Perfect shift dress! Absolutely love this dress! Hid my baby bump (24 weeks) from my students in the first few weeks of school! Super comfortable, would absolutely rent again!

A bit boxy overall but I was able to make it work with some fabric tape to cinch it in the back. Ended up wearing this 3 times: once for daytime, once to dinner, and once to work.

Very cute dress for summer

I love this dress and would definitely rent again. Fits great with a bit of a flowy oversized look. Can dress up or down for any event

I'd planned to wear this for a formal event, but the event was cancelled, so I ended up taking it on a trip and wearing it to walk around and sightsee. It worked well for that but I still think it would have looked good for something more formal. The fabric is light and comfortable, the fit is flattering, and I love the pattern. I've worn it several times since then and will hopefully end up buying it. I did size down based on the other reviews and that was the right choice.

Fun dress to mix it up, size down

This dress was really cute and easy to wear. It was perfect for a day of running around the city and lots of eating due to the float fit. The only thing that people should be aware of is that it is short. I'm 5'8"...so anyone taller probably wouldn't be able to wear this dress without flashing people when they bend down.

Prefect on vacation for cooler summer days/nights. Fabric looks like Batik. Well made...good details. I sized down one but shoulders too tight so reordered in my regular size.

Wore 3x during the week. Easy to dress down or up- highly recommend! Drop waist dressed don't typically work for me, but this one did!

Not much shape, so I think more defined pieces work well (heels, statement necklace, etc). Wore those to work and it was super comfortable and lightweight. Not sure if a smaller size would've given more shape, but I'm almost always a 12/14 and had plentyyyy of room in the 10. Love the pattern.

I admire almost everything by Sea. With this piece, I especially appreciated the details of the garment's construction. But it's definitely shapeless, and I don't know that sizing down would have helped... it's just a simple and airy throw-it-on dress.

dress is cute and easy to wear. I think color wise it would look great on someone with dark hair and olive skin.

I loved the print and hoped that this dress would be cute for errands about town with sneakers. The dress fit fine, but it is essentially a sack and did not have any real shape to it. I didn't feel that it did much for my style or body, so I sent it back.

Did not wear

I love the neutral tones and patterns of this dress. The fit is loose and oversized. I normally wear an 8/10 in dresses and a size 4 fit best in this.

Comfy

It's a drop waist and I definitely look better in regular-waisted items. But, that being said - I loved this dress and got so many compliments on it. I wore it with a light denim jacket and black booties. It was amazing and so comfortable to adventure around the city in!

I wore this dress twice, once with boots and a leather jacket to go out and again with sneakers for brunch. So cute and comfortable. Fairly shapeless but still cute.

It felt good on, but the fit was a little to generous.There was a lot of material and it kind of overwhelmed my 5'4" frame.

Great pattern, the fit is very boxy/flowy. Looks great with a pair of heels to spruce it up.

Wasn't expecting this dress to be the fabric that is was...it was a cotton like something you would get on a sarong or ethnic cloth. Can wrinkle easy but the dress is super cute and comfy! Really liked it. The fabric made it more weekend wear for me, but still enjoyed it. May be too casual for an office where you dress on the nicer/dressier side. Probably could have worn a 10. Still looked cute slightly oversized.

I definitely want to rent this again but in a smaller size. I am usually a 6 or an 8 so I got a 6 but I would love to try a 4. My husband said I looked like I was wearing a smock. Didn't feel attractive. But overall, it's a beautiful look and cute dress, but just runs very large.

Was very very wide but cute when paired with jacket. A little short too but I didn't mind.

This dress is HUGE! I am normally a size 2, but rented a size zero. Two of me could have fit in this dress - it wasn't wearable. I would recommend you go down 2-3 sizes if you rent this dress.

Made it work by pairing it with a jean jacket but, on its own, it looked like a child's dress. Not flattering, nothing special about the material or style.

Ordered a size 4 and it was still way too big.
