Although the fabric has some stretch and overall runs true to size, depending on the thickness of your arms, we recommend going one size up for backup. This blazer gives you a stunning work look and should be paired with a black top and black or blue jeans.

I rented this blazer when I hosted guests for a business meeting. It was amazing! Perfect fit. I even wore it to a baseball game after and it was perfect for a summer day!

I rented this for my birthday trip to LA. Wore it for a night out in west Hollywood but I felt I could have also worn it over a dress for brunch if needed. The fit was great overall. Loved the 3/4 sleeves and wore it buttoned most of the time. I would definitely rent this again.

The cut of the jacket is really quite interesting- the neckline and the sleeves are different. I ordered a size 8 and size 10 because I am a 36 DD but the size 8 fit perfectly and I was able to button it. My only complaint was that the color of the jacket was not as white as I thought it was going to be. It was definitely more of an off-white, or cream color, in person. It photographed well though!

True to size and I have a pretty athletic upper body! Drapes beautifully and packs well. Wore this on a few different outfits. It dresses up leggings and also adds something to a work dress! Definitely considering it as a staple in my wardrobe. Only wish there was a little more structure!

This jacket definitely seems like it's been worn quite a bit, but the cut is really cute and the sleeve length is perfect for work. One thing I didn't love is that the lining rolls out a lot in the front, probably from extensive wear. Because of that I probably wouldn't rent it again, but it is very comfortable and flattering.

Fit perfectly (which I struggle to find in a jacket because I have broad shoulders). There was a snag on the left arm, and the white was a little dingy - but it was only noticeable when placed next to other white clothing items. This paired really well with the Yoana Baraschi dress I rented!

Loved this off white blazer. Wore it over a dress and a shell with pants. Looked great in both. It definitely has been worn a bit, but if you don't look too close you can't tell. Really liked the shorter sleeves too.

Furthermore, the blazer fit greats and can be styled a variety of ways. I find that with blazers, the cut (like how long it falls, the way the lapels lay, etc.) can really diminish or enhance the ability of the blazer to function with different pieces. The cut of this blazer is simple and thus flattering to many outfits. Whenever I wear it, I feel professional and polished. I love it and am considering purchasing it.

Excellent fit - not too tight, sat perfectly at my hips and the color is not too bright.

Very flattering, no cons! Again, it is a fabric that doesn't really wrinkle so that is a plus when traveling. I had it in the garment bag to travel and at each hotel when other stuff in the garment bag was wrinkled, this jacket was perfectly crisp looking.

I have to wear blazers a lot for work and I'm so happy to have found a fun cream colored one for work at RTR! It's got a nice stretch material in it and the sleeves are great! I loved the fit and style. This cuts and fits true to size. I would rent it again and buy it!

I have broad shoulders, and this blazer fit perfectly. It worked well with my hourglass shape and the cut was flattering overall.

This ran every so slightly small -- I'm usually a 2-4 on top and was glad I didn't go any smaller as it was a bit tight under the arms and didn't lie totally flat. But the shoulders looked great and the sleeves are very beautifully cut. It's a cream rather than white.
