This is definitely a “wear with leggings/slim pants” kind of sweater. I knew it was oversized and got the XS, and even then it was big and flowy. It was super soft and cozy, and I still liked it, but just be aware that you’re getting an oversized sweater when you rent, and size accordingly!

I undersized for a slightly closer versus oversized fit. I really like the sweater super soft cute but there are some repairs that have occurred on this sweater. I saw three. Generally, they did a pretty good job with their repairs, but I opted to buy it from Zappos instead of Rent the runway because it would be new versus previously rented and was also on sale for a similar price. It’s a great rent. Examine for damage before you buy if you buy.
