Love the fabric and seam detail, but this dress was a bit too snug and would be too tight to layer a long sleeved tee under. It is flattering, I must say.

The dress has a nice fabric design and garnered compliments. However, major flaw is the pockets. I typically love dresses with pockets but these did not work and had a gaping hole and bulge visible from front and side for each pocket. I paired dress with black blazer so pocket situation could not be seen. Polished look with blazer or cardigan that covers pockets. Sloppy look without. Zipper is also difficult to do solo. I had to get help.

Loved the fit and feel of this dress. The pockets were a wonderful bonus!

The fit was perfect, it made my waist look great. The pockets were an added bonus!

Flattering and comfortable, easy to wear to work. I could've sized down to an XS as this was a little long and a bit wide in the shoulders for me but the small worked fine as well. Fabric has a decent stretch to it making it comfortable for a long day.

Was way too tight. Loved the style. Heavier fabric. May size up and try again.

I loved the way this fit, but it is more of a fall/cold weather dress than a spring/summer dress. The material is heavy.

I had no issues with hip pockets like others have stated.

I wear a 6 and sometimes a 4. Probably the medium would be a better fit for me.

I'm a modest dresser and this is modest but it was too short when I sit down. Too much of my thighs out is a no-go. Did not wear.

Very flattering dress. The zipper is a little challenging especially at the top near where the pipes are crossing.

Lovely fit - flattering, but I personally didn't love the way the seam at the hip went horizontally across. Very comfortable and elegant.

The fabric on this dress is really pretty and has great seaming. Only reason for 4 stars is that the pockets (side note - yes, it has pockets which is nice!) hit right at the hips which makes the dress even bulkier there and not the most flattering

Fabric was clingy, unflattering, no flow. Unlined, and the pockets bunch at the hip. This dress would work for the very slender, preferably small hipped among us. Not for me.

The pockets look like elephant ears on your waist. Unfortunately the dress is definitely not wearable as is. Otherwise it would be a really cute dress.

I have an hourglass figure, and I felt like the silhouette of this dress was not flattering. The pockets just made my hips look wide. I did not end up wearing it.

but not on this dress. The fabric and cut of the dress are fun, BUT the pockets ruin the silhouette. The dress is form-fitting through the bust and hips, which causes the pocket openings to gap. The dress would have a better and smoother hip line without them. I do not feel a size up would help because the other areas of the dress would not fit properly. Unfortunately I did not wear the dress because I disliked the pocket effect so much.

The dress was beautiful and had a fitted but not sexy fit, perfect for work. HOWEVER, the pockets at the hips stuck out, such that they added almost an inch to my hips on either side!! They were side slash pockets and the lining of the pocket was visible from my hip (i guess?) pushing against the internal seam. I could not wear it, which was a shame as the fit was otherwise incredibly flattering.

I was so excited for this dress, but the thin material, badly placed pockets, and weird dropped waist made it horrifically unflattering. Didn't even try to wear it.
