Rented this dress for a friend to wear. She loved it and fit her great. She usually wears a 4 and the 4 fit her great! You do need a strapless bra otherwise your straps show through it the cutout on the back. Would rent again!

Great little dress. Flattering, comfortable, and cute details. Loved the open back... and the fact that you can still wear a bra. I have more of an athletic build and still felt like this was the right balance of feminine and fun.

For the first time in six years of renting, a piece I ordered was unavailable. This was sent as a backup (and they still sent me the available size of my originally ordered piece). So first off, A++ to RTR's customer service, as always. This isn't a dress I would have rented typically, but it turned out to be such a fun piece! The fabric is thick, which was good because I didn't wear a bra (the cut out on the back makes a regular bra hard to wear with this, and I hate strapless). I wore it to a client dinner and then out on the Vegas strip afterwards, but I could have just as easily worn this to a graduation party or somewhere casual. Two downsides/things of note: I noticed is that it does run a little small through the chest (but I have a larger chest). Upside to that though is that the knot in the back makes it adjustable to your needs if you have a smaller chest. And second, it wrinkles (see my second pic). You'll want to have an iron on hand when it arrives! Also, because it's always important for us tall ladies, this was a very appropriate length for me, and I'm a little over 5'9"!

Wore to work, but easily could wear to a wedding, baby shower or elsewhere. Very flattering and cute, even for shirt girls!

Rented this for work and absolutely loved it. The material looked and felt high quality but it is thin enough to be breathable. The neutral colors of the dress make it so fun to style with a bright jewelry, shoes, or bag. The back is cute and was not too revealing for work.

Wore this to a wedding and got tons of compliments! The stripes are summer, the material is semi-formal, and the cut out back is super fun! Perfect for the occasion! This dress would also be perfect for a summer date, bridal shower, or baby shower as well!

I rented this as an everyday dress but purchased it immediately. The fit is perfect for my large chest - I don't even need to wear a bra!!! Paired with a tank to cover my back and it will be perfect for work, with heels it will be great for my sister-in-law's rehearsal dinner. I can't wait to wear this gorgeous dress!

I rented this dress because I had a promo code and loved the idea of pockets on a dress I could wear to church. I was not disappointed! I only had one size in this dress as it was the second in a rental but, thanks to others' reviews, I picked the best size for me. My bust is smaller than my hips so finding a dress that doesn't gap or bunch on top can be difficult. This dress did bunch a little bit when I was sitting or slouching (but who takes pictures of that?) but was comfortable overall. It was a little bit tight once zipped but I also knew nothing was going to move. I wore a strapless bra and pulled the strap down below the back of the dress. I probably could have gone without a bra but since I was wearing this to church I couldn't bring myself to go without. The 10 might have been a little more comfortable in the midsection but I have a feeling the top would have been even larger and I would have opted to go with the 8 anyway. The pockets are great! And the bow/tie detail in the back is just fun. Conservative cut in the front was beautiful. I paired this with blue peep toe pumps and matching wrist-let for church and blue flats to just hang around in the rest of the day. Dark blue freshwater pearl earrings and necklace finished it out. I would definitely rent this again!

Worn for my daughters bridal shower, dress fit great.

I'm 5'1 and 150lbs. I'm normally a size 8 in regular dresses from the department store but in a formal dress (aka: bridesmaid dress) I'm a size 10 or 12. I wore the 12 and it fit really well. I can breathe and sit comfortably. I wore a strapless bra. I loved the pockets, it was helpful to carry my lipstick and phone around. I wore this to my friends bridal shower. I always had to have help with the tying the knot in the back. I don't have anything bad to say about this dress.

Wore this to work and a daytime birthday party. Received lots of compliments each time.

I rented this for a derby party and it was perfect. Since I am breastfeeding my chest is larger right now (36DD) and the 8 fit perfectly. I was a little worried that it would be too small since the reviews said it the top wasn't for bigger chested girls but it was totally fine. I was bummed I couldn't wear a regular bra, but a strapless was just fine. I highly recommend this dress!

Loved this rental. Wore it to church and out for lunch on the lake in Austin TX. The length and overall fit were great. The open detail on the back was nice and classy.

I love this dress. I'll say the bust and rib cage area is on the snug side, so if you're wife in the ribs or large breasted, it's probably going to be uncomfortable. I had to untie the back and adjust for fit. Everything else is perfect. Pockets, great length for me at 5'10 for work, my son's band concert and an afternoon at the races. Wore well with red flats and nude peep toe pumps. Will rent again.

