I read the reviews of this beautiful skirt in advance and sized down. I'm so glad I did because, while this piece was definitely beautiful, if it was any larger it would not have fit correctly. The scalloped edges and embroidery details make it feel very luxurious. I rented the set, but since I'm on the shorter side with quite a short torso, the relaxed fit of the top and bottom together made me look boxy.

I wore this to my brother's graduation and got so many compliments. I maybe could've sized down to a four just for a more snug fit but overall true size detailing is beautiful and the skirt is light good for a warm weather.

Wore this set on vacation and received a ton of compliments. The skirt is true to size but is definitely fitted, so if you are in between sizes I would size up due to there being no stretch in the fabric.

The set was perfect. For a size 12 I expected more room in the hips and waist, but maybe I'm thicker than most. Suggest sizing up. I wore this skirt with a t-shirt to another event. It can easily be dressed up or down. Consider sizing up at least one, maybe 2 sizes if you have tummy, hips, and/or butt.

I prob could have done a 4 but I got the 6 and loved it so I bought it with the matching top! It's unique, flattering and the scallop details are amazing. Several comments on the beautiful embroidery, and I have already worn it twice. It's a win.

Fit perfect. I wish I had rented the top but I was worried it was too cropped. The skirt comes up high on the waist so it wouldnt' have shown belly. Its very soft and easy to wash and iron. Loved it.

Fit perfectly for me but cotton zipper waist closure has no wiggle. Paired with a Toccin light blue short- sleeve Elsie sweater that was perfect.
