A pinstripe dress with sass! ruffles to add a feminine flair.. wore for our mini Thanksgiving celebration just to dress up and this dress was so comfy... it is short so beware. The fabric is thick which is nice for winter... it was the coolest fabric though, very unique. Great for you petite ladies out there who might feel like you swim in a lot of clothes. This felt form fitting without constricting.

Love this dress, very flattering and thick material kept me warm in the office. Be warned that it is extremely short!! I'm only 5'2 and it was too short for work without tights. Runs very very small.

I usually wear a size 4 or 6, and I ordered the medium after reading the reviews. Glad I did. The dress definitely runs small. Also, I am only 5'2", and the dress was even short on me!

This dress was fantastic. The material was lux and super soft with a bit of stretch that made it flattering. The pinstripes are perfect for work (I wore this to the office and again in meetings off site). Very professional and the sleeves give it a little something extra. I'm only 5 feet, so the length was fine for me, but I can see this dress being too short for taller women. I would rent again.

Nice thick fabric - perfect work dress for fall or winter

The material is fantastically thick, stretchy and cut perfectly for an hour glass figure. At 5'9" it is too short for work.

I am 5'3'', and the dress was very short on me. I had to wear it with tights. I would say it runs TTS. I was worried it was going to be too small, but other than the length, it fit fine.

I love the stress so much that I rented it twice. Actually maybe three times! The fabric, style / just beautiful. Perfect for work. Note that it's short for me and I'm short. It was also very small so I had to size up to fit into it. But it's really gorgeous and I got a ton of compliments.

Amazing dress, a little too short for work but loved!

Normally wear small at 5'1" and 130#. Had to order a M and it was slightly snug. Great material and great stretch though. Wore tights with it and the material seemed to grip on to my tights since there was no lining.

Wore this for a full day of a trade show, taking meetings and standing around. The sleeves reminded me of that dinosaur from Jurassic Park, but were still fun and didn't get in the way. The fabric is stretchy so it was easy to wear and lasted well throughout the day. It's also a nice thicker fabric, so pretty forgiving as I bloated throughout the afternoon. True to size but definitely only for short people!! I'm 5'2" and it was like perfect mini on me.

I loved this dress. The fabric is nice and stretchy and yet forgiving and thick. I will say I'm only 5'1" and yes this dress was almost too short even with tights. If you are taller I would say this is not work appropriate.

Fit well through the arms and chest and the fabric has a little stretch. I am large on top and I could comfortably wear this long sleeved dress.

This dress is adorable and the pinstripes are professional. Dress is form fitting and definitely a little short. I'm 5'4-5'5 and the dress ends at my fingertips when I have my arms straight. I only feel good wearing it to the office if with tights.

This dress is amazing! What a way to start off my Rent the Runway journey! It fits very well. It's a little short, but I paired it with black stockings and black ankle boots for work. I received tons of compliments and felt like a million dollars.

One size up was perfect and flattering.

So simple but elegant. The material is thick so great for a client meeting even when it's cold out. The thin vertical pin stripes really add to the dress! Make sure to order up a size! Will definitely order again.

This dress is very pretty and form fitting. It's made of a thicker material so it works well in the winter. The only way to get it on is to pull it over your head and there's only a tiny zipper on the back top portion. Overall very stylish and fun to wear but I wish it was an inch or two longer for work.

This dress fit on the smaller side. I normally wear a medium but got this in a large and had a bit of room.

Overall, loved this dress! I ordered a size up and got a large based on everyone's reviews and the large fit perfectly. The one downside to this dress is that it is very short (and this is coming from a short person!) so you may want to pair this dress with tights. Otherwise, it was a great dress, high-quality fabric, and the sleeves were a fun way to dress up the typical office attire.

Super cute but too short for work

I'm 5'1" and this dress was VERY short!! I wore it with tights, but it kept riding up while I was walking. It's really cute but better size up if you are any taller than me! The fabric is very soft and comfortable. Got lots of compliments on this one.

Super cute dress. Form fitting, but appropriate for work with tights. It IS short - I'm 5'6" and it was a mini. But I wore with opaque tights and high boots and it was great. Would rent again!
