Definitely a statement piece, intricate embroidery and large billowing sleeves. Wearing size XS, I think a small would be a bit overwhelming since the blouse is slightly oversized. Front is buttoned and you can see skin through. Love it, such a unique piece!!

I would actually love to wear this on the weekend or on vacation, but it also worked for the office with a nude tank underneath. The buttons are spaced out to a point where you can see skin but it’s easily fixed with a tank if you need more coverage. The detailing is gorgeous!
