I rented this top and wore it to a friend’s birthday party—such a great pick. It pairs perfectly with high-waisted jeans and the color is gorgeous. The fit is easy, flowy, and comfortable, but the fabric gives it a more elevated feel.

Others are right, it's short - but totally worked on my 5'1" frame. Paired with navy pants, as well as more casual with white jeans. Lots of compliments - highly recommend! Stays cool in hot weather, and the texture is super interesting and elevates the top.

This top was so cute. I wore it with jeans and also the set (the skirt too) - next time I would've sized down, it was a little bit boxy

If it came in around the bottom of the bust before pleating so very far out, it might have a more flattering fit. It even seems possible for someone who might want to own and customize this top to make it more fitted under the bust. Otherwise, it’s still so much fun to wear as-is. I was also surprised by the reptile print texture! Layered with the Jason Wu white smocked ruffle top, and worn with the matching Sea New York bubble skirt, and the Mignonne Gavigan Lorraine Bow earrings, all from RTR.

I tried hard to make this set work. This was the best I did. The top is super wide, I think it stuck out behind me about eight inches off my body.

I love the top. The pleats fit too low and bulky for me. If it fit higher on my waist it would be perfect, but it bulky on me right on my hips so it was not flattering for my short body.

The material is beautiful in person, but the shirt sticks out as shown in the photo making it very unflattering. Did not end up wearing because of this.
