Loved the square neckline and the material. Got so many compliments. This dress is extremely long however and I had to hold it up to prevent from stepping on it.

So pretty and fun! Got lots of compliments. It is a little long, I am 5'4" and wore 3 inch heels and I still stepped on it a bit.

10/10, no notes. I wore a size small without needing a bra, and with a small heel (less than 2”). It was perfect.

This dress was so gorgeous and much fun to wear!! Very voluminous but still light and easy to move around in. My ideal size was not available last minute so I ended up wearing the size down which fit but was unflattering in the under arm area so I wore the straps down and loved the way it looked!

Love this dress so much. I ordered a backup size in small just in case but the xs was fine and not tight in the waist at all. There was room in the bust but it is not visible because the fabric has shape to it. I'm on the shorter side so it was long but I wore 6" platforms (that were never visible). I only had to hold the dress to go up stairs and out on the streets, otherwise I didn't step on it, though other people did because the back is longer than the front (it is sturdy though and it is not a dress you'll be moving quickly in anyway). I loved the dress - got tons of compliments and enjoyed wearing it.

Absolutely stunning!!! Got so so many compliments throughout the night! I am 5,1” and the straps needed to be taped to me because they did fall down from time to time and the length was maybe 1/2” too long but I only had a problem up and down stairs. Walking and dancing was fine! But people did keep stepping on me! Regardless, I’ve also wanted to wear a selkie and I’m thrilled this was so beautiful and perfect. I felt very confident and beautiful.

It is a whole lot of dress so be ready! But so many compliments in return. Very comfortable too. My rental came days before expected which gave me plenty of time to prepare accessories. Will definitely RtR again.

fit perfectly, loved the sleeves, and no bra needed for this dress which was a plus for me!!! You will need some mega platform heels for this one though. It’s a lot of material which can make navigating stairs a little tough especially if there are people behind you.

Absolutely loved this dress! So comfortable and fit me perfectly. Great for small chests and I didn’t have to wear a bra. I read a lot of reviews about how long it was, but with heels it wasn’t too bad. I’m normally a size 8-10 and I ended up going with the Medium (8) and it was a perfect fit. The large was way too big and swallowed me. I got so many compliments all night!

I loved this style! It fit true to the Selkie sizing chart. I was on the high end of the 1X measurements and this fit like a glove. The only thing I will say is that the straps are very long, which is shown in others photos with them wearing the straps off shoulder. It's fluffy and dramatic in all the right ways, a big of a learning curve with keeping it close while seated lol.

I’ve never received so many compliments on a dress! I wore platform uggs, which gave me the height and comfort needed! Very tight around the ribs/no stretch in that area.

This dress was super pretty! It fit my 19 week pregnant belly comfortably. It was a tad long for me, but I am short. I would say, its a tripping hazard because, if you aren't tall enough or wearing high enough heels, it will pool on the floor and you or others might step on it. Great dress! Glad I chose it and would recommend for others!

This dress has ALOT of fabric so be ready to hold it up when going down stairs or dancing but my goodness, that is really the only con. My style is typically minimal, classic and I went with this one for a black tie wedding and I got hundreds of compliments. I felt so pretty, so striking, and so unique in a world of black and navy slinky dresses. I think it went well with me because my hair, jewelry and makeup were so simple so if that seems like you, get it! Only other con is minimal: I had beautiful velvet dusty rose Loeffler Randall platforms on underneath and they were unseen because the dress is so large lol. Now I’ll just have to find somewhere else to wear them!

Wore to my close friend’s wedding and felt beautiful and got many compliments. The straps are really long and this would swallow a short girl because of all of the volume in the skirt but was just a little long on me at 5’4 but I didn’t trip on it. The fabric is stiff and has lots of volume without needing a crinoline. Also the top is thick enough to go without a bra or use a sticky one. You’ll need pins to adjust the straps to stay on your shoulder but it looks very pretty with the sleeves down. The pattern is pink and whwhite ribbons and fliers and is a very romantic looking print

I have a smaller chest, so the straps didn’t stay on my shoulders, it still worked out. I did need to wear higher heels for the length. Had a small issue trying to get the zipper over the seam. Overall, a really fun dress that made me feel like a princess!

I love this dress but good GOD it is so long if you’re under 5’5. I read reviews and even measured the length on myself before renting and I was still swimming in it. I wore platform heels AND used non-iron hem tape on the bottom layer and I still had to be diligent about making sure I, or anyone else, didn’t step on it. If you’re short, the only way this is going to fit without hem tape is if you’re wearing pleasers! My other issue is with the zipper and it getting stuck on the part where the bodice meets the skirt, but that said, it’s an issue with most Selkie dresses. All that said, I felt so pretty in it and got a ton of compliments. If you’re not short, rent this dress! If you are, maybe weigh your options because it took me an hour and a half to tape up the bottom layer…

Ok. I had high hopes for this dress but it was too much. My oldest didn’t like it. I didn’t mind it as it wasn’t as heavy as it looks, but add in that the top was too small and I couldn’t get it zipped, it was not meant to be.

I read reviews before I ordered and went a little smaller and it was a bad idea! I fit on the chest but was very tight! It was super long too but heels helped!! Overall it was beautiful and I received a lot of compliments! Don’t order if you want to dance at a wedding lol.

We rented this for my 5'11" daughter (normally a size 4 and XS was perfect) and it was perfection. She could dance easily and comfortably in it, it was modest, yet beautiful and she felt like a princess. Highly recommend, especially if you are on the taller side!

Such a pretty dress but size up if you have a bigger bust! Would not zip up :(

Runs a bit small in the bust (though I am a 38H and it’s always a bit tricky), i wanted to wear the straps are down/off shoulder, but there isn’t much support this way, and have a large bust. It’s also very long. I had to tape up the hem up about 7 inches (I’m 5’2”). Some advice: if u must tape the hem to make it shorter, use a lot of tape. Especially in the front. 20 min into the night I ended up stepping on the temporary hem and getting the tape stuck to my heels. Otherwise, it was magical and dramatic.

This is a beautiful and full gown however the straps are quite long and cannot be adjusted. The proportions of the sizes seem a bit off with the bodice more petite than the upper portion and bottom.

I’m 4’10 and this dress is WAY to long but the quality is sooo nice. Sad it didn’t fit.

I hoped this would work for me, I have an hourglass shape, with a 36DD bust, but it did not.

I'm 5'3" and should've paid attention to the model's height. The dress was not only long but absolutely massive. It swallowed me whole. I couldn't walk in it with my tallest heels. It's a beautiful dress, but I couldn't wear it. :(

I have a somewhat short torso but the straps were basically a full inch too long. They would just droop down my arm but not in a cute way. Did not wear. The rest is very cute and whimsical. I am 5’1 and the length was great with standard BCBG heels. I truly wish the straps were much shorter. Also I’m 25 weeks pregnant and this would’ve been so cute if the straps were shorter!
