One of my favorite things is to mix Office pieces but add an edge the feminine touch to it and this stress brings it all together. It is fun but also has the serious side to it for being a shirt dress. love, love, love, love.

Loved this vibe! Wore for a work meeting and got so many compliments on the whole vibe and color of it. Added the right accessories to brim more dimension and contrast and it really shined. The slit in front with a pair of high boots is a winner!

I love this dress! The sleeve belt is such a cool feature and has a stretch, so it really accentuates and hides all the right spots. I got an xl because it was the only one available, but it fit well enough. Definitely L would’ve been better. Very easy to style.

Long on my 5’3” frame but not too close to the floor. Fits true to size, I could have possible sized down. Really polished but lightweight. The tie waist is very flattering. Loved it!!

This looked very chic and the fabric seemed to elevate the look as well. I wish I had sized down but the tie waist helped cinch the waist which helped.

Fabulous. Wore several times and got compliments galore. Very comfortable and the tie waist allows for a perfect, tailored fit. So unique and versatile depending on what shoes, accessories you pair with it.

Loved this dress so much. It’s super flattering and extremely comfortable. I wore with a sandal but would wear with a higher boot once it gets colder out for Fall. You can cinch the waist as tight as you like as well. A must rent!

Wore to a work event and although it was the right look, it looked pretty oversized on me.

Loved the idea of this dress- the stripped skirt, button down top, and cuffed sleeve sash were all charming. Unfortunately this dress ran very large on me. Voluminous fabric ballooned on the back, long length was closer to tea than midi, wide waist and very wide sleeves that were too big to keep pushed up but too long to be attractive. Overall, I made it work with some clever tucking, tight cinching, and fashion tape. It is very high quality and truly charming- just not for petites. I only docked one star because it was a great dress despite the size issues.

I’d love to rent this one again, for the Fall and wear and with boots. Will be sure to size down the next time around. Being able to tie the waist gives you some flexibility but overall it does run large in the arms and the top half.

Cute idea with the sleeve detail that ties in front. Back is elastic at the waist, so it is comfortable. Sleeves on the top were a nice length for those of us with long arms, but there was too much fabric overall on the top half to be flattering.

I know it didn't say it had pockets, but this dress just feels like it *SHOULD* have pockets. I mean, it's a menswear-style shirt dress, and men's clothing ALWAYS has pockets. I got this to wear for a work event, but the lack of pockets meant that I ended up skipping over it. Other than that, the dress was comfortable with a bit of stretch. Overall it felt a bit big (these days I usually wear a size 10), but it pulled very slightly in the chest. The nylon in the fabric makes it less breathable; I wouldn't recommend it on warmer days.

I love this dress and considered buying it. I'll definitely rent it again and may buy it if the price goes down. I love this. The "belt" really pulls this look together. It feels like it should have pockets but doesn't. There's elastic in the back so that when you tie the waistband, it snatches you in place nicely. The cuffs are long and give a nice look when you fold them up. I used black hair ties around my wrist and pulled the sleeves up so they'd stay on my forearms. It's a great look with black boots.

It fits to well and the cuffed belt design is so chic. I felt comfortable on a 3 hr Amtrak and in the boardroom until end of day. Simon Miller does it again!

I wore this to a lunch and work meeting and it was so cool looking. If you work in more of a creative field it's the perfect dress - comfy and easy to throw on but still covered up. I even thought about wearing it on the flight out after the meeting it was that comfortable
