This was my first RTR order and I needed long sleeves in a colder climate. I was surprised that it fit! It also has snug wrists that will not pull up past my forearms so it keeps me from doing what I usually want to do with long sleeves and that is pushing them up on my arm constantly. The only downfall is needing to be very careful with the fluff of the sleeves when eating and washing my hands. I would also recommend a jacket that has looser arms as the puff sleeves may stick out of a tighter fitting jacket and throw off the style. If I rent it again I will do a medium just to see how it works out.

The cami that comes with it leaves nothing to the imagination, which is fine if your workplace is relaxed. Probably more suitable for a date though. The wrist gathers are very snug and not adjustable so if you want to raise your hands past your shoulder the whole top is going to lift up.

Great color and idea. Really tough fit. Tight wrists and sash is not long enough to wrap around correctly. Bummer as the print and idea are great.

This is a great shirt to wear to work, a night out, or a date. It's one of my regulars, and I keep cycling it in- just because of the slightly formal look that can be dressed up or down (the pop of red calls for a red lip too!). Only words of warning are that the undershirt is completely see-through, and the sleeve tapering can be a little tight. I'll probably size up for the next time just because I don't like the pull on my forearrms. The cut is a little short for my taste, but it works!

Neckline falls fairly low, waist is high. It was comfortable and camisole that comes to wear underneath has adjustable straps. I didn't do a great job figuring out where to tie the wrap.

This runs very loose and large, especially in the upper arm area. I'm a size 8, so it automatically selected a large, but a medium would have been better. Being a wrap, it's fitted at the waist and stops at the belt line. It comes with a camisole, but both the shirt and cami are sheer. That would have been fine if it wasn't so loose and gaping. Overall, a beautiful shirt and very comfortable!

Beautiful pattern.m but the arms were too billowy, the neckline was too loose, couldn't keep it tight with the tie. And the cami was short for the top. Not very flattering.

The color and pattern are pretty but the fit was off for me. It comes with a cami that is way too low and short. Luckily I had my own navy tank to wear. There is no closure on the top so it gaps a lot.
