Fits amazingly and very flattering - only needs a bit of boob tape and fashion tape to make sure things stay where you want them. Fabric is thick and nicely lined so it’s a lot more forgiving than expected. Easy to wear and would travel well. Would 200% recommend and wear again!

My husband actually picked this out as a backup and I'm so glad he did. I wasn't too sure at first but ended up loving it and got many compliments. It's perfect for small chests. I only had to wear little petals and I wasn't afraid of falling out. The size I got was 10L but that is 4L in American sizing. It fit perfectly and being 6'0" it was the perfect length.

This dress fit perfectly! Quality fabric, sleek and classy, form fitting without being too snug and was still comfortable! The length was also perfect, I'm 5 ft. 4 in. and this was perfect with 3.5 inch heels, not too long which is often the case since I'm on the shorter side. Highly recommend this dress, first experience with RTR was perfect.

Beautiful and flattering dress, comfortable fit, thick material makes it great for a winter event. A tiny bit of bunching around the hips that was mostly unnoticeable. I'm 5'7" and usually size 4; I ordered the 8L to ensure I could wear 3-4" heels and not have it be too short. Worked out great. Also used a tiny bit of boob tape but I don't think it was critical to the dress staying on, it's pretty form fitting.

Very thick material with lots of stretch. Fit true to size. No bra but a decent amount of support. Fashion tape could be helpful. I'm usually a 6/8 and I wore the 10R UK (6R US). Got lots of compliments! Would def rent again!

Go for it! This dress is so comfortable and easy to wear despite not looking like it would be. The photo I included shows the typical chest exposure I had with this dress. You can successfully drink all night and not expose yourself! I am 5'6", 138 lbs and a 36C. I did not use any supportive scaffolding, stick on bras or double stick tape. The fabric is thick and stretchy and moves with you even while dancing or getting in and out of vehicles. I did have to focus on posture and have my shoulders set back to avoid too much slouch in the front fabric, but good posture is important anyway. I wore the 10R with the 8R as a backup. I went with the larger size for ease of getting the dress on and off, because of the stretch the two sizes didn't look any different on.

This dress was so perfect! Very happy with first rtr experience . All the reviews are spot on. The material is stretchy enough without being cheap and it is thick enough that it doesnt gather or buldge even though its a tighter fit. Im 120# and 5'4" and the size 8r (4r) fit well . I did wear about 3.5 inch heels and it didnt drag at all.

This dress is incredibly comfortable and so lovely. I did wear dress tape because I knew I would be dancing all night. If you're not planning on moving around a lot, dress tape is not necessary; I was quite surprised how well the top stays in place. The material is very heavy so I wouldn't recommend it for a summer event. I wore the regular length, I am a little taller than 5'4" (not quite 5'5") and I wore 4" heels and the length was perfect.

I should have used some double sided tape. But didn’t end up needing it!

I rented this dress for a "black-tie suggested" fundraising gala and it was a showstopper! I felt amazing in it and received so many compliments. It was just sexy enough with the plunging neckline but not outrageous. Fashion tape was initially necessary for me; but when it failed (lost its adhesiveness for some reason) later in the evening I was able to make it work. I would definitely recommend this dress and was sad to send it back.

This was my first RTR experience, and I️ LOVED this dress. I ordered it on a lark - I'd visited a RTR store and tried on a bunch of dresses for a black tie wedding, none like this at all. I ultimately ordered one of the ones I'd tried on, a Monique Lhuillier that fit beautifully but I️ didn't love, and spotted this one on the app and added it on a whim. I'm a 6P usually - 5'3", 125 lbs, small bust - and the 10R was a great fit. Unlike so many dresses I️ tried on, it was not too long at all - I️ wore maybe 3-inch heels and the length was great. I️ did use fashion tape to ensure no wardrobe malfunctions, but the fabric really is heavy enough that it probably would have been fine either way. And for a late fall wedding when it was freezing outside and the hall was cold as well, the long dress and heavy fabric was a godsend. I️ wore Spanx underneath to ensure a smooth line, but it would have been fine without. Really, really enjoyed this dress. (Apologies for the weird symbols in place of the "eye" - iOS autocorrect malfunction....)

I needed a dress for formal affair but considering iy as valentines day weekend almost everything was small. I love Solace London so I opted for this number, the only problem was my size (10) was all rented out. I got the 12 and it didnt fall off but hit my mommy pouch the weong way for certain angles. HOWEVER, that didnt stop the the nonstop compliments of "STUNNING","GOREGOUS" and "WOW"! If yiu gonna do it, BE READY for the flattery!

I wore this 6wks postpartum. You definitely need to be able to fill out the chest or it'll be gaping. I was 34C/D. It accommodated my fluctuating breast size, pumping between ceremony and wedding, plus the cut made it easy to pull down the straps :). Fitted in the waist and hips, that holds you in while stretching and allowing movement.

