I am 20 weeks pregnant and although this dress isn't exactly a 'maternity' dress as listed when I ordered the gown it is super stretchy. The material made room for my belly. I am 5'9, with current maternity bust and weight at 38DD and 165lbs. I ordered this dress in small regular because I loved it so much but really wanted a medium but they were out. This dress was really small on me and I wish I could have ordered a medium or even large. But the tightness made my boobs look pretty good and didn't need to wear a bra for enough support. The dress was shorter than I would have liked but ended up working out great for my moves because my husband and I love to cut a rug.

Had a MR on back up but had to go with the long once I had my heels on!

I wore this for my law school's Barrister's Ball and loved it! The fit for this dress is amazing, the fabric has some stretch to it. I was a little nervous they were out of Larges so I had to order a Medium but this worked fine! The length for me was perfect but if you are taller this does run a little short so maybe get the long. If you have a larger chest area keep in mind this does show off your cleavage (I did not realize how far down the cut was). Also, you may need a friend to help you in this because the zipper gave me issues so my roommate had to do it for me!

I wore this to my husbands' university alumni holiday party. This was surprisingly comfortable to wear. The material was thick enough that it doesn't show every little thing underneath like some dresses do. It's quite fitted, but not super restrictive. Highly recommend.

I was nervous at first because I read that it was low-cut but the dress was absolutely perfect! I'm usually a M-L so I ordered both sizes and the Medium fit like a glove! I am 5'8 and wore heels so if I could go back I would have ordered the long but I'll tell you what - dancing with this dress on was awesome no matter the length! Back to it being low-cut, yes I was nervous but it held me in perfectly, nothing slipped out. It was just all so flattering. Highly recommend.

I wore this dress to a black tie wedding and thought it fit and looked great! I ordered XSR as a back-up because SL was not available. I'm 5'5 and ended up wearing a very short heal as I wish I could've ordered SL. Regardless, there was an area on the dress where the seam was a bit worn, but the customer service at RTR was UNBELIEVABLE! They overnighted another dress for me to wear, although I still liked this one better and wore it anyway. I would definitely order it again, but longer so I could wear different shoe.

Fit true to size, great material, hugs your curves in all the right places. I loved the cut outs on the shoulders, just added a little something to the dress.

The fit of this dress was amazing. The fabric is kind of thick, and very forgiving, so I was comfortable all night. The SL was a little long on my 5'8" frame, but I think the regular would have been too short. I also was able to wear a normal bra underneath this because of where the straps lay (I did safety pin the bra straps to the dress though), which was so much better than struggling with a strapless dress all night. Loved everything about this dress!

I'm 5'3 150ish lbs, the medium regular length was long enough to wear with 3.5 inch heels. I wore this with spanks for extra smooth thing. Bra wasn't necessary. Great dress that got lots of complements

I loved this dress! But it was definitely not the fabric I was expecting. I ordered a XSR and SR and ended up wearing the XSR. Both sizes fit, but the SR was a little loose on the top and I was afraid something might pop out! For starters, I'm 5' 1 1/2" and normally I have issues with dresses being too long. This was the opposite. Both the XSR and SR were a little too short - and I wore 4" like I always do. The length would've only been perfect if I wore flats (which wasn't going to happen). In order to cover my feet in pics, I had to pull it down a bit. So as long as you're aware of it - you're good. As for the material - there was nothing wrong with it, I just expected it to be a little heavier (which would hopefully weight the dress down a little). It was more of a lighter silky material. I never wear a bra - and I didn't while wearing this dress. I didn't have to wear double sided tape either because the top was more snug, so it kept everything in place. The bottom of the dress was also a looser flared out style - which I couldn't tell from anyone's pictures. I loved the dress itself and I would definitely rent it again - if it were a little longer and the material was heavier.

I'm 5 weeks postpartum so I was skeptical but it was amazing! The plunging neck line was just what I expected and it fit like a glove. Length was perfect for my 3" heels. Loved the detail on the hem line and the great back center slit. Perfect dress for my first adult night out after baby!

I usually wear a small, but fortunately got the back up size in a medium. Grateful the medium worked because I loved the dress. The regular length worked perfectly! It was very comfortable to wear and received many compliments.

The dress is a stretch material and "gives". The medium fit well- the large was too big on the top The dropped neckline is low, beware no matter what your size, you will be exposed (tactfully). It's a very beautiful dress, not too provocative. I have an hourglass figure- wide hips and the dress gave me a great silhouette. Highly recommend it!

This dress was amazing!!! Such form fitting and in all the right ways! Hugged my body perfectly. I did think the dress would be longer, but it actually was ok with my shoes showing. I loved it and would wear it again!

I am a true size 4 in dressed and pants and a 34B but with not a lot of cleavage. Most of the girls in the reviews seemed to be busty and looked amazing in the dress but it is truly flattering no matter what your size. I am 5"10 and wore 3-4" heels and it perfectly skimmed the floor. I loved it so much I would buy it.

