It was a little tough to zip up where all the ruching is—I was scared the zipper would break but it was just getting stuck. The dress gets quite short when sitting but it didn’t bother me too much. The fit and fabric felt great once the dress was zipped up.

Loved this dress! It was flattering across the mid section and comfortable to enjoy my dinner. It is short so if legs aren't your thing, I would not recommend. The off the shoulder would be challenging if I was out dancing or needed to raise my arms a ton but did not bother me sitting through dinner.

Other reviews indicated the dress ran small so I sized up two sizes and it fit perfectly! Not too short for a fun party dress

The shoulder detail of this dress is so different and fun! The material is thin and kinda basic and has no stretch so definitely order your true size!

Material is thin and not stretchy so if you're not sure of your size, go up. I rented the 14 so I could have room and bunch it where I needed to in the mid section. The shoulder was easy to style. You might need to pull it down if you layer with a jacket.

Got so many compliments. It was slightly tight at the waist but definitely snatched me up.

Great dress. Material is light and has enough stretch that sizing isn’t tricky. It is super short. Hard to tell but the stripes are chocolate brown and ivory.

Other reviews are true. Size up at least 1. I did and it was still pretty short but I went with it for date night. Arm hole is also fairly tight. Light material

This is an easy one to wear - great for a date night and feels sexy and fun, but doesn’t feel so cookie-cutter or on-the-nose. Only weird thing is the side zipper sits a little odd so pops out a bit.

I wore this dress for my birthday dinner and loved it! However, the sizing is way off. I’m a true 6, ordered an 8 and it just barelyyyy fit me. Still felt tight and short. I find Staud’s sizing to be very inconsistent (in both directions). It’s a great dress just definitely go up one or two sizes.

wore to a friend’s work premiere, very comfortable with flattering draping. size 16 worked great, wore light shapewear underneath & knee high boots. zipper sticks around the waist seam so have help or zip first & slip on. cowl neck straps are posable and slightly stretchy. crepe fabric didnt need to be steamed which was easy.

This dress is adorable, but it is NOT a sitting down dress! It is seriously short, like your lady parts are hanging out when you sit down :/. Fits small to TTS in the waist, chest, I was able to skip the bra. Love the fabric & color, just not the length. I am 5’5” and there is no stretch to pull it down.

Very cute dress - the 10 was a bit snug around my tummy but not horrible. I was swimming in the 12 so I went with the 10. Zero stretch so if you’re afraid of it being too small get a size up.

So short and tight in the hips for me so had to improvise and put a skirt over it. Love the silhouette of the top though.

This arrived with tags on it! super thin material, not linen - but good for summer! I'm short - so this was a little long and flared at the bottom. In real life I would tailor it shorter and tighten the top a bit. A 6 would've been too small to zip with boobs I think. So I'd say this def runs small.
