I wore this to a Gallery reception, and then out for dancing with friends, and it definitely worked for both! I sized up as I was hoping for a little bit more length. The six was long enough, and although the top was too big the oversized look works, I think! I love the gorgeous little button detail on this, and the fabric mix is just right. Highly recommend this little black dress that has so much pizzazz!

I loved this dress it was short but not too short to be a mini dress. It was comfortable and the material isn’t overwhelming I’d highly recommend renting this!

I loved this dress and got so many compliments on it! Fits true to size, I know a couple other reviewers said the top fit was off and too big but I did not find that to be the case.

It was great material and style but the hook and eye on the bust didn't stay closed. So I borrowed a binder clip from hostess stand! Lol

It hides your tummy, shows off your legs and highlights your decollate without being revealing! A true gem of a dress! Runs true to size, comfortable. Loved it!

The dress was a little snug on the waist and it literally is held together by one Hook and two buttons. Once they were all attached, I did not feel like it was going to come undone and it did not for an entire night.

This dress is stylish, sexy, unique, kinda 80s, hot and held together by one chrome button. My boyfriend loves this on me and said we should buy it. Considering it!… I typically wear a 4, but had to wear the backup 6. It was so tight where the button snapped in the size 4. It might have something to do with my short torso and it snapped together a bit higher on me rather than the waist. It is truly my favorite RTR rental ever. This dress could be worn to so many different types of occasions. I was surprised by how much I loved this one ❤️ 🔥

It's everything. Bottom was perfect but the top was large in the shoulders if you have narrow shoulders. It's drapey so it still worked. Not too short but not too long if you're petite

Loved this dress so much, flattering and comfortable. Does need a strapless bra. The top opened a few times throughout the night, wish the closure was more sturdy.. maybe a snap.

This dress is stunning. The volume in the top portion is beautifully sculptural and very comfortable. The upper fabric is like a soft weighted windbreaker and the bottom is a thick knit. I wore this to date night but will wear again to an industry event. It feels very high fashion and fits tts. One of my favorites

The top is taffeta and the bottom is stretchy. Based on reviews I sized down to a 10 …it’s a smidge tight in the waist but not a dealbreaker at all. I love a dress like this that can be dressed up or dressed down and doesn’t wrinkle. Might have to keep this one for another cycle.

I'm OBSESSED! So sexy and flattering. The dress definitely had room to size down, but even a little over-sized, this dress was SO HOT! There are two fabrics, one on the skirt and one on the top. The quality of the dress is very luxurious and well made. This is a wrap dress, so, there js a single button inside to bring it together and a single button outside to wrap it up. Length was flattering and sexy without being too short. I want to book my calendar just for this dress!

It’s one of the most comfortable dresses. The little clasp at the chest would come undone while sitting, but it still fell just right where I didn’t feel exposed. It’s so easy to wear and TTS!

I loved this look. It wanted to wear off the shoulders. Made it more feminine and gave it more sex appeal. I wore with thigh high mesh boots with a net patterned tight. It was perfect and super comfortable. The upper body and sleeves feel like taffeta. It was fun to wear.

Loved the silver hardware. matched with silver ballet flats and a chunky silver necklace. fits true to size - honestly you can size down if needed because the skirt is stretchy.

I really love this dress and would've bought it, however, the closure at the chest was really loose and it needed to be re-stitched... I ended up wearing it without a bra and it worked! I paired it with loafers, and it offset was short skirt length and looked very chic... love the mixed materials, silky, top and fabric bottom and love the asymmetrical shoulder cut. I felt very sophisticated in this piece.

I wore this to see Masquerade on Broadway. It was a cute yet chic mini dress. The balloon sleeves and wide top were fun, especially in contrast to the knit and fitted mini on the bottom. It was comfortable to wear. One note is that the top closes with just a hook and loop, and the loop is just a piece of black thread and not metal. The first dress I got, I thought it was missing the clasp, then I realized when they sent me a replacement that that's just how it's made!

Wore it to a concert. It's pretty. A little baggy on top which I know is the style but the top felt a little loose and slipped off the shoulder easily.

I was skeptical at first because I’m usually not a fan of balloon sleeves but the second I put this on, it completely transformed the look! The sleeves add just the right amount of volume without feeling over the top. I wore this in Vegas and definitely caught people checking out my outfit. It’s one of those pieces that makes you feel instantly put together and a little elevated. It does run big so I’d recommend sizing down. Also, just a heads up the design is restrictive, so raising your arms isn’t the easiest. I’d love to own this someday!

Great in theory, but my size wasn't available so I went one up when I def should have gone one down! It's a pretty fabric but the whole top bit is very slippery. I think it would be a great holiday party dress though.

Loved this Staud dress- great for a night out. The top was a bit oversized and like other reviews mentioned, the hook and eye clasp tended to pop open. Skirt portion fit true to size. Would rent again.

Loved the look of this dress but it definitely runs big. The bottom half wasn’t as tight as I wanted around the waist, and the top kind of awkwardly sits on the edge of your shoulders. I’d definitely size down! But material and design 5 stars.

I really liked the look of this dress, but I found myself constantly adjusting it. The top is meant to be oversized, so it tended to shift, and the wrap-style skirt meant I had to make sure the flap stayed closed when sitting. It’s really cute, but I don’t think I’ll be renting it again.

Came with tags on! Excellent quality. Love the length, I paired with knee high heeled boots. I didn’t love the amount of fashion tape I had to use on the top. The material is best described as a slick, thicker than silk, boxy, men’s button down. It definitely has its own way that it wants to fall and I don’t have the chest to fill it out. Because of this it would create a gap in the back by the neck of the dress. I used tape to hold down the front and my shoulders. But due to the short wing span (you can see on the model how the armpit material is connected to the skirt) you can’t lift your arms up very high without significantly shifting the top, therefore loosening the tape. Not my favorite rental, it worked, but was a lot of work.

Rented it for a bachelorette party, but then a color scheme was assigned and couldn't wear it. But it was very flattering and I wish I had somewhere to wear it.

Wore this to help chaperone a prom - it almost has an 80s vibe without being overly costume-y. The clasp to keep the v-neck closed didn't like to stay shut, but it wasn't as revealing as I was worried it would be.

TTS on bottom. Sleeves on top slid out of place every time I moved. Fashion tape may have helped with this problem. Otherwise got lots of compliments and very flattering

This was such a show-stopping, yet comfortable dress!! I paired it with leggings and kitten heels since it was cold out and the compliments kept coming all night long. I loved that it was stretchy in the hips- so flattering for us curvy gals!
