For reference, I am 5'4" 140 lbs and 5 months pregnant. I ordered a 4. It fits perfectly. My chest is large right now, probably a D or more, I have no idea, but it fills the dress well. This would be an excellent dress for nursing / pumping because there is a tiny zipper where the keyhole ends on the chest that zips down to the waist hem. It's not noticeable unless you're putting the dress on. I couldn't see it in any of the photos. I think this dress has been rented and worn so much but it's still in great condition and it really is flattering on my more curvy body type. My picture is horrible, but I still thought I would include it for reference.

I was surprised at how thin the material was, it doesn't appear that way in person. I received compliments on this dress but didn't like how it looked on me -- but I think that's because it felt like it was hanging on me. I could've sized down 1 or 2 sizes so it was a little more form fitting on my chest, (where it hung the most) I would consider this more of a warmer weather dress -- I paired with leggings and boots because it's still freezing cold and snowy where I live. For reference, I am likely a 34DD, 170 lbs and 25 weeks pregnant in this photo. I typically wear a size 8 or 10 in most dresses.

This is a great dress for everyday or a dinner. It can be dressed up or down. I loved the pattern and it was very comfortable and flattering. I almost didn't want to send it back after wearing it multiple times.

Super comfortable and made me feel very cute because of the structured top. Fabric is light and airy but also see through so I wore a black belly band and black tights underneath it for work

I rented this dress for work, but also used it for a wedding rehearsal dinner. I was 28 weeks pregnant at the time. It's very comfortable and fit me well. I probably could've gotten the 4, but I'm so used to sizing up because of the pregnancy, and the 6 was fine. If you're nursing, it has an easily accessible zipper/button system that no one noticed unless I pointed it out.

Flows skirt but not too short

I'm postpartum and wanted to look polished when some in laws were visiting, but also wanted to nurse easily. Did the trick, even though a bit big. I'll size down if I order it again.

The material is thin, so makes wearing a black dress in summer actually comfortable. Accentuated the chest and made my chest look huge. It a good length and comfortable for all day at work.

Good maternity dress to wear to work and afterwards for dinner or semi-casual event. It's very comfortable. I wore a size 6 and still had plenty of room for the growing bump. I'm on the tail end of my first trimester. Clean design and easy to wear dress.

Rented this at 21 weeks pregnant to go back to the office. While it fits comfortably up too, I found it to be a bit short to wear to work without tights. I'm 5'4" and weighing in at 135 lbs at 21 weeks, renter a 2. I will try renting a size up to see if it is longer.

I rented this as an option for a baby shower and didn't end up wearing it because it looked way too frumpy on. Pre-maternity, I usually wear a 4 or a 6 in dresses and rented this in a 6 and it was way too big, even at 27 weeks. If you're interested in it, I would suggest going with your smaller size if you run between two or possibly sizing down if your bump isn't in full force yet. I liked the style and think it would be a great option if it had fit better.

Great work dress, fits well even on a 32 week belly.

Flattering dress at 26 weeks. Wore to work with flats. Could be worn year round (lightweight) or dressed up with heels and jewelry. Good for larger chests too.

I'm usually a 2 but sized up for end of week 24 to a size 4 and was glad I did. Fit well very comfortable!

This was a great nursing dress. I wore it in my first day back to work after maternity leave. Comfy and easy to pump in. I wish RTR had more nursing dresses.

Rented a size 8, was a bit lose on back and waist. I'm 22 weeks pregnant and figured it would fit right. Overall it it was great, just a bit lose on sides.

I wore this dress 35 weeks pregnant and it was great. I would agree with previous reviews that the front zipper was a bit challenging, especially if this would be worn for nursing. Otherwise, the fit and pattern are flattening. The material is fine, but not as soft as others I have worn. I would wear a dress like this again in different colors.

Fit well generally. Just was a little long in the torso for us shorter folks. I would have worn it had it not smelled like body odor when it arrived. My super pregnancy sense of smell wanted no part of that.

The dress fits nicely, but the length of the sleeve is a bit off, and it feels uncomfortable having where the button at the bottom of the sleeve hits. The material is very light and thin, so more appropriate for warmer weather.

I love Serephine and was excited to find this dress available to rent. It wasn't the most flattering (made me look slightly larger than I was at 26 weeks) but it was super comfortable and a great length.

This dress felt really pretty to wear and was also really comfortable. The only drawback is that the fabric is lighter and so somewhat see-through. Would rent again for an evening event.

This was so frumpy on. I thought the faux belt and elastic in the back would help but it just hung off my shoulders. Fabric is also much thinner than expected

I have another seraphine maternity/nursing dress I love, but zipper and keyhole fell in such an awkward way that it made my bust look really misshapen. The top also seemed a bit large while the skirt and sleeves felt tight.
