A wearable sleeping bag but I was into it for a week or so

It can be dressed up or down - what more could you want? Highly recommend.

I rented this coat for a trip to DC. It is very cute and warm!!! Just beware that it is very heavy!!! It took half of my carry-on suitcase and I am not exaggerating!!! I wanted to weigh it to see how heavy it is, but couldn’t figure out how to do that! The vegan leather outside makes the coat stylish. I did get some compliments. I would recommend this coat if you are going to be in temperatures of 35 degrees or less.

It’s like wearing a blanket- so warm and comfy and I got many compliments on it while we were on a winter cabin trip upstate. Perfect to rent- so you don’t have to store it all year!

Great winter coat. Super stylish. Wish it zipped for a better seal on a cold, windy day.

Very warm. Doesn’t zip though, just a couple buttons, so if you’re in really cold weather you might want something else.

This is an incredibly warm coat. Temps are negative in Chicago, and I'm cozy in my trendy sleeping bag. This is a great elevated version of the floor length puffer for cold weather.

This is that kind of soft faux leather that is almost squeaky/ marshmallow style. It was fun but the texture is almost slick? It’s weird and glorious! Lean into the oversized style

My favorite jacket so far from RTR but the buttons were so loose.

Jeans or suits, very cool

I wear small in coats when I want a fit look and a medium if I want some space to layer. I rented the small in this one and it felt like a large/xl. Ok if you like the extra oversized look but it looked ridiculously big on me (dress size 4). I would try the xs but suspect it would still be too big for me. It is a super warm coat, no shape at all. Lovely color.

Okay, this may have been alright new, but it’s a no. Pros: very comfortable, warm, roomy, fabric feels buttery soft Cons: May have been alright new, but the stuffing in the coat is not evenly dispersed, so, in spite of it being roomy, it made my body look like a lumpy mess. Beyond that, I thought I would like the look of the faux leather, but it really did remind me of the overstuffed, beige couch I had for years.

Not very flattering, too bulky to take on my ski trip. The padding:stuffing was also off so it just felt weird. Like a giant marshmallow.

Size down as much as possible and totally avoid if you are petite

I love puffer jackets as I used to live in western New York. I got this rental for a trip to Salem in the dead of winter. I tried it on this week in NY and the way the two buttons barely hung on, not to mention the jacket below opens when there’s even a tiny gust of wind. Not to mention it isn’t warm at all and I had on a thick sweater and thick jeans. I was freezing in 35 degrees. Do not rent. Cute color but that’s about it.
