The photo doesn't do it justice - the sheen and the heavy silk feel and the big skirt makes it feel like a princess dress. I loved it. The chest is a bit tight

I loved the dress! It was perfect for a black tie optional wedding. The cut was flattering on my 10 weeks post partum body - higher waist, great neckline and flowy silk. Love the dress!!

I absolutely love this dress! The print was gorgeous and the fit was very flattering. Though the top fit well for me without a bra (34B), it was very fitted and may be snug on women with larger chests. Overall, I loved this dress and will be renting again.

I got this to see if I'd want to wear for a future event. It's such a beautiful fabric both in design, cut, and fabric itself. It's very long and you'll need to wear heels. I love this dress!

This gown is gorgeous. The chest is tight so I needed to wear a 12. I normally wear an 8. The pattern is very beautiful and I received lots of compliments.

Nice thick fabric but not too heavy. I have a very small chest and used bra pads. I’m 5’3” and with 4” heels was still a little long. Received many compliments!

This dress was beautiful on and I LOVED the length for my tall frame. The print is lovely in person. The 12 R fit me ok (typically wear a 6), but the straps were a bit too long and kept falling off my shoulders. I probably could have fit into a 10R, but I was worried about it being too tight in the bust. I wore a strapless with the 12R and would have likely been able to wear the 10R without a bra. Overall, though, I really loved this dress.

True to size

The drape of this dress moves beautifully. When I first took it out I thought it would feel heavy or be cumbersome to move in, but it felt light once on and was so comfortable. I'm 5' 9" and wore 2in heels with it so it could be challenging for someone more petite. Definitely size up! I almost always wear a 4 and couldn't even zip the 8. I ended up wearing the 10 which was perfect

Really beautiful dress. Received complements all night. I am a little over 5'8 and would imagine it would be too long for most (I was in 3" heels and it hit the floor). Loved it.

Be warned this dress is long. I am 5'11" and had to wear heels and even then had to pull the skirt up to walk. Also go with the size of the upper half of your body since the lower portion is so flowy. I have been in a 12 with some dresses and this one fit really well in a 10 (this is the translated sizing I'm referencing). I loved that I could wear a regular bra too. I wore this to an outdoor black tie wedding and fit right in that window of not looking too overdone but also fancy enough. Would definitely rent this dress again!

This is a gorgeous dress. I had to wear my highest heels so this wouldn't drag. I skipped the bra because it held me in enough. Super flattering. Wore under a leather jacket for date night but could totally wear on its own to something more formal.

At 5’6 with 4.5 inch heels on, this dress just barely still grazed the floor. So, keep that in mind if you are shorter. It is a gorgeous dress that got multiple compliments during the night.

There is no give to the fabric, and the top fits fairly snug. The straps sit wide on the shoulders, a little like they might fall down. I would recommend sizing up and I wouldn't recommend this for anybody with a larger chest. At 5'10" I can wear it perfectly with flats but anything more than a kitten heel would make the dress too short.

I am a size 12 but have a small chest - A or B - and the top of a size 12 in this dress was quite big on me, and I had to be very creative with my bra to wear the dress without it falling off of me. I should have sized down to a 10. I imagine all of the "size up!!" reviews have a much larger chest than I do! I am 5'11" and the dress nearly hits the floor when I am wearing 3" heels.

This dress was beautiful and I got lots of compliments. I had a hard time with the sizing because of the UK vs US sizing and the reviews saying that it ran small. Based on other reviews I initially got a 12R and 14R which were way to big. Thankfully, RTR is amazing and I got the smaller size (my usual) in plenty of time to wear to my event. It was very long and I definitely had to wear heels and be careful walking and dancing, but it was beautiful and comfortable and I got a lot of compliments.

Unusual and very pretty pattern with well-fitted bodice. Skirt is lovely, but quite long. Would probably work best for those 5'6" and taller--would still need to wear heels!

It is very long!!! The length plus style adds a lot of fabric to the dress so it is heavy to wear but fun to twirl around!

I am short waisted and a true size 10. It was way too long ( I am 5'5') Loved the material though.

I do not have a photo, because I did not end up wearing this because it is so, so long. If you are under 5'8", do not rent. I thought I would be fine because I had very high heels, but there was just no way I could wear this dress. I have rented from RTR many times before and always had a great experience, but this was my first (and most likely last) full-length gown. At 5'5", I am worried that none of their long gowns will ever fit me. As for size, this dress is very tight on the top and in odd sizes. I normally wear a size 4, but the 10R fit me perfectly in top area. But again, just way too long. Also skirt is very heavy so make the length even harder to deal with.

Size up 5 sizes. I'm a 4 and an 8 wouldn't even zip. Not sure what sizing this designer based their sizing off of but make sure you size up a lot.
