Highlights: Simple yet classic LBD Fit in all the right places Great material, perfect for a fall/winter wedding Sexy neckline & slit but still classy and not too revealing You can wear a regular bra Cons: Im 5'4 and had to wear 3" heels for the length to work. Wouldnt reccomend anything higher

Beautiful and very comfortable! I wore this to a law school ball and it was definitely the perfect dress. It is simple but adding some elegant jewelry definitely makes it pop! It's a little long, I normally wear a size 0-2 and the 0 was still long with 3.5 inch heels but I am also 5'2" ish so I was not surprised by the length being a bit long. It has just the right amount of sexiness without over doing it with the deep v neck line and the long slit on the side. I definitely recommend this dress it was very comfortable and perfect to wear for any formal event with dancing!

This dress was perfect! I was a groomsmaid for a dear friend & this dress, with its lapels, fit in perfectly with the groomsmen's tuxedos. The dress fit well & was comfortable enough to wear all day, from 9 AM-11 PM.

It's very low cut, which made me a little self conscious at a work event. And I should have worn spanx to define a waist or something. But the slit in the leg is much lower than the website pic shows and was great with my sparkly triple-strap shoes.

Rented this for an event at work, it's on the conservative side but still has a little sexiness to it. Fabric is on the thicker side so may get a little warm, but overall lived it.

This dress is the most comfortable and flattering long dress. It hugs in all the right places and is super slimming. I wore it to an outdoor formal wedding and received so many compliments. Did I mention how comfortable it was? The cut is low but not too revealing and the slit hits at a perfect spot on the thigh. It was a perfect fit.

Wore this to a black tie work event. It was the perfect mix of a classic black dress with a sexy twist from the slit and the front V. I have s small chest, so the deep V in the front wasn't an issue. Loved the slit in the front. Made it super easy for walking and great in pictures. At 5-11, the 2L was a perfect length to wear with 3 inch heels. Fitted, but TTS.

I thought the dress was very flattering. I wore it to a black tie wedding and it ended up being cold at the outdoor reception so I wore a family handed down stole with it--and LOVED IT! The dress was very comfortable, true to size, and I was able to wear a bra with it. After having a baby 7 months ago, I hadn't worn a formal dress yet post baby until this one and it by far exceeded my expectations!

Truly beautiful dress; received compliments throughout the night! I would describe the neck-line as "plunging," so plan accordingly bra-wise. The slit is sexy, but not too revealing at all. I wore this to a fairly conservative event and felt that it was perfectly appropriate. I highly recommend this dress, and would definitely rent it again!

This dress fit me as if it was made for me. Super comfortable and classic, I could dance and move without a problem. It was for a black tie wedding and multiple people complimented the dress despite it’s simplicity, it was super chic and I wish I owned it!

This dress was very flattering and perfect for my work formal event. Sexy yet classy but do be aware that the neckline is plunging. I felt ok with it because I don't have much to show in that area anyway and was happy I could wear my everyday bra with it. Overall would wear it again and would buy it to keep if I could.

After my initial rental didn't fit, RTR came through with a couple of replacements. This dress fit like a glove and was very flattering! It was simple, yet elegant, and I received compliments all night. Perfect for a black tie masquerade ball! The top does cut down low, so if you are uncomfortable with cleavage then I suggest a different dress or even a lace cami underneath. Would definitely rent again!

I was 3 months post partum and this dress made me feel confident in my own body! It was comfortable and I got so many compliments on the style. I would rent this dress again, for sure! I would say this dress might run a little big. It's hard today because I don't completely have my pre baby body back yet. So maybe order a size down. You'll love this dress!

Loved this dress! I'm almost 5'10" and the 4L worked really nicely with my 2.5-3 inch heels. I think the dress just barely touched the ground. It was extremely comfortable and easy to dance in, but also a little sexy with the V-neck and slit up the left leg!

Dress was beautiful and flattering. Loved the fit and was comfortable to walk and sit in. V was not too deep. It was a little long (the petite was not available) but just grazed the floor with platform heels. Would definitely rent it again!!

I ordered the 12 and 14, and was kind of between sizes so the 14 was more comfy. This is VERY low cut which somehow I missed in the reviews. The 14L was all that was available and at 5'5" with 4 in heels it still touched the ground. Would have been better in 14R

This dress runs just slightly large, which actually served to make it super comfortable to wear. You can wear a regular bra with this dress.

