Loved this dress for our Italian vacation but I also wore it with a bright blzer for work. Very comfortable but the arms are a little restrictive. Fully lined so it’s not see through.

This dress was wonderful. Wore it in Venice. Cut outs are wonderful. So great I ended up purchasing it on the self portrait site.

Loved wearing this dress for a family white night party. I received so many compliments and felt put together with minimal effort! Only thing is that it wrinkles easily, but a good steamer did the trick!

Wore this in the swamp heat of a Florida summer and it was great! It even rained, and with the insane sauna humidity, it didn't turn see-through! Only drawback is the limited range of motion in your upper extremities- this didn't bother me bc the neckline & details in the sleeves still made it worth it. The waistline of the dress is stretchy, but if you are concerned about a really large chest you might want to size up or else it's going pull in the armpits.

Wore this to my stock the bar shower and it was a hit! Love the subtle cutouts and beautiful appliqué on the top. Highly Recommend. Size up for Self-Portrait

Loved this dress! It was very flattering and fit well. My only slight complaint was that I couldn't lift my arms over my head.

Light cotton - so comfortable. I'm 5'11" so could be too much skirt for shorter person. I'm also flat chested (34B) so big busted girls might feel constricted - was a little tight on top - i couldn't lift my arms too high.

After reading previous reviews on how the arms fit snug, I opted to rent a size bigger than my normal size. Good thing because this dress was PERFECT! I wore it for my engagement pictures and it fit what I was looking for exactly.

Wore this for my birthday and I felt incredibly special! I would say the fit is slightly tight in the arms and shoulder, but mainly related to the design of the dress. I usually wear a 4 and sized up slightly to a 6. The bottom was very very forgiving especially for a pear shaped figure!

Absolutely beautifully made dress. The details are so expensive looking and intricate, especially around the neckline. Everyone loved it. It has a nice weight to it and isn't see-through whatsoever. It fit my perfectly snd was so flattering.

Super cute for the girls with hips and thighs. It also has pockets, so for that alone we love! Loved the detailing at the top. Definitely needs ironing!

I loved this dress so much that I forgot to take pics while I was out…hence the wrinkles lol. I put it on to snap a couple before swapping for my next event. I felt like a boho princess. Almost anything with pockets is good for me. It’s actually white & It wasn’t see through which is usually a problem with white fabrics. My only complaint is that i steamed it got it all nice and pretty & it wrinkled so darn fast, esp bc of humid out. Other than that absolutely loved it. Fit was perfect for me. Got tons of compliments & second looks.

Self Portrait is one of my favorite designers, but I'm not loving his cutout stuff and covered it up with an oversized belt. I think I've learned my lesson and I'm saying goodbye to the cutout trend for good.

The dress is great for summer, and I got a lot of compliments, specifically on the lace neckline. It's a little tight in the chest and arms, if you have a larger bust I would size up. The skirt of this dress is also fuller than I expected, making it feel more formal-ish. I wore it to dinner, but my brother in law made a joke that it was a wedding dress because of how full the skirt was.

Cute dress. Looked more formal than I thought it would. It was perfect length and fit except a little tight in the shoulder area. Kind of felt like I was going to get married though.

Beautiful dress! Wore to my son’s graduation

RTR is great for fluctuating post-partum sizes. I’m originally a size 2/26, 120-125 lbs, 5’5”. Shortly after delivery, I’m a size 28. Excellent emphasis of an hour glass silhouette (hello engorged milk bosoms). Hard to direct breast feed. Best worn without a bra. Wrinkles easily however fabric and design notably luxurious and expensive. Didn’t wear unfortunately. Only wearing outfits that facilitate breast feeding.

I wore this for my rehearsal dinner. The neckline was elegant and sophisticated but the side cut-outs gave it a sexy, modern flare. I also loved the skirt. It had a light almost fluffy feeling texture to it. The material was excellent quality. I felt beautiful and elegant in this! The only downside was that the chest was a bit snug and the arms definitely had restrictive movement. You certainly would not be able to dance with your arms in the air, but it was a lovely choice for dinner!

I wanted this dress to work so bad! It really is so stunning, and very high quality. I am typically between a 4 and 6 and I ordered the 4, and my chest was falling out the sides of the dress. I can't give this less than 4 stars simply because I ordered the wrong size. Try it!

Too tight on the top, couldn’t move my arms up. The bottom was a very full skirt with multiple layers. Overall, not super flattering.

Top was lovely, but skirt part is huge -- it has multiple layers, perhaps if you iron them they will lay more flat? I didn't end up wearing.

This was gorgeous and well made. A bit full on the bottom. But the arms are so tiny- I couldn't lift my hands over head.

It run very small at the chest and arm area. Couldn't wear it. Good quality though.