I received so many compliments! I am 5’2” and a slightly curvy and rented the size 10R (which I knew would probably be a bit too big but there were no other options available). I wore high heels (about 4.5 or 5”) which suited the length perfectly! I did have to use a few pins to help it fit my body but other than that, so happy with the dress, absolutely beautiful. I suggest choosing 1 or 2 sizes up as it is European sizes and keep in mind your body shape as I believe the dress is for slimmer builds.

This dress is super comfortable. Stretches well for a fairly thick fabric but holds a snug fit. I had no cleavage issues whatsoever with my B-sized upper; didn’t even need tape. There’s a small slit in the back which makes walking very comfortable, not tight or stiff whatsoever. I could have used a Long in length (I’m just under 5’9” and wore a very small heel less than an inch high), but still looked cute being a little shorter. Also hid my intense racer back tan lines on my back which was a big win! I got tons of compliments on this dress and would love to rent it again. An all-time favorite.

This dress was evwrything. I felt secure even with the low cut busy and no bra. So many compliments. I felt beautiful and classy.

The dress fit me very well and I got a lot of compliments! The only part that didn't fit exactly well was the crisscross in the back. Because I am a little shorter and they didn't lay flat against my back, but it did not compromise the appearance of the dress. It was formfitting but not uncomfortable. I did not wear a bra but if you plan on doing anything other than sitting or standing, you would want to consider some serious fashion tape! I felt very sexy and it was fun to wear!

I loved the material and fit of this dress. It's very thick and I felt comfortable besides the massive amount of tape I needed to keep the top of the dress in line. I'm small chested so I initially felt like the dress was not flattering but once I adjusted the dress with tape I felt like I made the right choice. I received lots of complements throughout the evening.

Overall the dress was STUNNING!!! Pros: Goes well with brown skin complexion. Great material. Form fitting and very flattering. I received a lot of compliments. Cons: Based on others review, I got the dress a size to big it showed off my cleavage area too much. The dress top curved in the back because my upper body is small. I'm also very curvy so the dress constantly kept turning from one side to the other side. I fought with the dress all night long.

I wore the size 8 (true size) with 1" heels. You would need long if you wore any higher heels. The fabric is very high quality and thick enough that it doesn't wrinkle and I didn't need a bra. I did use fashion tape in the front just to make sure it didn't move. I would definitely rent again!!

I rented this for a black tie wedding in October. I wore a size 6R and it fit perfectly. I am barely 5'1" and the dress hit the floor perfectly with 3inch heels. The front dips very low so if you're concerned about cleavage, this dress probably isn't for you. I used some fashion tap to keep the straps closer to my chest in case I bent over. The straps are very wide so I did pin them in a bit to make them more narrow. This dress was very form fitting but accentuates in all the right places.

If fit very well. Good stretchy material. No need to wear "spanx" underneath. It's very low cut but as long as the dress is tight enough it stays put. I got a lot of compliments!

Now for the deets....;) I ordered a size 10R which is equivalent to a US 6 ...I could've probably went a size down and I wouldn't have needed breast tape. I am a size 34D and I had full coverage on the sides and felt very secure! Yes its a deep plunge but I really felt comfortable overall. I danced all night and nothing came out of place! lol The fabric was great and comfortable, I didn't need extra undergarments, it was really a solid dress to wear.

This dress was amazing! Sexy but very sophisticated. I had multiple random guests stop me and compliment the dress. It did run big in the top as i am small in the chest. I couldn't find my double sided tape but that would've helped to keep it in place.

I ordered two sizes: 12R and 10R as back up. I normally wear an 8/28 in denim. I first tried on the 12R and it felt good, but I noticed it was heavy. The material is very thick. I put the 10R to see the difference and wow what did it make. Because the material is thick it is best if the dress is snug. I went with the 10R, it felt great on all night. I really loved the dress. It is simple and a little risky with the deep V, but it's also elegant and a statement. The color of blue was beautiful and looked great with my partner's suit. The event was his holiday party, formal attire. This was my first time using Rent the Runway!

This dress was stunning. The V is deep but I didn't have any issues and felt secure. I normally wear a 4-6 so this definitely runs small. The length was great for me at 5'7. I would totally rent again for a black tie event!

I wore this for a black tie wedding and loved it! The material is comfortable and stretchy. I am normally a 2 or 4 so ordered the 6 and 8. I probably could have went down a size for it to be tighter in the torso and waist areas, but some extra room for sitting and dancing never hurts. The deep V was sexy, but not overly revealing (34D w implants). I paired it with the Mika Lariat Set necklace from RTR and it looked so nice with it. I am only 5 feet tall and the dress JUST hit the floor with 3-4 inch heels, so I would definitely recommend getting the L if you are on the taller side. Was so sad to return this one!

I normally get a size 2 & 4, which correlated to 6 & 8... 6 fit well but hugged a little tight & was about an inch too short for the heels I wanted to wear. The 8R was the perfect length with a little more room for dancing comfort & confidence! Lots of compliments and was very comfortable, especially without even needing a bra, always a plus! I still felt classy, even with the sexiness of it!
