It would be very hard to wear a bra with this dress but luckily between the waist and foam cups its like it has a built in bra. 8R was very long. with high heels it was almost too long and I am 5'8"+

I am about 6ft tall and the dress was plenty long! I had on flat sandals, but easily could have worn heels!! Another perk of the dress was the fact that I didn't have to wear a bra, which is always great! Overall, I would recommend this dress! I felt great in it all night!!

Loved this dress. Loved not having to wear a bra and that it had the strips on the inside of the dress so it didn't fall down. I was nervous about that because of how low the top sits. The length was a tad bit long but I just walked in holding the dress to fix that. Loved the color.

This dress fit me perfectly. I am 5' 8" and I wore it with flats. It just swept the floor. I did not need to wear a bra as the top was snug and gave me built in support. The color is lovely in person, a deep rich grey that goes well with anything.

I rented this for my daughter, as she had a Formal at her sorority to attend. It is a stunning dress. Understated yet elegant. Unique color. Perfect for someone who has a large bust, as it doesn't draw attention to that area and the waistband is very slimming. I can't get the profile info to update, but she is 5'5" and typically wears a size 8 jeans.

I wore this dress to a formal wedding in Mexico and really loved it. It was a snug fit on top, which meant I didn't need to wear a bra and still had plenty of support. I'm 5'9" and got the long based on other reviews; in hindsight I would have gotten the regular length. I needed 4" heels or greater for the long not to be too long, and I'm much more comfortable in shorter heels. The dress was really comfortable and I got a lot of compliments that it looked great as well - perfect combo.

the 6 was a little small in the chest area (34D), but fine in the waist. ended up using the 8 so it was not rubbing under my arms all night. had 3 inch heels on, it fell perfectly. I would wear this again!

I'm 5'5" tall and weight around 150 lbs (Size 6/8). My problem area is my bust they are way too big so it's very difficult to find styles that will fit me properly, this dress was PERFECT!, enough room for your bust, the length of the dress was perfect I wore around 4" heel (Color Nude they matched perfectly) they covered the shoes which I thought it was great. I loved that it has a tight band on the torso and then it's all loose (you don't have to worry about hiding the belly), it's so comfortable to wear. The color is gorgeous, easy to match, I used chrome accessories, no necklace needed. Received compliments all night, it's def a fun, formal, sexy dress.

Dress fit PERFECTLY! I was so afraid of getting this dress in a 14 because I have never worn anything from Slate and Willow, but it worked out amazing! At 5'2" the regular was a little too long, since I was not wearing heels, but add 3-5 inch heels and the length would not be an issue. I have a smaller waist compared to my hips, but this dress was very fitted around the waist and my hips! I did not wear a bra with this dress since I have a smaller chest, but this dress would work really well for people with a cup size from B-C.

I was originally supposed to wear a size 2R but I'm glad I wore a 4R because it was fitted but not too tight, it was perfect. The dress was way too long of course, it would've helped if I had time to get it tacked. Overall, beautiful dress! It was simple but elegant and the detail on top was what brought my attention to it in the first place.

I absolutely love the simplicity of this gown! Running on the small side, we recommend sizing up for the backup. This dress is a gorgeous charcoal grey, and has the perfect flowy feel. With ample room for the bust, we definitely recommend sizing down for smaller bust sizes. This dress should be worn with a strapless bra or a Nubra. As a pear shape, this dress was just a bit snug in the waist, but it allowed for plenty of room for the hips. At 5’7”, and wearing 3” heels, the size 10 Long ended up being a bit too long. I definitely could have gone for the Regular length. This dress would be perfect for a wedding or gala event. Add statement earrings or a bracelet to add some sparkle to the look.

I wore this for my sorority's formal event and I received so many compliments on this dress! It's so comfortable and the color is gorgeous! I ordered the 8 and the 10. I'm usually an 8 and the 8 fit perfectly but I wore the 10 for a little extra wiggle room. I'm 5'7 and wore 3 inch heels which showed a little so I recommend the long if you're my height and plan on wearing heels. If you also have a large bust this dress is perfect.

I have to say that it might run a little small. I have lost a lot of weight lately (190-175) and I thought that size 10 would be perfect and decided to also get the 12, just in case. Sadly, size 10 did not fit at all, not even with spanx. So I had to wear size12. And even so, it did fit a little tight from the waist and somewhat loose from the chest area. But it looked perfect and beautiful honestly.

I wore this dress for my sorority's formal. Not only is it beautiful and comfortable, I did not have to worry about any wardrobe malfunctions. I ended up not wearing a bra and whatever underwear I wanted. It was nice to be able to dance and move around constantly without having to touch or smooth my dress or feel self conscious about something too tight. I am almost 5'7 and wore flats with the regular length and it was perfect. However, if you are around my height and plan to wear heels, I would go with the long length.

I'm very small and a 2 is the smallest they had, I had to have someone pin the dress so it wouldn't drag, other than that it fit perfect and looked great.

I didn't wear this, despite the great color. It was underwheming on me. It fit me kind of weird and was cut to show more skin than I wanted. Disappointed but RTR customer service delivered another gown that I could wear.

Length was a little long with flats. Does fit tight around the ribs when sitting, so keep that in mind. Loved the style, fit, fabric.

The bride gave all the bridesmaids the option of picking out their own dress. The other bridesmaids spent a lot of money on a dress that they will only wear this one day. I spent reasonable amount of money on a beautiful dress and with no regrets.

Like the other reviewers, this did run a tad small in the bust, but not so much I had to go up a size. Dress was flattering and comfortable for a formal night of dinner and dancing. Had so much fun I forgot to take pictures!

This dress was perfect to wear as a bridesmaid in a wedding. It was comfortable to wear and dance all night A strapless bra worked well. Ordered the 4R and the 2L. I'm 5'7" and the 2L was LONG, even with heels. The length on the 4R was just right with heels.

For large breasts, may be a bit snug at the top.

This dress saved me from a fashion emergency. My David's bridal purchase broke a few days before my bestie's wedding day. This charcoal grey number was just what I needed! I'm on the shorter side (5'7"), and was worried about the length. Thankfully, it fit like a dream with heels on. I found the bust to be a bit small, but ordering a size up solved that problem.

I am about 5'7 1/2. Almost every dress I wear with heels shows my ankles. This dress was TOO long. I didn't mind it because I would rather it be too long than too short, but it was VERY long. I think the 8R would have actually worked. Everything else about the dress works perfectly for my size/height. I loved the color of the dress.

This was a back up dress that I didnt end up wearing. Loose in the bust and too long. I am 5'6" and about 130lbs, usually a size 2 or 4. Maybe someone with a larger bust would be more suitable for this dress?

The dress was comfy and I didn't need to wear a bra since it had the built in padding. It works better for those that are small to medium chested. I wasn't able to get this in petite, so even with heels, it was a bit too long. I got compliments on this dress, but I wasn't as wow-ed by it as some of the other dresses that I have rented. Accessories are a definite must with this dress.

I am a 36D therefore it was rather tight on my chest the fabric does not stretch at all, also I am 5'5 and wore high heels and the dress was still very long, it is simple dress to not upstage the bride as a wedding guest.

I was really hoping to like this dress. It was actually pretty comfortable to wear but I looked like a bland bridesmaid in it. It did not stand out at all. I ended up not wearing it.
