This is basically my go-to summer pairing: Sandy Liang top + jorts! This top is just perfect— feminine but with a bit of the unexpected with underarm cut outs. The size 2 fit me perfectly— fitted but with breathing room. For reference my bust is 33in at the fullest point, and my waistline is 24.5in.

Adorable and perfect for every day. The side vents make the top super unique. Goes with everything! Love.

Although I rented my usual size in another Sandy Liang top without issue, I decided to size up with this one because of the buttons. So glad I did because there's no way I could have worn the 4. Loved the longer sides & the open sleeves - so unique. Also appreciated that it wasn't overly cropped & worked perfectly with my mid-rise boyfriend jeans. Great top for spring & summer weekend wear.

I love the shape of this top. I didn’t need to stick my hand in my shirt to put on deodorant! If I rented this again, I’d size up. The shoulders were a tad small, but the chest and waist were perfect (I have 33” chest and 27” waist). The top is somewhat sheer so I’d recommend pasties or a bralette

I had a hard time matching this shirt to the point that I liked the way it looked. However, once I did, this shirt was one of my favorites. I love the fit. It’s interesting and feminine. I would buy this.

This was just not made to fit anyone with over a B cup. I gave it three stars because I think it would be adorable on smaller chested women.

Anything Sandy Liang I’ve had to size up. I’m between 2-4 and I went 6 and the buttons were still super tight on the chest. It was a modern fun play on a boho top but not a love

Loved this - gorgeous details, very versatile, and actually breathable for warmer weather. Only con was that it was a bit sheer, but wearing a skin-colored strapless bra underneath did the trick for me. 7/10.

Wore this over almost all the dresses I got and it gave it a sweet, feminine touch. I think the open arm pits are a little strange... but in Florida with the humidity and the heat, it was very nice! When you button it up, it is fairly tight and almost feels like the buttons may burst, but the tightness is also what makes this top so cute.

This is the best thing I've rented so far. I almost bought it but the shirt I got was a little TOO used feeling for me to want to keep it forever. I might re-rent it and hope I get a better one someday. The fit was exactly perfect for me, like it had been tailored. Flattering and surprisingly comfortable for being non-stretch and so tight.

I was very pleasantly surprised at how much I loved this eyelet top it’s cut is so flattering and breezy. Perfect for a hot summer day. Considering purchasing it! Definitely a must rent for the summertime.

I wear it when we are hosting a lunch or dinner party and I'm bringing it to Hawaii with me. My mother and law thinks it is beautiful as well.

Looove this top! Perfect for the summer with the silly armholes. HOWEVER, if you have boobs that are bigger than an A cup I would size up. If you're a C/D/E -- probably size up two sizes. I'm glad I read the reviews, I'm usually a 6 but others noted that it's very tight in the chest. The buttons juuuuuust closed around my boobs... if I was a C I definitely would have needed a 10.

I didn't realize your armpits are exposed- which didn't bother me- just surprised. I sized up and it fit like a glove. I would not have been able to button up if I got my usual size.

Wore for a concert/date night with high waisted light wash jeans and a bralette. It is pretty cropped (right above belly button). The sleeves and bottom give it some interest over a run of the mill eyelet. Would rent again.

Sandy Liang is one of my favorite designers on RTR, so I'm always down to try something new from the brand. As usual, this piece is extremely thoughtfully made and has that ~special something~. However, it runs very small. I'm generally a M in tops and the 8 didn't even button (hence why I'm not adding a photo). It's so cute so I'll try the 10 and report back!
