This dress is FABULOUS. Fits like a glove!

The fabric is heavier than I anticipated and I wouldn’t describe it as soft but it was so so flattering on and I ended up renting it a second time for another trip

I loved this for a boat day, it was a fun dress to throw on over a bathing suit, but definitely nicer than a cover up with stiffer fabric and structure. It fit exactly and I would be curious how a size up would feel. It was short length, but I liked the length since I’m short

This was a winning garment but def on the sexier side. I wore it while on a beach vacation so I felt comfortable. I saw it worn as a swimsuit cover up and that’s an option. I wore it with a black bodysuit underneath and it looked great. The material is thick but with the cutouts it doesn’t get hot and the dress is structured with a tiny bit of stretch . I would def rent again

If you are going on and off a boat and need something that can make you feel dressed up without having to be- this is it. This cover up is everything and I loved it! Word to the wise- size up because it’s a little stiff and when you’re wearing a cover up that’s no fun. But I did and it worked great!

It’s a bit tight for a cover up and the zipper is a bit much, but I just leave it half zipped. I get lots of compliments, and the thickness of the material is real quality. You can wear it more places than the pool or beach because of that. I got multiple compliments, and I bought it.

Would love to rent again for more of a May cover up or dress. Not for mid summer heat at all. Very heavy, quality lace/crochet but not practical at all. Didn’t wear out, just tried on wistfully.

I wouldn’t call this a cover-up. The fabric is not at all stretchy and the zipper is difficult to zip. I couldn’t imagine putting this on over a swimsuit. That said, I still wore it. Wearing it with boy shorts and a black bra made for a beautiful date night outfit. I received so many compliments. I am usually a size 0 or two and a size small was a fairly good fit, but maybe a medium would be better. Perhaps since this is made from a shrinkable fabric (cotton,) it has shrunk from prior laundering. I would definitely size up. The fabric is quite stiff. Gorgeous but be aware of how tight it is with no give. Good for small chested gals.

Elevated look for a beach cover up! Like the look a lot! Be aware that the fabric doesn’t have much give, so could fit a bit tight.

Thicker material feel for a hot day

I really wanted this to be like the quintessential Jane Birkin crochet dress, but the shoulders and sleeve were a bit boxy / roomy, and the length was a tad long (or longer than the true "mini" crochet lbd I was going for). I think I could have opted for an XS as I often float between XS / Small.. but wasn't as obsessed as I'd hope to try it in another size. DESPITE all of that, it made for a cute date night dress at Bridges but didn't wear again. Crochet fabric WAS high quality.

This was a nice fit on the bodice, but the sleeves puffed out in a weird way. It also had a zipper, so not easy to get on and off as swimsuit cover up.

This is not your comfy, casual swimsuit cover up. The material is oddly heavy and the dress is structured/fitted. This is for dressing up in a cover up? No idea where I would wear this.

I sized up and the large was overwhelming. Might be a cute cover up in my size.

This one is a weird, heavy, cotton knit, tight on me, not a breezy coverup. Darnit. I wanted this to work!

This was an adorable cover-up, but it runs small and is very thick and more on the itchy side with the fabric

Unless you plan wearing this on an Alaskan cruise or in Iceland it’s not a cover up.

This is not a functional cover up. It’s thick, stiff, and oddly fitted with no flexibility. It has a zipper up the entire back and I don’t know why anyone would want to fuss with that by a pool or beach. I also don’t think this fabric likes however they wash items between rentals, feels like it might have been nice at the start but didn’t survive the cleaning unscathed.

Too tight and thick material. Definitely not a coverup.