I rented this for a country club dinner with my husband's coworkers and it was the perfect mix of casual and dressy. I received several compliments! As other reviews mention, the bust is a little tight and you have to wear a strapless bra, which I had to push down in the back so it wouldn't show. Pushing down the bra and the tightness didn't make for the most flattering bust, but it worked. And the pockets are of course a perk!

Like many other reviewers, I found this dress to be a little tight in the bust, but I think that's just this style of dress. I was able to wear it bra less which helped with the cut out in the back. Overall, super comfy.

A stripe, fit and flare dress with the cutest bow detail in the back! I wore this for Fourth of July festivities and the stripes were perfect with red accessories.

What a fun, gorgeous dress! Not only is this print amazing, but the back is gorgeous! It is open back and there is a bow which gives the dress a super feminine and romantic feel. The horizontal stripes on the top and full skirt really do complement the body! With no stretch to the fabric and a tighter fit in the bust this piece is best for A-C cup sizes. There is a full skirt with no inside slip which is perfect for any body type including those of you, who like me, have fuller hips. Running true to size, I would suggest sizing up for back up. Best part of the dress – it has pockets!! Who doesn’t love hidden side pockets? So convenient! At 5’8 the dress hit me a little above the knee. You could say that it is more of a conservative dress. It is perfect for a daytime event, work, or brunch!

The dress was comfortable and I loved the pockets. I wore a bra but it did show at the back, so I added a jean jacket on too. Wore with Keds and it was the perfect look for my weekend event.

This fit me perfectly but having lost a couple pounds recently, I'm not sure this would have fit me a few weeks ago. It's a bit snug up top and almost didn't zip in the back. I'm a 34DD/DDD so I usually go up to a 6 for most dresses. The print was nice but nothing special to make this a "wow" factor dress. Would rent again if I needed something simple but flattering for work or brunch. Material was very nice quality.

There was nothing wrong with this dress, except that I probably just needed to size up. I ordered an 8 because the silhouette is forgiving for those with full hips and I have a small chest, however, the top runs small and was too tight for comfort.

Got this for a school ceremony. Neutral colors. Bow tie on the back added a little fun detail. A little tight in the rib cage and arm pits, but the next size up would have never fit. Good length. Has pockets, which is the best. Got a lot of compliments. Would recommend.

This dress was overall exactly what I was expecting, the tie in the back was a little awkward, but went unnoticed! Would recommend for any springtime formal/semi formal event!

Overall i liked this dress, but as you can see in the picture, the waist hits a bit high. It was not a good dress to wear to a big meal - as the fabric has no give and became miserably tight by the end of dinner. Oh well - it looked great!

I rented this for an everyday option while I was three months pregnant. It's adorable! I will say, I found the skirt to be very flowy with lots of room (which I loved) but it might be a little much for some people. In the size six I couldn't zip the back all the way so I wore a sweater to cover it for the day. If I went up a size in order to finish the zip the skirt would be WAY too big for my taste. Cute design and adorable back with the bow detail.

This was a really fun dress for an outdoor event on a hot day. Loved the full skirt and the pockets. I had read in other reviews that a regular bra could be worn under this, but my straps (very skinny ones!) were showing and I needed to use fashion tape to stow them away. Would rent again if I had a better strap solution!

I wanted to wear a gray dress for my sister's shower (yellow and gray theme) and the gray color of this dress was perfect. I went back and forth with what size to wear, but ended up in the 8. I probably could have worn the 6, but knew I'd be moving around a lot since it was my sister's shower and wanted to be comfortable. The tie and opening in the back is super cute and you can wear a regular bra. And I always love pockets in a dress! Never seem to get great photos.

I'm one week post op so I'm very swollen. The dress is great though I couldn't get it zipped all the way because of the swelling. However, the open back allowed me to make minor adjustments and the dress wore very well. Interesting neckline, not for busty types. Excellent length and fabric (not too heavy). Oh, and pockets! Good rental for work or summer event!

I rented this super cute dress for my daytime birthday party in mid-October. The materiel was a bit lighter weight than I was expecting, but it didn't matter, since it was warm for October that day! I love the pattern and the bow back is very cute. I rented the 8 and 6 and ended up going with the 6, though I am usually an 8. The arms are a bit tight, like I didn't have a great range of movement, but then I only really needed to be able to lift a fork or cup to my mouth! One thing that was a bit of a downside was the length of the dress. I am 5'4" and it hit just below my knees - I was expecting it to be above the knee. It still looked cute with booties and some patterned tights, but I would have loved to have it an inch or two shorter.
