This is a very cute dress but it runs so small I was unable to wear it.

This dress was a case of it fit perfectly but did not flatter due to the plastic tarp like material constantly wrinkling even after steaming and the seam horizontal across the bust is also a bit awkward. I’m a 36B right now and the chest was tight. It does have pockets though!
