Wore this dress for 12 hours and loved it. Wore it from day into evening and it could do both. Really loved it and wish I was keeping it.

This was such a fun outfit! I love the look of the men’s dress shirt tied around the waist, it also has a snatching effect (who doesn’t love that!?). Bonus: Pockets!!!!

One of my favorite things is to mix Office pieces but add an edge the feminine touch to it and this stress brings it all together. It is fun but also has the serious side to it for being a shirt dress. love, love, love, love.

I’m normally a solid medium in all dresses. I heeded the reviews and got the small. Really glad I did. Fits amazing, comfortable hangs well too. I ironed it and it didn’t wrinkle much. Tons of compliments!

This is a great dress for work and would also be good for traveling. It's something different and was flattering.

Great fit, doesn't wrinkle too easily. I could wear it to the office or out for dinner. Just be careful if it's too windy as the buttons on the skirt don't go all the way down.

The detailing on this dress is so perfect, I received so many compliments. A great work dress, the material is on the Starchier side, but still comfortable and doesn't wrinkle! I'm a true size 10 and the XL fit fine but was very roomy I could of went with my regular size large

The medium was slightly too large for me but not overtly. I received my compliments at work.

I think this is incredible versatile and any shape would make this work because of elasticated waist plus the tie to make it more fitted, plus buttons to make it more or less conservative. Material is light.

This dress was not something I’d typically go for, but I glad I did! I received so many compliments on it and great for the office and for wandering the city!

I actually ended up liking this way more than I expected when I first pulled it out of my RTR bag. Very good for work and/or a professional event! I wore with both heels and flats. Ran a smidge big but it still worked

Loved this vibe! Wore for a work meeting and got so many compliments on the whole vibe and color of it. Added the right accessories to brim more dimension and contrast and it really shined. The slit in front with a pair of high boots is a winner!

I love this dress! The sleeve belt is such a cool feature and has a stretch, so it really accentuates and hides all the right spots. I got an xl because it was the only one available, but it fit well enough. Definitely L would’ve been better. Very easy to style.

Long on my 5’3” frame but not too close to the floor. Fits true to size, I could have possible sized down. Really polished but lightweight. The tie waist is very flattering. Loved it!!

This looked very chic and the fabric seemed to elevate the look as well. I wish I had sized down but the tie waist helped cinch the waist which helped.
