Overall, it's true to size, definitely snug. I'm really glad I got the medium. I'm a muscular 5'5" and 145lbs. I got lots of compliments but a few people were confused about the asymmetry and thought my dress was crooked. I loved the cut! It made for a fun topic of conversation.
