it wasn't too short and the fit was not too tight. I'm between a 12 or 14 in every day clothes, and I forgot to add a back up size but the 14 was great.

This was the most amazing little dress! I wore it for my College semi formal and everyone loved it. It's more of a black undertone than the picture shows, but it worked amazing with black tights.

The fit was loose, which made it much better for dancing all night! Very much more of a gold tint than silver, but I loved it!! Would 100% recommend!

The dress is very cute, but very short!! (Just be ready for it). I am used to wearing short skirts, so I felt pretty comfortable, but I can imagine that some people won't feel the same way. I ordered size 2 and 4, and they were the same length. Overall, the dress is very pretty.

The dress did run a bit large, I should have gone with the 8. It was very short, so stay 'situationally aware' and let others pick up dropped items! I got many compliments and the price was perfect. I am becoming an RTR addict!

I typically wear a size 4, but ended up wearing the back-up size 2, which fit closer to the body and was more flattering. I received lots of compliments (aka Facebook likes) and felt pretty slick. It skimmed the body without drawing attention to my stomach, though some women will prefer to wear Spanx with this. Note that I am 5'2 and the dress was about as short as I'd wear and feel comfortable. If I were 5'5 or taller I think I'd be uncomfortable unless I wore something underneath. I'd recommend this dress for women with a C+ sized chest or I think it might look a little shapeless.

This is by far my favorite dress from RTR. I felt so glamorous in it. People were complimenting me all night long! It was comfortable and I could dance in it without worrying. I did have to wear the bigger size, mainly to make it longer in the arms and cover more of my legs. It got caught on itself sometimes but not to the point that it was annoying. If you want to feel awesome for the night, definitely get this dress!

Loved this dress. Wore it to a holiday party I hosted and got compliments all night. Wore it with SPANX so I could eat/drink without feeling like I would bust out of the dress. While tight, the stretchy fabric is really flattering. I think it's pretty true to size. Wouldn't want it skin tight anyways. I'm 5'2" and the dress looked like a cute mini on me. So, I would warn tall girls that this dress would likely be way too short on them. I would definitely rent this same dress again - loved it that much!

Omg, I look just like the model in the picture, right? ;) Okay, so I'm not 6 feet tall, but the dress was still absolutely adorable, and perfect for New Year's Eve. Keep in mind it's definitely not a summer dress - the dress is heavy (it's almost lined) and was ideal for a winter day. I got the 2 and the 4 and didn't even try on the 4 once the 2 fit like a glove. The sleeves fit me perfectly, which is odd because sleeves are ALWAYS long on me, so if you're long-armed, beware.

I was worried that the 6 wouldn't fit, and my backup size, an 8 wasn't available. I was thrilled to find out that the 6 fit perfectly! Not too big and not too tight. Best of all, the dress was so comfortable! The inside is a jersey-like material and it's very soft, no discomfort from the sequins at all. It was a little short, but with black tights at our New Years house party, the length was fine. Occasionally the sequins on the arms got stuck to the sequins on the body of the dress when I had my arms at my side, but with a little wiggling, I was able to move my arm freely again. It didn't bother me. I would definitely rent this again, it was such a fun and comfortable dress to wear!

I wore this for the after party of my wedding, and it was the perfect party dress! I don't normally wear sequins, but on my wedding day, it was appropriate and so fun! It ran a little boxy, but I prefer shifts over tighter dresses.

I absolutely loved this dress and got compliments all night on it. It is lined so it was perfect for a winter party night but I would not wear it during the summer, it would be too hot. If anything, I would say that it runs a TINY bit large. I normally wear a size 2 and this felt like a 3 or 4. Also, if you lift your hands above your heads, the dress rides up so be careful! Overall, I would totally recommend this dress to any of my girlfriends.

I really loved everything about this dress. I went a size down than normal as others suggested, and was happy I did because it fit perfectly. This dress was pretty short but wearing black tights helped a little bit. I was cautious to not bend over and felt like I had to keep pulling it down but I expected that from the other reviews. The fit otherwise was GREAT. It was very flattering and comfortable and I got tons of compliments!

This dress was terrifying at first...it looks like a disco ball. I rented it for my 28th birthday, and I'm so glad I did. It was a huge hit, and many strangers told me they loved it. It's comfortable, with plenty of room and stretch. I wore it out with dark black tights and flats, as it's very short (I'm 5'6"). I rented the 14 as my backup size and it was way too big. Go with your regular size and a size down for your backup. The sequins on the arm and torso snag. It's not a deal breaker; just a little alarming when it happens. I rented the Finley Gold Earrings by Dannijo to go with, but I thought they were too much together. I loved the earrings with a black dress. I highly recommend this one for gals who love to be the center of attention or just want to dress for a really fun time.

I'm 4,10" 100# with a petite frame (34" 26" 36"). It fit perfect, and I was complimented ALL night!! Package arrived 6 hours earlier than expected, always a good thing, and came with a surprise gift of dry shampoo. Return shipping could not have been simpler either! Yes, the dress can look gold or silver depending on the lighting. Yes, arm sequins snagged on body sequins (3x in 5 hours-not a big deal at all). Overall dress length and arm length was perfect for me at 4'10", but both may feel too short for most others. The fit of the dress was great , I have a hourglass shape so my assets were definitely highlighted, but I also had enough room in my mid section to be comfortable. I wore this in mid-December so it was pretty chilly, but the fully lined sleeves were warm throughout the night. Although I'm on the shorter side this dress definitely elongated my legs. The only thing is that it kept riding up and I had to always adjust but other then that it was a #hot dress! I didn't want to return it!

It runs a little large, so I went a size down, and that was perfect. It was lined, so it kept me warm, and didn't itch at all. The sequins do get caught (arm sequins catch the body sequins), so there were a few of those instances, but it didn't matter. The dress looked great and really sparkled!

First time experience, and so pleased. Typically wear a 2-4, went with the two because it was slightly tighter and fit better. Would say this one runs true to size. I didn't have an issue with sleeve length and the dress construction was still quite good. A sequence or two may have fallen off, but that was about it. Highly recommend!

Fits true to size, is short for my 5'9" frame, but I wore with black tights and it wasn't an issue. There is a little stretch to the dress so it makes it very flattering. I also ordered the 8, which I wish I could have worn, but it was way too short, so I stuck with the 10. The only negative, which I knew from other reviews is that the sequins can get stuck to each other, but I would not hold that against the dress at all. It was super comfortable and I would rent this again in a heartbeat!

I loved this dress. Tad loose around the waist, but it didn't "hang" or look baggy. In my opinion, it is a little short to not be worn with tights or thicker hose. I got so many compliments on it, and stood out in the sea of normal black cocktail dresses.

The dress fit true to size. It hugged my curves perfectly. The only con would be the sequins kept snagging if I rubbed my arm against my dress. It was the perfect length, except when I sat down ( I had to keep my dinner napkin over my thighs). I wore this to a Great Gatsby themed party.

Ordered for my sorority's semi formal and it was perfect. Got a ton of compliments and i felt comfortable to dance and have a good time. The fit is a little large so when ordering i would order your normal size and a size down. The actual color is more silvery-gold than yellow gold, so keep that in mind. Also it has a visible black lining around the neck and the sleeves.