This dress was ridiculously comfortable and fit like a glove! It was way to low on me, so I added a silk cami and it worked perfectly for my black tie work event. I wore 4inch heels with it, so the length was perfect

I took a size 4 and it fit perfectly. I love that I didn't need a special bra. I was very comfortable in this dress. It does reveal a lot of cleavage, so one has to be comfortable with the neckline. I didn't think the slit was particularly high.

This was my first experience using rent the runway and I loved it! I would definitely do it again and recommend it to others. This dress was so comfortable and made me feel super confident. I wore this for a wedding where the attire was more formal then not, or as the bride called it "extra." The dress fit perfectly and i found all the other reviews to be spot on. I ordered both a 2 and 4r not knowing how much give the dress would have. (I have larger hips and butt, so sometimes i have to sacrifice the waist fitting just so i can sit down.) I wore the 2r because the dress had enough give, which also made it super comfortable to wear. I also loved that i could wear a regular bar with it. It was pretty low cut, so if you arent comfortable with showing cleavage this might not be the dress for you.

This dress fits true to size. It has a little stretch so you can dance all night with no problem. The deep v is good for bust sizes up to a C; any larger and you might end up with some nip slip. #wedding

I tried to rent this dress last year, but it became unavailable at the last second. While I loved my backup dress, I couldn't get this one out of my head! So glad I got to wear it this year. This is my favorite RTR ever. It's sexy but subtle. Very comfy. I could've worn the 0 or the 2 easily, but went with the 0 due to my small chest. It made me feel a bit more covered.

I usually wear a 2R in dresses, but I am happy I got the 4R as a backup. Being 5' 7", the 4R gave some helpful length at the bottom. I wore 3" heels and it was a great length. Elegant dress, forgiving material, easy to dance!

This dress fit like a glove. I was worried it would be too long based on other reviews, but it was the perfect length with 3" heels. I wore a size 8 with a size 10 as my backup and there was barely any difference in the length when I compared. Fabric was just thick enough and laid very nicely. No Spanx required, but I did wear a a plunge bra for for more comfort and support since this dress cut quite low...just the right amount of cleavage. Lots of compliments and I loved the classic style. Definitely recommend this dress.

I rented this dress for a black tie wedding and i was not disappointed! It fit like a glove and it was the perfect amount of sexy! I tried with a bra but every time I moved it was showing so I ended up going with nothing and it worked out perfectly! All the dancing and everything stayed where it was supposed too! Great dress but runs long

I ordered this dress as my back up for my sorority formal. This is the 0R and it fit great, other than it was a little long (I am 5' 5'' and have 3-4 in heels on) but it was very flattering otherwise. I loved that I could wear a regular bra with it. I chose to wear the other dress because the color looked better with my skin tone, but I think this dress would be perfect for a black tie wedding!

I got the 4R and the 6R. I ended up going with the 4. I recieved so many compliments on this dress! Its a timeless classic dress, but still sexy. The fit was great. I did not end up wearing a bra (wanted to, but you could see it) it ended up being fine with tuxedo piece you couldn't tell. Overall its a great dress so much so that I dont want to return!

What a spectacular and classy dress. Showed the right amount of leg with with the sexy slit and the low cut top was just enough. I was able to wear a bra and felt comfortable all night. I was complimented all night and would definitely rent this one again!

The fit was amazing! They were out of the 10L so I had to go with the 10R. I'm 5'11" and always 3+ inch heels so i was afraid it would be too short but it still looked great. I loved this dress- the fabric has some give and was very flattering. The top was a little low for me personally so i added a bralette underneath- it worked great and looked like it belonged to the dress. Im short so i thought i'd need a petite size, but ended up good with the regular.

I am 5' 7" and wore 3 inch heels, and the regular length was perfect for me. I usually have to rent a long length, so this one was a surprise. I paid attention to the other reviews and noticed that regular was right for other ladies my height. They are correct. The fabric does stretch/give, so I felt like I could have gone down a size. If you wear a push-up bra, you will definitely show some cleavage, but it looked classy and sexy at the same time. Loved the dress and may rent it again sometime!

This dress was the perfect choice for my husband's work Christmas Party. Beautiful material made it an easy wear. The v-neck was a little lower than i thought but I rocked it and received a ton of compliments during the night. The leg slit was perfect not too high and not too low either. I was able to move freely and dance during the evening. I would definitely rent again.