Definitely snug fit, but pretty true to size. Tucks you in in all the right places and was very comfortable and could dance in it all night long :) Highly recommended for black tie events where you're out all night!

I was a bit stressed to find the right dress for my husband's Law Firm's Annual Party. I needed something formal, elegant, but also sexy (but it needed to still be CLASSY). Sexy but also classy is a hard thing to find- but this dress hit the note perfectly. I felt great!

I am 5'3 and the length was perfect with 2 inch heels! The Dress was so comfortable and i got several complements on it. Would highly recommend for a formal!

This dress was PERFECT. I got so many compliments on the fit. I'm 5'3". 120lbs. Normally a size 2. I ended up wearing the size Small regular. I'm curvy, and I couldn't get the XS over my hips. As far as cleavage factor...I wear a 32DD. I did not wear a bra with this dress. If I owned it, I would have had the straps taken up a little bit for a better fit. But I'm the only one that would have noticed that. I totally recommend this dress!

The small was a little too small in the chest, and the medium was a little loose, but ultimately fit me better. It's a form fitting dress that shows off all the curves! I am 7 months postpartum and still in between sizes but holy smokes, this dress made my body look amazing!!!! I saw some ladies say they thought it was a little too low cut but it looked super sexy to me! The fabric is incredibly forgiving and gave me great shape without spanx. I also went braless and the dress held everything together fine. I want to buy this dress now and if I could I would rent it over and over just to put on when I'm feeling down. It's THAT fabulous!

I went with the XS because it fit better in the top & the length was better. The Small petite was very short & I am only 5'3. Would had to of worn flats or kitten heels with it. The regular length is perfect for my height with 2 in heels. Love this dress had tons of compliments & was a flattering fit so I could eat as much as I wanted at the wedding.

Great LBD/ long black gown. It was fitted and I wore a spanxs style tummy/ boy shorts called yummy tummy from Nordstroms. The material is heavier so it won't show/ seems like good coverage/ smoothing. I wore standard nude Michael Kors peep toe heels. Received lots of compliments and this dress could be so versatile for many occasions!

There was a small hole at the bottom of the zipper area on the outside of the dress. Other than that, it hugged all of the right places.

The dress was beautiful but much more low cut than it looks in the picture. I didn't mind, but know that you won't be able to wear a bra with the dress. I'm 5'7" and got the long—it was okay, but I suspect the regular may have been a bit better with my 3" heels.

Dress fit incredibly well! No spanks needed!! The only thing I didn't like was the scalloping on the bottom but a perfect length for a 5"1 girl!

I normally go conservative for weddings but went for a sexy look instead. This dress was forgiving, flattering and fun to wear. I felt sexy but not like I was trying-too-hard. Fun to dance in. My man couldn't keep his eyes off me and that's just what I wanted. Highly recommend for every body type. The material is thick enough that you don't even need to wear spanx. So far it's been my favorite RTR piece.

When I received the first dress I order it had a spot on it. I called customer service immediately due to the fact I was wearing as a bridesmaid dress. They couldn't get the dress in the size I needed but they sent me one very similar. It fit amazing. The bride was very happy. Can't wait to order another dress.

This dress is so comfortable and beautiful. I am a 34DD and no bra was needed (I did have a breast augmentation) so not sure if it would work without a bra for someone with natural breasts, but it did stay in place and I didn't feel like it was going to move, so it probably would be fine. I am 5'2" and could have actually gone with the long if I had worn a little higher of a heel. The zipper was stiff to pull up but that's typical with a gown when they have a tiny zip pull. I am renting another slate & willow gown for another upcoming wedding and I cannot wait. If you want to look and feel stunning this is THE dress! Thanks RTR!!!!

Fit great! I'm 5'4" , 157 lbs usually a size 8 and the MR fit amazing, with heels the length was perfect. Dress is lower cut than the picture looks.

A very comfortable dress. It was a little low cut but it was still classy. It is a very forgiving fabric while still clinging to your curves. I'm pretty short, but I got the regular and it was good with heels. Pretty true to size, but there is wiggle room. I didn't want to return it!

This dress was perfect for a black tie wedding in California. The cutouts added and edge without being too revealing. I'm. 5'8 and the L was perfect for flats/low heels.

Dress fit perfectly. I wore 4 inch heels and the 2L was perfect. You can't wear a normal bra so invest in a sticky bra or get creative with tape.... or don't wear one at all (you can judge the perkiness of your boobs). I used a sticky bra and double sided tape just to help keep things in place all night. Paired the dress with a very thin and delicate t-drop necklace which was a perfect addition that complemented the deep plunge style of the dress. It's a gorgeous dress, received a lot of compliments on it - enjoy!
